We have been staying at Imran Hotel since January 10, and overall, it has been a great experience! The hotel has a cozy, small territory, and the rooms are kept very clean with daily housekeeping. The staff is incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any request.
The food is delicious, and there is always something tasty. A special mention to the curd casserole—it’s amazing! Plus, champagne is available every morning, which is a lovely touch. The sea is within easy reach, and the heated pool is fantastic—the water feels like fresh milk.
The hotel’s location is excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. Additional services like the sauna and massage room add to the experience, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an hour of sauna as a gift upon check-in—such a nice gesture! 😊
Minor downsides are:
The entrance to the hotel could use some improvement. We arrived during rainy weather and had to navigate large puddles near the fence, which was inconvenient.
- There were power outages three times a day for about two hours. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it was inconvenient that only the first floors had electricity during the outages.
Despite these small issues, our overall stay was wonderful, and we would happily return to Imran Hotel again! 👍

It's a lovely hotel. I had a vacation with my daughter in 2022 and in 2023. Nice staff. Attentive. I'm going to do it in 2025. Close to the sea. Delicious food. What was important to me was that it was diverse and suitable for children as well. The playroom and the warm pool are also very nice)The rooms are spacious and have a nice view. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. It's nice to sit and drink tea before going to bed in the evening. I recommend and love this place. Thank you. Now about the cons: this is, of course, the entrance to the hotel, we were in rainy weather, so we had to walk around these huge puddles almost along the fence, I would correct this nuance, and of course the power outage, 3 times a day for 2 hours, it's certainly not the fault of the hotel, but at the time of the outage, the electricity was working only on the first floors.

We were in November for only 4 days. But we got a lot of positive emotions. The outdoor pool is lovely. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff at the reception were polite, pleasant, and helped with sightseeing programs and other possible issues. We only had breakfast in the tour program. The food is quite diverse: vegetables, porridges, salads, eggs, juices, you can not list everything, every day, something new. The canteen staff always made sure that the dishes did not run out. I spent a wonderful 5 days at this hotel. Thanks to the staff for the delicious breakfasts, pleasant music, smiles and communication. The heated pool deserves special praise. In addition to the compliment in the form of peeling fish, they extended my room for free before my departure, because the plane took off late.

We recently returned with our family from a vacation accompanied by a stay at this wonderful hotel. I would like to note the high-quality and professional work of each member of the staff - the guys are not just professionals, but also very good, friendly people who love their work.
We took a room with breakfast, it's delicious, they cook with fresh products and there is an opportunity to choose.
There is a private swimming pool on site, although there is a strong queue for it for obvious reasons, it is worth relaxing without leaving the room.
The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, definitely 5 out of 5

We rested with my husband in your beautiful hotel from 9.11. to 11/20/2024. A very cozy, clean hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. The price in November is affordable, which is good. Thanks to the kitchen and hall staff. Room cleaning is always of high quality, every 3 days the bed was changed, clean towels and linen. But there is a minus - very bad uncomfortable pillows. It's time for the hotel to change them to more comfortable ones long ago. The room has air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator. There is a good swimming pool at the hotel, which is served by the guys in good faith. The water is always at a very comfortable temperature. The receptionist girls are friendly and kind. Administrator Natalia is a pro in her position!! At the same time, she is easy to communicate with people, attentive, kind and friendly. She satisfied all our wishes at once... Nice hotel!We were in early February.

1. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is large, the mattress is good, the TV is large and with Android TV (this means that you can turn on anything). Spacious balcony with side sea view.

3. Location.It is very convenient, it is located right on the main street, along which buses run from and to the Psou checkpoint. The beach is also very close, literally 2-3 minutes.There are many cafes nearby, but more about them later.
4. Staff.Everyone is polite, they will always prompt and help, there are no questions.
Cons (they will probably relate more to Abkhazia itself, so this will not affect the rating of the hotel)
Despite the fact that it was out of season, I got poisoned, I do not know where exactly I got poisoned, but I have some small assumptions.During the few days we were in Abkhazia, we ate in several places: breakfast at the hotel (poisoning is unlikely), Pushkin restaurant (unlikely), Ritsa restaurant (there may have been a suspicion of one dish), and the most likely place is an excursion to Lake Ritsa, which was recommended to us at the hotel, the tour itself is normal, but here we are they offered to have lunch in some unfamiliar place, which is not even on Yandex, and I have the most suspicions about this place, so I do not advise you to make our mistakes, do not eat in unfamiliar places, by the way, my wife did not have poisoning and in this place she ate another dish, not like me.
Around There are a lot of dogs in the hotel and packs of dogs constantly ply along Ardzinba Avenue, they seem to behave peacefully towards a person, but I saw them rushing at a cyclist and barking among themselves, it looks scary, especially for those who are afraid or afraid of dogs.
Bottom line: you can go to this hotel and I would recommend it, but I probably wouldn't go to Abkhazia itself anymore, since there are a lot of people who have been there who have experienced poisoning, from this I can conclude that something is wrong in terms of catering.

The pool in the courtyard is a great place to relax, and a convenient shuttle service to the beach saved time on the road. Greetings from Ulyanovsk. We had a vacation with my wife from January 1-7, 2025. A very quiet and peaceful hotel. There were very few people. Natasha, the receptionist, greeted us kindly with a smile. The room is clean and comfortable. Cleaning is done regularly. The water cooler is always full. We visited the sauna 2 times, the massage is not bad. Excellent pool with regular cleaning. The food and breakfasts are good. There is tea and coffee in the room. The staff is friendly.Overall, the rest turned out to be good. Wishes: the hair dryer in the room is too weak. Natalia always takes her own from me, and this is an additional burden. If possible, add a little less bleach to the pool. For breakfast, you get tired of sausages, you can stew meat or fish within reasonable limits, of course. And to diversify the fruits with delicious champagne.(pineapple slices, for example). I think it's a little expensive to get a ticket from a travel agency out of season. The hotel is located in Staraya Gagra, the sea is next to it across the street. The territory of the hotel is small but well maintained, there are many plants, there is a heated swimming pool (open all year round) and a Playground. The rooms are comfortable, with balconies, some rooms overlooking the pool, the other part overlooking the private sector. The rooms have a refrigerator, a TV with Russian channels, and a kettle. They clean every day, and the bed linen is cleaned every three days. There is a water cooler on each floor. Everything is very clean. The breakfast buffet is not very varied, but there were always two types of porridge, pancakes, omelette, sausages and some hot side dishes. The hall is not very large, so meals are served in two shifts. The hotel has a spa, and as a compliment, guests are given free certificates for some treatments upon arrival. Overall, the hotel is very decent. The only disadvantage is that there is no elevator. The hotel has four floors, the hotel does not provide services for lifting suitcases to the upper floors. Usually, guests are warned about this, but we bought a tour through the Travelat tour operator, and no one warned us about it. We arrived at the hotel late, there were no other available rooms (according to the administrator) except on the 3rd floor, and my elderly mother (disabled group I) and I had to carry our things ourselves. Later, the hotel staff tried to compensate for this inconvenience as much as possible, and also helped with things at check-out. As a result, thanks in large part to the professionalism of Victoria's senior administrator, the best impressions remained from staying at the hotel.

Excellent location near your favorite beach by the Police! Now about the downside for me personally: balconies combined with neighbors, which is why cigarette smoke flies to us). In general, the hotel is excellent, the rooms in it are sorted out much in advance and there are many better options for the price in the summer season, and in the off-season I recommend it directly, but try to book in advance).

I rested alone for the first time at the Amran hotel in Abkhazia in October- November 2024 on the recommendation of my son. For me, not only the comfort of living was important, but also the convenience and safety of the trip. Everything was perfectly organized: a hotel transfer was waiting for me at the Adler railway station (we ordered at the same time as booking the room), I quickly passed passport control and 20 minutes on the road along the seashore.
The attentive and polite receptionist at the hotel offered me a room with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool, a seasonal discount and two certificates for spa treatments, and received an electronic key. The room was spacious and stylish, on the picturesque quiet side of the hotel, which is important for a good rest.
Breakfast, as stated, was indeed always fresh and varied.
I got a special pleasure from the spa treatments. The warmest clean pool indulged in swimming in the morning. The sea - the purest, turquoise, pebble beach - was across the street from the hotel. In this part of the city, close to the hotel, there is a restaurant, cafe, canteens, where I occasionally had lunch / dinner.
Cleaning and daily cleanliness of the room, the hotel, caring staff, special thanks for this. I even extended my stay, they helped me with that too and met me halfway. Transfer to departure - no problem. I really enjoyed my stay at the Amran Hotel, and I will repeat it with pleasure.

A wonderful hotel in Gagra within walking distance from the sea. We rested here twice. Once in a junior suite, the second time in a standard room. The price does not differ much, but the living conditions are different. Junior Suite is a comfortable room with a large bed and a sofa. It has two balconies, which are very pleasant to sit on in the evening. Everything you need for a perfect stay is there. Bathrobes and slippers are a nice bonus. It was just the two of us, but this room can accommodate a family. The next time we arrived with a child and there were no junior suites (The standard room is too cramped for three. The extra bed in the form of a cot is not comfortable. The crossbars dig into the back. The extra mattress doesn't help. Suitable for children aged 7 years, no older. Therefore: if two people, then a standard room will do, if three or more, then in order not to be disappointed, take only a junior suite. Otherwise, everything is at a decent level. The service is good. There are no complaints about cleaning. They clean up conscientiously. Not very comfortable pillows. It would be nice for the administration to think about replacing them. The food for breakfast is varied, there is always plenty to choose from. In the days of Bulgur, they ate sliced bread and sandwiches. There is champagne. It's very tasty. But the coolest feature of the hotel is the super pool, where you can swim at any time of the year. It would be nice to extend the opening hours, for complete enjoyment. In general, I liked my stay at this hotel, if not for the impression of an extra bed. Next time, only a junior suite.

Recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Abkhazia! We stayed at the Amran Hotel and did not regret it at all. Great location. It's a 3-minute walk from the sea, and if you're lazy, then there's a great pool. And most importantly, away from the highway. The room stock is good. Good service and breakfast.
As a wish... If you rate yourself at 4 stars, although it is too high, in the rooms, but the junior suite for sure, there should be individual hygiene products, kits with toothbrushes and paste, cotton pads and shampoo with shower gel. (the shampoo was in a common tube, but what is in it???? ) Well, the main thing is bottled water. Unfortunately, many tourists complain of stomach upset due to drinking water. I'm sorry, it's not clear what's in the coolers, it definitely doesn't boil. But this is just a wish. In general, everything is great. I recommend it to everyone! .

We had our first vacation in July 2024 with the whole family in Abkhazia and did not regret at all, choosing the Amran hotel in staraya Gagra.Everything is at the highest level, the room is cleaned every day, the food is delicious and varied, a new dish and pastries are served every day, the hotel territory is small, but all in greenery and a huge plus for children and adults is a warm pool, because the sea may not be calm. Polite staff, quickly resolve any issue. I would like to mention the spa services separately, we attended a massage with Lorena (a professional in her field, a very good woman).The sea is literally two steps away, where there are many cafes and shops. We were in February, a convenient area for walking, went for a walk in the mountains to the observation deck (for those who like to walk far and for a long time). We just returned from Abkhazia. We had a family vacation at the Amran Hotel, standard room. Thanks to the girl (I don't know her name, she drives a Lexus), she is very friendly, she helped with a quick check-in. The territory is well maintained, something is constantly being washed and cleaned. The room is clean, the staff are constantly asking if cleaning or any supplies are needed. A warm pool, we swam in the rain. A decent breakfast, champagne is served. Parking is too small, of course. We left every day in the morning to drive around the country and in the evening we had to play tetris in the parking lot). There is a river next to the parking lot, fat ducks swim in it). I went for a massage (I don't remember the exact name, like Lauren), I liked it. We had a heartfelt chat with her. I say hello). And how the orange tree smells in the yard, it's just a delight. In general, we were satisfied with our visit to this hotel. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. The country of the soul is generally a separate delight. We have arrived home and we already want to go back!)
