Yesterday I arrived from Minsk, went on a three-day sightseeing tour from the Rus agency. The trip made a great impression, everything is organized clearly, without failures, the guides are excellent. Unfortunately, the weather failed, on the first day rain, wind, froze on a sightseeing tour of the city. In the following days, the rain spared us and we enjoyed visiting Mir Castle and Nesvizh Castle. I am an age person and it was somewhat stressful for me physically, I had to walk a lot, but I coped.
I really liked Belarus, there is nothing to complain about.
Wonderful impressions, full immersion in the history of this territory from the 14th to the 15th century, restored with care, as described by the role during the Second World War
I recommend🫰🏼
A very interesting place to travel. Beautiful view, the castle is historically beautiful, a good park for walking and relaxing. A beautiful lake, I recommend you to visit
A wonderful historical place that allows you to plunge into the Middle Ages. A reasonable price for admission to the museum. There is a restaurant on the territory of the castle where you can taste Belarusian cuisine
A perfectly restored castle. There is something to see and where to walk. There are a lot of medieval armor in the museum. There was a great performance outside. My wife and I really liked it.
Novodel.
Reconstruction of the Second World War, what does it have to do with the castle?
Is the elevator at the entrance normal, or is it a 16th-century elevator?
Does anyone manage the wardrobe at all?
Is boorish staff the norm for you?
For the first time, employees (who stand in the aisles, during excursions) asked for money (2 Belarusian rubles), it is unclear for what.
It's just a shame.
We stayed for one night in hotels at Mir Castle.
I highly recommend it.
The room is modern with a touch of antiquity.
The only drawback is there are no breakfasts. There is a restaurant on the territory of the castle, the prices in it are inadequately inflated.
At 6 pm, tourist groups begin to leave and the castle and the park are completely in your disposal. It's so nice to walk through the dark alleys. The castle becomes a fairy tale.
It is also very pleasant to walk in the morning along the pine alley along the pond, to dream on the benches.
Two balls and only for performances on the street, otherwise I didn't like it, we were a couple of minutes late for tickets, we were refused, it was so hard to sell, instead they were rude and mocked, we don't advise anyone to go there, there was nothing much to see, the castle, like many write a new model
A great place with a lot of positive emotions!
One of the main attractions of Belarus, a must-visit.
Everyone will find and learn a lot of new things here.
It is better not to limit yourself to one castle, but to explore the village itself - on the square of which it is worth paying attention to the church, the church and the very atmospheric surrounding architecture. I also liked to have a snack in the establishments near the church.
Beautifully restored castle. If you want to explore with a guided tour, then you need to book earlier. There are no free guides on site, but they can offer an audio guide. There is a cafe on the territory of the castle, but delicious food is served in the cafe that is located outside the territory. If you plan to visit two castles: Mirsky and Nesvizh on the same day, it is better to go to Mirsky first, because it works an hour shorter
One of the masterpieces of European architecture. Very beautiful. Convenient parking. Lots of souvenirs. Magical excursions. Required to visit in Belarus. It is advisable to choose good weather to enjoy all the beauty!
Unforgettable!!!
I really liked it! Clean, beautiful, we got to the performance of the knight's fight. I recommend it for visiting.Iya! There are many interesting souvenirs
It's a very interesting place.
Nicely.
Informative.
There is a lot of historical information.
Good excursions and guides.
This is the second time I've visited.
I strongly recommend that you look at it if possible
We visited with an excursion, the view of the castle, its history is interesting, there are few objects of those times in the exposition, but it was restored wisely, I liked it in general. There are hotel rooms for those who are interested, there is a cafe with drinks. Very nice ticket))) I recommend
It's a very beautiful castle. It is located on the shore of the lake. Interesting excursions, many expositions, a souvenir shop and a cafe on site. A small performance was played out in the courtyard - spectacularly and humorously. We used the audio guide with my husband, learned a lot of interesting facts about the history of the castle. Friendly staff, large Parking within walking distance. I liked everything)
The place is very authentic and interesting. Before visiting, train your legs, most of the ascents and descents are passages in the walls, high and steep steps. On weekends there is a small theatrical performance.
The best impressions. A well-restored castle, the museum is filled with ancient exhibits. I liked the performances of the reenactors - the battles of the knights.
Beautiful, Gothic, European. It is unusual for our places from the word at all. We used to go to Europe to see this, but there is such a thing in Belarus. The place is a tourist destination, a hotel, shops, parking.
An amazingly beautiful, vibrant place in Belarus. Everything is restored, lots of greenery, flowers. There is everything necessary for tourists: parking, souvenir shops.
I liked the "Scottish guys" at the entrance of the Mir Castle the most. They have samples of weapons from the Middle Ages and beyond, which you can pick up and even shoot from it. Which you can't do in the museum itself.
They conduct demonstration sword fights and a theatrical performance of the execution. And it's fascinating, because you feel a little bit like a resident of that era.
We were with a group of 4 people on Sunday and couldn't find a guide. We asked to join a larger group, but, alas, all the groups are recruited. As the museum administrator said, booking a guided tour in a month. Therefore, a spontaneous desire to spend a full weekend at the museum should be planned))).
We made do with an audio guide, which, in my opinion, is not very convenient.
The museum has been renovated, but there is a lot of modern stuff: the elevator in the castle building surprised me.
I put 4 out of 5, because there is something to compare it with. There were more expectations.
A very interesting complex. But to walk around the towers, to climb to the top of them, you need to have athletic skill. The muscles of the legs make themselves felt for a long time afterwards.Oksana, the tour guide, tells us about the castle in an interesting way.
A very interesting castle, many passages, passages, basements, you can climb the walls of the castle for a long time, it is very interesting. I have never seen such a large number of moves in any zank before. We took a quest tour (family) around the museum. I really liked it, I recommend it. Impressions of the castle are only positive. The staff is polite and helpful. At the same time, the castle is still beautiful) The castle is worthy to visit it.
A complicated history of construction, but it turned out to be a masterpiece of fortification, probably worth the ruin of several families, so that now people could touch and imagine how it was.by the way, the bonus in the fortress itself is an excellent restaurant with very friendly staff and the best draniki!!!
We were guests of the castle, we lived in a cozy hotel room. And, our impression is that we were welcome guests. Living in the castle is very atmospheric, new, unforgettable experiences! Thank you)))
Every time I come to Belarus, I visit Mir Castle. Picturesque surroundings, park. I really love this place. The castle itself is a unique, atmospheric place with many legends. It is interesting to visit with a guide. Be sure to climb the towers and go down to the prison. The castle is beautiful at any time of the year. There is a restaurant with delicious cuisine and souvenir shops on site.
In my opinion, this is the best castle to visit to plunge into history with your head! a lot of things! really worthy of respect!take 1 audio guide for two (it is more than enough) wear comfortable shoes and clothes) the stairs in the tower are very high) the toilets inside are free (outside is paid)! souvenirs are 2 times cheaper in the parking lot than in the castle)there is 1 grace day in a month (the price in it is 6 rubles and 16) if you have never been, then you will definitely be delighted!
A beautiful restored castle. Inside there are several different expositions about the castle itself and about the time of its creation and who lived in it. At the very top there are a couple of beautiful halls where they ate and hosted important guests. You can also feel how people moved along it in the old days, running up the steep and narrow stairs in the towers with tourists, and there are quite a few of them)
It was completely restored, it was there about 14-15 years ago and only the right tower was open to the public. Now there is a restaurant, a hotel, a museum, a park. It is better to take a tour, they tell you interesting things, they will answer all your questions. And you can also sign up there (register a marriage)) And sometimes they have a ball there.
A great place to visit. Friends ask where it is in Germany). We lived in a hotel there. The staff is excellent. But I don't recommend going to the restaurant downstairs. Very expensive, very slow. In Minsk, the same set of dishes in a chic restaurant is about 2 times cheaper. For breakfast, I recommend a cafe opposite the entrance to the complex. There are many rooms in the castle, everything is very interesting. In general, the most positive feelings from the trip! I definitely recommend it for a visit.
It's a beautiful place!!! The castle is very impressive! To say you liked it is to say nothing, you definitely need to visit here and see everything with your own eyes!
A beautiful beautiful castle!
Our day was made by the local guide Viktor Leonidovich! A great storyteller with an amazing sense of humor! I recommend it! You won't regret it!
We spent the night at the castle hotel for the first time in our lives, we were waiting for ghosts, but there were none, but we were not disappointed) The rooms are clean, it can be seen that they are new (the hotel has appeared recently). The castle itself is very beautiful, especially from the water. There is an area around the castle where you can walk with pleasure, but not very late, at 10 o'clock the lights are completely turned off on the territory. You can eat in the castle restaurant in the basement stylized as the Middle Ages, you didn't like only the music in it, but everything is fine. A delicious cozy place outside the territory, we were in the summer, sat on the summer veranda, left the best impressions!
It's a great place, even in February. Interesting excursions, an entertaining quest, an amazing restaurant and a hotel. Indeed, it's as if we got into the Middle Ages. The staff is friendly and good-natured.
It is very beautiful and interesting. Great staff everywhere from the museum to the restaurant. Be sure to take guided tours of both the castle and the museum. Be sure to visit the restaurant in the basement, to say that it's just delicious there is nothing to say)
A beautiful peaceful area, ideal for rebooting and staying in silence. In the castle itself, you definitely need a guide, without him, little is clear and not particularly interesting. For tourists, the place is a must-visit, it is an important part of tourist Belarus
A great place for all tourists who decide to visit Belarus! The territory is well maintained, the staff is polite, souvenirs can be purchased on site at reasonable prices!
A beautiful place, a picturesque pond near the castle, there are exhibits that attract attention, but it's still better to book an excursion. Nice large parking lot.
I've never been to castles before. This one was the second after the previously inspected castle in Nesvizh. I really liked the inside tour, wonderful interiors! Our guide told us a lot about the castle on the way there. I highly recommend visiting it, and even a second time would not hurt))
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, you will have to climb the walls of the castle, the stairs are very steep. I really liked the theatrical performance. The territory is well maintained.
One of the most recognizable places. It is mandatory for tourists to visit.. It is interesting not only to look outside, but also to walk around inside. Climb the walls, go down into the dungeon. In a word, it is very interesting. I recommend.
