A great clean hotel with a warm swimming pool open all year round. We rented two junior suites, the rooms on the 4th floor are spacious with 2 balconies each. One of the rooms has a second floor with sofas for relaxing. Everything is fine in the hotel except for the not very tasty and varied breakfast food, but for the low price of rooms with an excellent pool, the hotel is excellent. I recommend you to check in if you can find a free room. We were from February 10th to 12th, the hotel was almost completely occupied and it was in the off-season. I hardly saw any tourists on the street, apparently everyone was in Amran.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean. Cleaning daily. The girls from the reception helped a lot. They got sick with rotovirus with a child (I think the pool helped with this), the child needed a diet. Cooked porridge in the dining room on the water. I took it with me to the refrigerator. Warmed in the microwave in the dining room as needed.

A very wonderful hotel. They were at the end of October 2023. Everything is clean, nice heated floor in the bathroom. Clean pool, warm. We even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times. Breakfast for every taste. I recommend it to everyone, it leaves a very good impression about Abkhazia

We had a rest in August 2024. My first and last time in Abkhazia. They are being poisoned in the dining room. And I'm not saying this for the sake of a red word, but absolutely seriously. A family of four people came down with rotovirus due to eating on the buffet, and they got better only when they stopped eating on the buffet! If you have a sense of self-preservation, DO NOT COME AND EAT HERE!

In the summer, we chose Amran as our vacation destination, and this decision was fully justified. The hotel made a very pleasant impression on us. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was always ready to help and answer any questions. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the dishes offered at the hotel. We had a rest at the Amran Club Hotel. I really liked it! Responsive, helpful staff. Everything is very sound and clean. The food is varied and delicious. We stayed at this hotel at the end of April this year. I really liked the hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the service is excellent. The food is buffet style, we only had breakfast. The hotel is located in Staraya Gagra, the sea is right across the street, which was very convenient. There is a heated swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, the territory is clean and well maintained. The hotel is not large, there is a heated pool, we were in March, the water in the pool is warm, we swam at +10 °, there is a vending machine with soda, chips, etc. on site, the hotel cafe was open only for breakfast. I took off the star for the number of tables, there were often not enough places in the morning, the presence of champagne was a minus for me, it was unpleasant to watch how local aristocrats endlessly run for more. For breakfast there were pastries, bread, porridge, cheese, sausage, sliced vegetables, omelette, often pancakes, pasta or buckwheat, tea, boiled coffee, in general there is something to eat. The standard rooms had only liquid soap,bathrobes for a fee,all rooms have a balcony, the water was hot all the time, the cleaning was average, we dusted ourselves a couple of times,there is a dryer,safe,hairdryer,umbrella, helped us out a lot on excursions,there is a spa, massage room, sauna in the basement.There is no elevator, we trained our legs. There is a cafe boat in the m500, tasty and budget, you need to take a decent walk along the road to the embankments, to the m100 beach. in general, I liked everything

We have been vacationing with my husband at the Amran hotel since June 18 for 2 weeks.Overall, I liked the hotel.The location is good, close to the sea, but at the same time away from the main road.The hotel is small, cozy, there are no direct rooms with sea views.Only with pool view or side mountain view.There were not enough bedside tables for clothes in the room and the wardrobe was very small.If you're traveling for a long time and there are a lot of things, it's not very convenient.Otherwise, the room has everything you need.I would like to separately note the cleaning of the rooms and the hotel as a whole, the cleanliness is perfect, the staff walks all the time and monitors the cleanliness, you can not find fault.The dining room is small, unfortunately sometimes there was not enough space to eat and we had to wait.The food is of high quality, it is clear that they are trying.Perhaps baking is difficult, but everything else is very good, I want to mention the delicious first courses separately.Regarding the pool, it is small but cozy, heated and with sun beds in the recreation area.The cleanliness of the pool is monitored.You can't find fault with the girls' work at the reception, everything is clear, debugged, with respect to the guests and all issues were resolved promptly.We took an excursion with a guide on the recommendation of the hotel, we really liked it, went to Lake Ritsa.I would like to mention the hotel's Spa programs separately.My husband and I attended massages, a cedar barrel and at the end of the spa program with a chocolate wrap.I would like to recommend to all the guests of the hotel a wonderful girl Lorena, a masseuse with golden hands and just a charming person and a pleasant companion. I don't want to write about rotavirus in Abkhazia, many people face it here and I was no exception.
The beach is next to the hotel with an undisturbed infrastructure, there are no changing rooms, toilets.Hydro scooters scurry around the sea, which do not allow you to relax and swim calmly.But this is absolutely not a claim to the hotel.He has nothing to do with it)))
Abkhazia has a very beautiful nature, and if you close your eyes to the undisturbed infrastructure and shortcomings in the service, then come.
To summarize: I definitely recommend the Amran hotel for recreation.Price ratio:the quality is consistent.Everything that was stated at the time of booking, everything was fulfilled.

We had a rest on 28.05-31.05. A nice hotel, but there is practically no internal territory. Almost all of it is occupied by a swimming pool. The Swedish line was not working yet. There were only breakfasts. The food is delicious, but monotonous. It takes about three minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is big. Sun beds are paid. The staff is polite. The room is clean, but the cleaning is not always the same. Probably depends on the specific employee. We recommend you to visit. One of the best hotels in Gagra that I managed to visit, and we were there more than once. The rooms are spacious, clean, snow-white bed linen, towels too. There is everything you need:teapot, cups, cutlery. The breakfast buffet may not be very varied, but you definitely won't stay hungry (even champagne is served in the morning). We were at the end of February, the pool was heated perfectly (+29), we swam constantly. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, all questions were solved instantly. I also really liked the SPA. The location is excellent: there are many cafes and canteens nearby, shops, the sea across the street. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a vacation, and we will definitely come back here.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, we liked everything in general: buffet breakfasts (omelets, pancakes, porridges of two types, vegetables, fruits (orange, apples), sausage, cheese, ham, pastries, also champagne; we ate every day. There are no lunches and dinners, no one cooks.
We got to my birthday, they brought a compliment to the room: a bottle of champagne and fruit, it's nice.
There is a warm swimming pool (29°) on the territory, but they did not have time to swim. The rooms are clean, although the bed linen is changed every 3 days, so we did not catch this moment. But it seemed to us that the sheet was in someone's hair, the pillows are very hard, so a minus star. There is no elevator, you will have to lift your suitcases up the stairs.
Upon check-in, they said that there is 50 liters of hot water in the tank at a time and if you spend all of them, you will have to wait half an hour to fill up again. I have never spent so much, although I washed for a long time (15-20 minutes), maybe they just say to wash less))
The hotel itself is located next to the railway, trains run 4/5 times a day, but from 9 am to 16 somewhere, so they absolutely did not interfere, especially since we were on excursions.

A wonderful hotel! This is not the first time we have stopped here upon arrival in Gagry! We have had experience with other hotels, so there is something to compare it with! Delicious breakfasts, homemade, and most importantly-fresh food! Spacious rooms! Bed linen and towels-everything is clean and fresh! We visited the spa, sauna and cedar barrel, we liked it! Cleaning daily, good! The staff is responsive, cultured, the girls at the reception are beautiful!

We spent the New Year in this hotel. There were amazing impressions of the hotel, especially considering that unfortunately I had to spend the whole vacation at the hotel due to illness.
I'll write down the advantages ✅
- heated swimming pool, open from morning to evening
- amazing staff everywhere (thanks a lot to the girls from the reception who helped with literally any problem and request)
- there is a spa, massages, sauna
- delicious varied breakfasts, excellent coffee and food is always replenished quickly
- comfortable large rooms that cleanly clean and have all the amenities
- exit by cards, no one will be able to get into the hotel , parking and a closed area
- unlimited tangerines at the reception
- excellent Wi-Fi working everywhere
- 2 minutes to the sea and the promenade on foot , and many attractions are within walking distance like coffee shops and all kinds of shops
But there are also disadvantages 🔴
- very poor sound insulation , we lived on the ground floor and every person was clearly audible
- I can't remember anymore😂
I advise you to stay in this hotel if you want a comfortable stay
You can also book a transfer to and from the hotel, as we did, it is very comfortable and fast to get to the airport in good cars

We went to New Year's Eve for 4 years in a row. It was all wonderful. But....
Everything is gradually falling into decline, and prices have increased disproportionately - they have equaled Sochi, at least for the New Year holidays.
The pillows became wooden, the bedspreads and blankets were exhausted. Cleaning has become a "fuck off". The pool is one bowl. Neither the counterflow nor the waterfall work.
Everything is maintained only by the hospitality of the staff - thanks to Natasha, Kristina and Vika, as well as Bakhtiar. There are also invariably delicious breakfasts. Now I will recommend this place only because of the location and the winter atmosphere of the "old Gagra".

A gorgeous hotel. Everything is clean, cozy and beautiful. Lots of spa treatments, swimming pool, close to the sea. Delicious breakfasts. I was in December, and in summer they also say delicious lunches and dinners. On my birthday, I was presented with a certificate for the procedure, champagne and fruit in the room, wine on the tour, it was unexpected and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is nice and conveniently located.
Of the cons:
- small, old TVs in the rooms. They hang high, far away, nothing is visible.
- the temperature in the pool was quite high, despite the fact that it was hot outside,

Great place, we went on the advice, not a bit upset. The sea is across the street, there are good budget canteens nearby, there are a lot of shops within walking distance, but everything is individual here. The rooms are clean, there is a balcony, air conditioning, a varied breakfast, one thing for three days, then everything repeats, but it's not bad, it's fine. The only negative is the shower room, there may be mold and dirty plumbing, but if you look at it comparing with others, then nothing. The staff quite adequately suggests places to relax, where to buy food, where not to take it. This place has decorated our vacation.

- we postponed the appointment to the cosmetologist several times. probably because it's a free service. I never visited, but I don't need to))
- the train goes right across the street

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Quite a decent hotel. Fresh and clean. Expected the worst. Not very comfortable pillows, there is no small light. But this is Abkhazia.
Located near the sea, in a quiet side street.the breakfasts are modest, but everything is well prepared, fresh products. I didn't have enough good coffee, but when to just spend the night is not essential.

We read a lot of laudatory reviews, chose this hotel, and so on exclusively facts:
1) bed linen is changed every three days, there are no questions, it is rather customary in Abkhazia, but no one changed the pillowcases and sheets after three days (although new towels were brought), the administrator gave me a new sheet, and did not even move an ear to call the cleaner, change yourself, residents..
2) mattress all sagging, sleeping in the shape of a hemisphere-semicircle
3) you come for breakfast, all the tables can easily be occupied, the waiter (the only one) just does not have time to clean them, at the reception they only ask to return to the room and come down later
4) the choice of dishes for breakfast is quite meager, they sort everything out very quickly, for the first time I saw stewed cabbage as an alternative to meat dishes))
5) to get a second card and give it out is a whole problem, initially they give one card, the second one is not allowed)
6) endless construction 30m from the hotel: loud, annoying, tedious, terrible (a similar multi-storey hotel is being built)
7) the staff was polite only upon check-in, after all the comments and requests, the reaction was absolutely incorrect
8) the carpet in the room stinks, you constantly have to ventilate the room
9) the toilet and shower are as small and uncomfortable as possible, the shower is not attached, the shower stall is all leaking, disposable products are not given out in principle, toilet paper is added at the request (or unwillingness) of the cleaner, there is no dryer, additional towels are refused
10) a very noisy refrigerator in the room, who is a light sleeper - you will not be able to sleep)
11) there are no any!! umbrellas and awnings, that is, sun beds are available, but there is no shade
12) there is no sound insulation as a class - you can hear what is being said in the room through two walls or how the TV works in the next room
13) if you have a smoking neighbor, all the smells will be in your room
14) the absence of any! fruits for breakfast
15) no elevator
And at the same time, the price tag in the off-season for a standard room is cosmic!
I would never recommend this dreadful hotel to anyone. Not even two stars

The junior suite had two balconies overlooking the sea and a heated pool. Staff 5+

We are satisfied with the hotel , next to the sea.Room, staff, breakfasts, swimming pool , wi-Fi , contigent is great everywhere!The locals are the kindest people!!Minus only about the city of Gagra itself, it is not the season here in winter...and everything is closed here...There are very few shops and cafes.To eat, you need to try...the prices for everything are very expensive.There are a lot of tourists. The most delicious places are the cafe "Pearl " where the Ferris wheel and "Rizza " .The spa program at the hotel is great, the pool is steamed milk.I think it's very wonderful here in the summer, if we come it's only in the summer and I recommend it to you. We took a taxi from the station for 300 rubles. It is better to arrange trips to the mountains and excursions with local residents. It is much more profitable

Well, an absolutely ordinary hotel, it's definitely not worth your money. It is better to rent a house for this money.
The food is the same. Pasta was served for dinner, you will see them for breakfast, the range of food is very small and very monotonous, on the third day we stopped eating there altogether.
