На обратном пути в Россию решили заехать посетит ь это место. Ресторан красивый и хранит свою историю! Условия обслуживания только депозитный, очень расстроило, очень хотелось ощутить атмосферу, попробовать но из семьи 2 взрослых и ребенка, (у одного из которых ротовирус и ребенок, который не особо ест) было грустно, мы не на кофе пришли посидеть, а покушать, но люди депозит умерьте свой! Отказались, но попросили в туалет ребенку сходить, на что ответили «спасибо скажите что разрешили». Взрослого вообще не пустили. Идите учитесь обслуживанию в Россию! Сервис 👎

Пожалуй именно то место оказавшись, в котором ты поставишь галочку - мы это сделали. Да, стоит очередь, да не забронировать столик на двоих. Вы для них не выгодный клиент. Выгодный это когда вас 12. Приготовьтесь при полной посадке ждать не обещанные 15 минут, а целый час. Ещё приготовьтесь, что вам будут навязывать более дорогие блюда. Вы свои места должны в этом ресторане оправдывать. Мы хотели вино за 800, на продали за 2200. Печально, что оно оказалось посредственным. Вы закажите свиной шашлык, вам объяснят, что он сухой и лучше говядину. Вы спросите почему? Так она же на вес. Вас не спросят сколько вам нужно, вам просто взвесят 400 гр и возьмут с вас 1700 руб. Вам реально столько на нужно, но вам взвесят. Вы спросите почему так?! У официанта 10% сервис и он будет биться, чтобы вы заказали на максимальную сумму. Никто церемониться и возиться с вами тоже не будет. Теперь по еде. Устрицы в сливочное соусе были прекрасны. Лодочка с яйцом - худая из всех что я ела в жизни. Говядина сухая, но на 4. Ждать официанта долго, ловить. За соседним столиком 20 минут ждали счет. Проблема в том, что в Гагре нет больше хороших ресторанов и у этого солидная реклама, сарафан. Но я больше точно никогда не посещаю это место. А вы решите нужно это вам или нет сами.

I do not understand those who are not happy about the deposit . What is 1500r nowadays to come to eat. The place is historical, filled with a special atmosphere, you come there to touch the history. The place is not bad, they were asked in the afternoon for a family of 4 people at 1.5 t. r. for admission, for a family to eat for 6 t.r. it seems expensive, In the evening they take like 2t. r. there is live music and . It's still okay here, but it's expensive to eat with children for half an hour in the afternoon.

Очень красивый ресторан."Дух"курорта Гагра,его визитная карточка.
Вид с балкона шикарный.
Меню достаточно широкое,наверно можно угодить любому. Еда вкусная. Все готовится быстро.
Персонал вежливый: встретили,до места проводили,заказ приняли,принесли,потом узнали всё ли впорядке и всё ли нам нравится,молодцы!
Обязательно нужно побывать.
Средний чек на человека 1500- 2000 руб. ну это как и в ресторане в России.

I haven't been to the restaurant. There was a stop on the way to Lake Ritsa. I was impressed by the disregard for the environment that I inherited. Step to the right, step to the left of the stairs - garbage and dirt, broken glass, not well-groomed thickets. Laziness and indifference are in everything. A little further from the stairs there is some kind of historical memorial sign, perhaps a milestone. Everything is overgrown with bushes. Even the guide doesn't know what it is.

Идешь за атмосферой исторического места, получаешь «советское» обслуживание и все атрибуты. Еда очень посредственная. Депозит на взрослого 1500₽, на ребенка до 10 лет -750₽. Из-за этого стараться нет необходимости совсем. Приятный бонус в меню +10% обслуживание( и это не на ваше усмотрение, а на ваше усмотрение еще оставить доп.чаевые). Нет проблем заплатить эти деньги и хотя бы не расстроиться так. Очень неприятное впечатление от того, что на гостя здесь никто не обращает внимание и это их девиз скорее.

Ресторан располагается в красивом месте и выглядит здорово . На этом плюсы заканчиваются . Приходя в т акой ресторан ожидаешь как минимум вкусно покушать , чего нам так и не удалось . Сервис тоже слабенько. За мочении столиком ребята тоже отдали половину блюд. Съедобная была хачапури с яйцом . Я ещё удивился когда на входе сказали что у них депозит на 1500 с человека и если не съедите деньги не возвращаются . В общем смотрите сами , но на мой вкус там можно только сделать фото , а покушать где-нибудь в другом месте .

Assorted 4 types of meat - the favorite dish of some prince did not go away at all. The steak is over-dried, not juicy, not chewable. Trout are dry and not edible. The chef's signature dish that day was sturgeon with asparagus, the price per 100g, they brought a huge portion. It tastes juicy, very similar to pork kebab, straight 1in1, but it stands like a sturgeon, not a kebab. We assume that the sturgeon was frozen.
We couldn't eat any main course.
That lemonade was delicious! The ice cream is delicious too! The children liked the French fries. The chicken breast was dry. The wine is not bad.
ABOUT THE SERVICE: They came to the time, gave two separate tables for 8 people, eventually sat down at 12 for each, barely fit. At first everything was fine, but then the music and singing of the singer began, the speakers were directed directly at our table. Not only did we not listen to each other, our insides were shaking. There was no time to eat. We saw a large empty table, asked for a transfer, and were refused. After a couple of minutes, they realized that it was impossible to eat like this. The children covered their ears. They said we were leaving. Only then was it allowed to transplant. The waiter was freaking out and was extremely unhappy, did not restrain his emotions 😅
The dishes were brought quickly enough, no problem!
ABOUT PRICES: 76 thousand came to our company. We did not sit like this in France, Spain or Italy. We're freaking out. 10% service, obviously does not pull for this amount.
BOTTOM LINE: the food was taken to the DOGS, the waiter did not believe me that it was NOT TASTY and that we were taking it for the dogs.

Очень красивый ресторан в Гагре. Можно погулять и пофоткаться. Ехали почт и сытые, решили зайти и легко перекусить попить чай в атмосферном месте. С порога нам озвучили, что можем зайти , если закажем на 1500 руб на человека. То есть в четвёртом мы обязаны были потратить 6 000. С собой что ли забирать еду? Хотя возможно ценник высокий и 1500 это ни о чем. В итоге решили не останавливать свой выбор на этом ресторане. Дело не в деньгах, а в самом разделении, кто зайдёт, а кто нет. Могут себе позволить. Народу в ресторане много, видимо из-за этого.

Очень довольны остались местом, всё на хорошем уровне. Интересная подача блюд и не маленькие порции. Атмосфера приятная, были в субботний вечер, играла живая музыка) Чек выше среднего, но это стоит того. Твёрдая 5

Отмечал др в гагрипше большой компанией. Удалось попробовать различные блюда из меню ресторана. Конечно это не мишлен, но вполне вкусно. Расстроил стейк шато-бриан, большой, но мясо не мраморное, а следовательно не имеет выраженного вкуса стейка, ну и про прожарку соответственно не спрашивают. Салат гагрипш, тоже не впечатлил. Так же в меню отсутствовали абхазкие блюда, весь раздел меню, по непонятным причинам. Официант посоветовал вино гагрипш, красное п/сл, в меню его не было, сказал эксклюзивное от ресторана. Вино оказалось вполне вкусным, но цена бутылки сильно завышена 1800₽, не думали, что на столько, ибо другие вина в меню были по 700₽
В целом ресторан заслуживает посещения, но с абхазскими особенностями, учтите это.

Очень вкусная еда, вежливый персонал. (Хотя у противоположного столика официантка была менее приветливой).
Цены оправданы качеством, вкусом, сервисом, красотой дизайна.
Столик у окна - невероятно красивый вид. Можно выходить на балкон, посидеть на веранде сделать фото.
Очень советую (очень!) - эксклюзивное вино «Гагрипш». Виноградное с добавлением Гранатового сока. Это просто нечто. Лучшее вино, ему нет равных вообще. (Гранатовые вина до этого пробовали).
Испортил впечатление в конце вечера клоп ползущий по стулу и официантка которая наверное не поняв вопроса, сказала что чаевые не включены в счет. Положили чай (прилично вышло)) потом посмотрели чек +10% надбавка за обслуживание включена, убрали лишние чаевые. Но если честно, на фоне всего прекрасного, это ерунда.
Всем советую к посещению, обязательно, если вы приезжаете в Гагры. Там есть что заказать даже в бюджетном варианте, посидите полюбуйтесь видом, обязательно. Цены не заоблачные. Ресторан был основан Принцем Ольденбургским.
В ноябре людей было мало, за весь вечер 3-4 столика.

Здание красивое, сохранили его прежний вид и это здорово. Со второго этажа панорама супер, сидеть на террасе с бокальчиком вина или кружечкой чая/кофе и смотреть на море крайне приятно. Во всем остальном не поняла плюсов. Еда дорогая и обычная, как в любом придорожном кафе. Официанты ну совсем нерасторопные и неприветливые. Ждали минут 30-40 чтоб сделать заказ и то пришлось позвать неоднократно. Посуда не особо чистая, принесли кружки и чайник в разводах от высохшей воды, не особо приятно. Зато счет с включенным обслуживание в размере 10% от суммы счета (которого и не было по сути) принесли быстро🤦♀️Мой совет, если вы захотите посетить этот ресторан, то лучше ограничиться именно посещением. Обедать там не рекомендую.

Well, what can I say… The food is absolutely not tasty. As a person who often visits decent establishments and can immediately distinguish the freshness of the products and when they were cooked.
Let's start with the tongue, which was like a sole. Although the tongue itself is a fairly soft product, but then I was surprised by its texture.
For the tongue, I ordered grilled potatoes, which were clearly heated in the microwave.
I took a Greek salad with four pieces of cheese and a couple of olives. I ate this in a shawarma shop for 200 rubles.
The young man ordered himself a pork neck steak, well, not just wow, but it will go.
Caesar is not the most delicious that he ate, although it will go for that price.
We took a trout that deserves a place to be.
And by the end of the day, the food is 2 out of 10.
Interior 9 out of 10 (minus a point for a tablecloth with a stain)
Service 10 out of 10.
It is clearly not worth going here again…

Место. историческое. Знаю, что в этом месте снимался фильм. Зимний вечер в Гаграх и Алла Пугачева пела песню "старинные часы" ещё идут на фоне этих часов в этом ресторане. Место производит впечатление. Ну чтобы войти в ресторан,забронировали место заранее 1500 с человек был залог, потом эта сумма вычи,тается из чека. Кухня обычная. Им бы туда повара Ивлева)) Если честно, кухня была не вкусная. Винная карта вообще .... (((Обслуживание официантов сквозь зубы, как будто мы просто пришли антураж ресторана посмотреть. И кроме этого ресторана в жизни ничего не видели, а вот они, официанты даже улыбкой ни разу нас не одарили,Поэтому смотрите ресторан с улицы, он также красив . Внутри обычный ресторан с кухней ниже среднего.А с чеком выше среднего. Ресторан для "галочки". 'Были ,видели, а официантов и повара всех бы поменяла.

Здание красивое, старинное, веет духом 20века, чисто пофотать и сама атмосфера. Туалеты, что сказать, по трассе в забегаловках или на автовокзалах и то по симпотичнее. Ценик конечно жуть за такие блюда. Депозит 1500₽!!?? С человека Тоже накаляет немного и немного непонятно нахрена надо это, тем более его придумывают на ходу от 1500 до 2500🤣Стулья кажется не меняли с 1900 года, дырки, и прожженые, как будто сам Николай II прожег курив сигару 😅 или пукан у кого то горел😅ну обтяните их винтажным материалом. Короче зайти глянуть можно, но на любителя. Заказать сок и посидеть у окна не получится🤣

Отдыхали в Гагре в 2020 году, во время прогулки зашли сюда выпить чашечку кофе. Десерты готовят из под ножа, шарлотку, шоколадный фондан и две чашечки кофе ожидали около 45 минут, но это того стоило! За это время успели осмотреть здание ресторана, историческое место, где, кажется и запах сохранился с советских времён!) десерты бесподобные, насладились от души! Осенью 2023 вернёмся сюда)

Были в ресторане 1.09.2023г. Кондиционера в зале нет, от слова совсем, что думаю было не комфортно не только мне. Дул только около входа в ресторан, но на такое пространство не хватало. Кухня полный отстой. Что было несколько лет назад и что стало сейчас, это ужас. Принесли уху по царски. Это только название красивое. Итог в тарелке вода, т.к и бульоном не назвать, и морепродукты. И цена простите 850р. Надо бы было, как "учит" Ивлев вернуть и не платить, но очень не хотелось портить себе вечер. Официанта не было за весь вечер совсем. По расчету она сказала, мол я подходила когда вас не было за столиком. А смысл? Тарелки убрать? А если гости хотят еще что то подзаказать???? Сами и за салфетками сходили и к другим официантам обратились. А чаевый дай,, так положено. За что? За отвратительное обслуживание и отстойную кухню? Хотелось бы чтобы руководство приняло во внимание эти факты, а именно обучить персонал и поменять поваров
