We had a rest in Amran at the end of June, we really liked the hotel! The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need. The food is varied and delicious, especially pleased with fresh fruits and local cuisine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is within walking distance, the sea is clean. Special thanks to the animators, they created a great atmosphere for children and adults. The rest was a success!

I've been vacationing there with a friend for 3 times already .From June 1 to June 10 . The room is clean, everything is cool as always, the kitchen is good, the food is good, everything is delicious, every day there are different pastries and cakes and pastries.,champagne for breakfast , wine for dinner.The pool is clean. A chic hotel with a swimming pool, spa treatments I went 4 times and just flew out and soared with happiness the girl there has golden pens, very clean well-groomed territory, cool rooms, delicious cuisine, but a little expensive, I would say, but everything is fine for 10. Last time I liked everything so much and so we decided to go on vacation at this hotel, we rested from June 26 to July 8, 2024. There are only positive reviews about the hotel, the hotel is the cleanest, the room is cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed every three days, the pool is cleaned and washed in the morning and evening. The food class is all very tasty, varied and fresh. The staff at 10+, the cook, the waiters, the girls at the reception are just amazing, everyone is responsive, kind always with a smile, they will tell you everything you need. I recommend a cosmetologist, spa programs are at the highest level!In general, there are some advantages, I advise you to relax in a great place!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days, we liked everything. The breakfasts are delicious, no frills. The room is clean, there is a hairdryer, shower gel, towels. Recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Abkhazia! We stayed at the Amran Hotel and did not regret it at all. As a wish... If you rate yourself at 4 stars, although it is too high, in the rooms, but the junior suite for sure, there should be individual hygiene products, kits with toothbrushes and paste, cotton pads and shampoo with shower gel. (the shampoo was in a common tube, but what is in it???? ) Well, the main thing is bottled water. Unfortunately, many tourists complain of stomach upset due to drinking water. I'm sorry, it's not clear what's in the coolers, it definitely doesn't boil. But this is just a wish. In general, everything is great. I recommend it to everyone! .

We were in February, a convenient area for walking, went for a walk in the mountains to the observation deck (for those who like to walk far and for a long time). We had our first vacation in July 2024 with the whole family in Abkhazia and did not regret at all, choosing the Amran hotel in staraya Gagra.Everything is at the highest level, the room is cleaned every day, the food is delicious and varied, a new dish and pastries are served every day, the hotel territory is small, but all in greenery and a huge plus for children and adults is a warm pool, because the sea may not be calm. A wonderful hotel, everything is very clean, neat, excellent breakfasts. At my request, they gave me a room on the 2nd floor. The staff is very friendly! The pool is a fairy tale, very warm, for November the most! Room class! Everything is very clean, we had 2 balconies, the cleaning is on top!

We just returned from Abkhazia. We had a family vacation at the Amran Hotel, standard room. Thanks to the girl (I don't know her name, she drives a Lexus), she is very friendly, she helped with a quick check-in. The territory is well maintained, something is constantly being washed and cleaned. The room is clean, the staff are constantly asking if cleaning or any supplies are needed. A warm pool, we swam in the rain. A decent breakfast, champagne is served. Parking is too small, of course. We left every day in the morning to drive around the country and in the evening we had to play tetris in the parking lot). There is a river next to the parking lot, fat ducks swim in it). I went for a massage (I don't remember the exact name, like Lauren), I liked it. We had a heartfelt chat with her. I say hello). And how the orange tree smells in the yard, it's just a delight. In general, we were satisfied with our visit to this hotel. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. The country of the soul is generally a separate delight. We have arrived home and we already want to go back!)

I rested alone for the first time at the Amran hotel in Abkhazia in October- November 2024 on the recommendation of my son. For me, not only the comfort of living was important, but also the convenience and safety of the trip. Everything was perfectly organized: a hotel transfer was waiting for me at the Adler railway station (we ordered at the same time as booking the room), I quickly passed passport control and 20 minutes on the road along the seashore.
The attentive and polite receptionist at the hotel offered me a room with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool, a seasonal discount and two certificates for spa treatments, and received an electronic key. The room was spacious and stylish, on the picturesque quiet side of the hotel, which is important for a good rest.
Breakfast, as stated, was indeed always fresh and varied.
I got a special pleasure from the spa treatments. The warmest clean pool indulged in swimming in the morning. The sea - the purest, turquoise, pebble beach - was across the street from the hotel. In this part of the city, close to the hotel, there is a restaurant, cafe, canteens, where I occasionally had lunch / dinner.
Cleaning and daily cleanliness of the room, the hotel, caring staff, special thanks for this. I even extended my stay, they helped me with that too and met me halfway. Transfer to departure - no problem. I really enjoyed my stay at the Amran Hotel, and I will repeat it with pleasure.

The hotel is not bad for its money, the food is not very varied, but it is quite satisfying, the interval for eating is too small for us, we managed to have breakfast right next to each other, dinner also ends early, at 19.00, I would like to have at least 20 hours to have dinner. The staff is polite, but they don't keep up everywhere. A big plus is the convenient location. Rotavirus is walking massively in the hotel, the eldest son suffered all night, there are two children in the next room-the same situation for both, judging by the stories of his mother, the child was rinsing all night from the third floor. I don't know if it's in the hotel, or just in the season, unfortunately the sea has been dirty for the last two days (for everyone who is going to go, stock up on medicines!

The location of the hotel was very pleasant, just in the middle between the old and new Gagra, the sea is nearby, everything is within walking distance and not near the road itself. I liked absolutely everything about the hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful and convenient, the location of the hotel is good, the sea is nearby. A river flows from under the mountain, fat ducks swim in the river :). The pool is +37 degrees clean, the child practically did not get out of it! Thanks a lot to the hotel staff! The breakfasts are delicious, different porridges, vegetables, omelettes, baked potatoes, pancakes. You can easily enjoy sweet champagne in the morning, nothing, on vacation after all :). We rested here in July, lived on the 4th floor, first in a stanadart, then in a junior suite, the junior suite was with an attic, beautiful views of the sea and mountains, the rooms are quiet, you can hear the current of loud cocks and dog barking. The hotel is very quiet, ideal for a family holiday, there are regular customers, they come not for the first time. Everything works - air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, shower. Thanks to the staff. In the corridor there is a ironing machine with an iron, a cooler with water. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, cleaned every day. Comfortably. We left very early, there was no one at the reception... I had to leave the magnet pass in the yard, because I couldn't open the door to the street without it. We also arrived ahead of time, it's a pity that there is no luggage storage, we left our things in the lobby. It's a little hard to climb to the 4th floor... especially after the sea and food)))).. the beach is a 3-minute walk away - good, there are not many people. Sunbeds were charged for 300 rubles , two with an umbrella . I definitely recommend it. Quiet, cozy, comfortable.

We had a rest in early May 2024 at the Amran hotel, this is our third visit to Abkhazia and all three times we choose only this place for a comfortable stay. At the beginning of May, only breakfast is included in the price, but that's fine. We are having a rest with our daughter, so we chose a hotel where there is a children's room and an animator. Lisa is just our savior, our idol, our daughter adores her. Thank you for her patience and love for children!!!
Among the advantages, we can note daily room cleaning, a clean warm pool, friendly staff, administrators will always help solve the problem, wonderful girls!
The excellent location of the hotel is near the sea and mountains, cool ducks swim nearby. In a word - beauty)
One of the disadvantages is the lack of a washing machine for hotel guests. There are basins in the rooms (you can wash socks, etc.), but it is impossible to stretch something large.
The breakfasts are not very diverse, basically the same thing every time all three times that we lived there.

We rested at this hotel from 04.04 to 14.04. The weather was a little bit bad, it was at least 12 and maximum 23 degrees. In principle, I liked everything. Clean, well-maintained large rooms. Breakfasts European cuisine is quite a varied buffet, places in the dining room can always be found. We took a lot of excursions, went to the sauna. The outdoor pool is not large, 29 degrees all year round, sometimes there were not enough places by the pool. The staff is courteous, nice people. I was a little disappointed that there is a construction site nearby and constant noise.
