And by the way, it's a pity that there is no free coffee for customers, it would be nice, this is available in such car dealerships as Nissan, Skoda, and auto idea, not that it's very uncomfortable without coffee, but if there was, a long wait could brighten up the caffeine in the blood. Another small disadvantage is that not all lifts can be viewed on the TV camera, which is equipped with CCTV cameras. But in general, everything is on the level, the staff is pleasant, they always greet at the entrance (unlike Mercedes)

The car was bought in another salon, where they met like relatives.

Expensive service....you are needed as a customer before buying a car...and then if they see you as a potential buyer...after the purchase, one hemorrhoid ......the level of service has dropped to the skirting board....coffee is given out on a coupon and then American after the order of the outfit is issued...the salon has to work for another 15 minutes, no one is even in the workplace anymore. The customer is not notified when the machine is ready. They are trying to sell more expensive spare parts, although cheaper ones are available...The 4th One costs 850 rubles ...space prices...really delhi for 2 days....where are we going?

If one of them is on a day off, then others cannot fulfill their duties and clients must wait for a specific specialist to come out, if he still deigns to pay attention to them. Good service, wonderful staff. Service for the first time. We came for scheduled maintenance and to eliminate certain problems under warranty. The car was fully diagnosed on all issues, the bearing bearing was replaced under warranty. The workers stayed late even after their working hours.
1. There is no way to approach on foot - there is not a single path. Do you feel a whiff of comfort? Please walk along the roadway.
2. Come into the salon, there are a lot of managers, and a couple of clients. The managers didn't care about the customers (the first salon out of 6, where no one says hello). We climbed around the cars, but the review is not about them. The three managers, leaning on the counter, in a sprawl, with half-lowered masks, looking askance with their evil gaze, did not cause any pleasant feeling. One, very reluctantly, nevertheless agreed to answer simple questions. Competence leaves much to be desired. Of the few simple questions, two had to be chewed (questions about the suspension, configuration, duration of delivery to order, steering wheel upholstery, the steering wheels seemed very unpleasant to the touch).
In general, after talking, I got the impression that once at the stage of "sniffing" a car, such an attitude, what will happen next, on maintenance...
One of the Jili centers in Minsk, convenient location, there is a Kia car center nearby. The center has been new for about a year. All of Jili's models are represented in the center. There is a recreation area.
Do not buy Geely, because even if you are happy with the car, one day the sensor will light up and you will be left without a car. We have been suffering for 1.5 months now: no repairs, no substitution, no answer as to what will be done with it and when. Service - 0. Moreover, do not be happy if you are told that the car is in good condition and you can pick it up from the service - you can get into the car and it turns out that nothing has been done. The money for THAT is not small, you will sign up for IT without any problems, and when it comes to malfunctions, you will have to ride a trolleybus. The service refers to what awaits a decision from the factory, the factory says, contact the service. PEOPLE, DON'T TAKE YOUR MONEY TO JILI!

The receptionist took us to the manager, who apparently is not interested in selling cars at all, we stood near the table while he was talking on the phone with someone he knew, until we sat down at a table, did not even plan to hang up. He sat in a heap and showed his love for work with his whole appearance. The manager's name is Evgeny, I do not advise you to contact him. In general, the desire to buy Geely has disappeared completely and we will not support this brand in the future. I advise management to reconsider how they select their staff.
