I would like to write only a lot of good things about Amran. When the question arose of choosing a hotel for holidays with children, on the advice of a colleague who also visited this hotel earlier, we no doubt contacted Amran's managers. I will say a special thank you to all the girls at the reception (I don't want to call them anything else, they are all so cute, friendly) At my request, Natalia even shot us a video of the rooms that were offered to us for check-in, this moment was also very captivating, she did not even expect such kind communication and a desire to help in choosing a place of residence at first. We were given detailed explanations and advice on all issues of interest, probably we were sometimes intrusive with questions, but not one of our questions was ignored. I want to say right away that the transfer issue is a very big plus, it is arranged in Amran in the highest class, you will be provided with a car of your choice, according to the number of guests and luggage. The delivery is more than comfortable. We lived on the 4th floor, for our family we were provided with two excellent rooms, which were connected by an additional door, which was a great convenience. A cozy cot was additionally installed in our baby's room. The rooms are modern and bright. The linen was changed every three days, amazingly white linen, fluffy towels. The food is for 5+, everything is delicious and varied. The hotel has many SPA treatments, a very professional cosmetologist and massage therapist. The convenient location of the hotel in a quiet location, close to the sea, it is visible from the balcony of the rooms. I advise everyone to choose the Amran hotel. Positive:
- The staff is polite, courteous, fulfill the request for a second cot mattress without question;
- The breakfasts are delicious, the vegetables are fresh, the children liked the porridge. Champagne is even provided for adults;
- The hotel has a heated swimming pool;
- it's only a short walk to the sea.
Minuses
- There is no elevator, it is not so easy to go to the fourth floor with children several times a day;
- there is no hotel territory as such, there is a swimming pool and several sun beds around it
- the view from the room to the private sector, beautiful landscapes will not work

Perhaps the best hotel in Gagra. (That's what Abkhazians call it). Modern renovation, cozy rooms. The sea is across the street, its own mini power plant. This is a very useful thing, because from 6 to 8 in the morning and in the evening, the lights are turned off throughout the village. The breakfast buffet is very so-so. The hotel is one of the best in Abkhazia. I liked the location, as the beach is a little freer than the central one, it seemed that it was even wider and clean. Near the entire infrastructure: children's entertainment, shops, shops, pharmacy, several cafes, canteens. 1 minute to the sea, a small square with a fountain for evening gatherings. The traffic center is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace, you can also walk to staraya Gagra (min 40) if desired. Minibuses also run, the stop is 1 minute. The beach is more picturesque compared to the center, as the mountains are closer to the sea. The hotel is clean, the food is delicious, the dishes have not been repeated in 10 days, always the first two for lunch, something spicy like solyanka /kharcho and easier noodles/soup with meatballs, interesting dishes like khachapuri round (very tasty), lasagna, caesar, pasta bolognese, fish, chicken, shish kebab, generally satisfying and not annoying. The pool is clean, the sun beds are always free. There is an excellent animator in the children's room, he finds an approach to children. Rotavirus is always in Abkhazia, no matter which hotel and do not expect that chacha and cola will not help you, enterosgel with you, one day and you can continue to enjoy your vacation. We have been vacationing in January for 4 years in a row. Great hotel. The place is quite quiet and cozy, although the sea is 2 minutes away. Everything is clean, cleaning is regular. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. In winter, only breakfast is included, but the breakfasts are great! They cook super. And porridges and omelets, vegetables always, sliced, coffee tea juice. Baking is always. And a shampoo. The pool is very warm, at times it can be said to be hot. They clean it daily. A couple of years ago, one evening we were swimming and it started snowing, beauty! There are palm trees around the pool with a light, steam from the water and snow from above! The spa is small but cozy and has all the basic treatments.And there is also a phyto bottle and a sauna. We always take a junior suite, the room is very good. We recommend everyone to stay here. But in summer, prices bite here.

Help with excursions, taxi calls. Breakfast for every taste and requirement. The room is clean and has everything you need. Linen is changed every three days. A separate towel for the pool.
The location of the hotel is very good, you can't hear evening music from the restaurants, but at the same time 5 minutes to the sea. The warm pool was very pleasant, especially on cool days. We will definitely come back again.

The hotel and the room are VERY clean, daily cleaning, linen change every three days. The staff is very polite and attentive. We are very happy with our stay at the hotel, especially the hot pool and champagne for breakfast. The location is excellent - the first line, but in an alley (there is no road noise), there is a lot of catering nearby. The WiFi is great. The bed linen and a full set of towels are of very good quality, clean, white, not tired, does not smell anything.
There are several shortcomings that do not worsen the quality of rest in any way, but which the hotel administration should be aware of:
- toilet soap for hands of very low quality, practically does not soap;
- there were no luggage scales in the hotel (in the current situation with restrictions on baggage and hand luggage for air travel, this is a necessary attribute of each hotel). As a result, we were still offered the option of weighing suitcases, but it was supposed to be a whole military operation (the hotel staff will understand me), and as a result we refused this "firebrand";
- pillows are for an amateur. Personally, I like them, but the majority of the guests, like my husband, I think, will be dissatisfied;
- when cleaning the room, which has always been excellent, the ashtray on the balcony table is categorically ignored. They haven't changed it once in a few days;
- personally, I didn't have enough light in the room. Wall sconces did not provide the usual level of lighting.
