The castle is amazing in size, it is bigger than Nesvizh Castle. Although it seems to be more comfortable inside in Nesvizh. There are a lot of narrow, tall ladders in the towers, obese people can not overpower. And if the crowd descends at the top and rises at the bottom, congestion occurs. Those at the top are shouting: wait, we're coming down... in general, it's fun. You need to relax and feel adventurous. There were crowds of tourists in winter, and probably even more in summer. Most likely, it is better to arrive at the opening itself, when there are fewer people. There is always a small performance with knights in the courtyard.

An amazing place, great rooms, once you check in, you will feel like a part of that era))

It's a great place, the museum has all the most interesting things at the very top. The park around the castle is simply magical.
We stayed overnight in a hotel located in the castle itself, sleeping in the castle is a special pleasure, you feel like a princess))
The breakfast menu in the restaurant in the basement of the castle is very meager, but pancakes with cottage cheese, fried in breadcrumbs, with some interesting name, just a delight!!!

Beautiful medieval castle. A lot of work has been done on restoration, everything is clean, neat, in some places even too modern. In the palace part there is a large museum with exhibits from different eras brought from different parts of Europe, including Russia, so I advise you to buy a ticket that includes a visit to all parts of the castle. A good impression was spoiled only by the restaurant that is located on the territory of the castle. For half an hour that we were there, we did not even accept an order. The waiters were "caught" several times, but they refused to accept the order. And we weren't the only ones. They left hungry and disappointed

I really liked the castle. Its location, condition, decoration, paintings, portraits, busts of the Rodzeville dynasty. I admire everyday life, luxury and beauty. The castle looks like a residential one - installations, firewood in fireplaces, flowers in vases. The legends and interesting stories of the guide enliven the idea of the owners of the castle. I highly recommend visiting this wonderful place surrounded by picturesque nature.

If you have been to Ragnit in the Kaliningrad region and dreamed of seeing that architectural ensemble "as before" - you are here. It's cool that there was time, money, and people who were able to restore both the medieval fortress and the castle part. Now it's interesting, beautiful, and informative. The tour only needs to be taken for the first time. Right in the castle complex. It is better to get here by private transport, rather than as part of an excursion group. To travel at your own pace to all possible locations. By the way, some of the travel options may not work on Monday.

A stunning castle. With a rich, complex, interesting history, shrouded in legends and original architecture in a very picturesque place.
To explore the castle, I recommend taking an excursion- experts in their field are here, it is much more informative to walk around the castle with a guide than to study some things yourself. There is a hotel in the walls (which must be strongly booked in advance) and a restaurant with a cafe. You can climb into all the towers, climb the combat passages of the walls and even go down to the dungeon. If you are lucky, then representatives of the historical club can perform on the castle square in appropriate attire, with a gun, scenes (we were lucky and we got to the medieval Scottish infantry, they staged an execution and fought with swords).
There is also a good cafe opposite the castle, if you are with children and tired after visiting.
It is wonderful that the dilapidated, dilapidated place has been restored so qualitatively and interestingly. Respect to restorers and historians!

An amazing place, with a century-old history, we stayed for three days, there is a small hotel in the castle, we got a two-level room, a bed, a sofa,armchairs, cabinets, a table, a large refrigerator, two bathrooms, which was very convenient, two TVs, there was not enough kettle).The rooms are clean, all toiletries were provided, hairdryer, bathtub with hydro massage. The staff is very helpful. There is a restaurant on site, everything is delicious, there is a cafe just a stone's throw away, it's a little cheaper there, it's also delicious, but not so atmospheric, there are a couple more cafes in the distance, but we haven't been there. There is free parking for hotel visitors.The territory of the castle and the park is very clean, well-groomed, it is pleasant to walk, the place is very beautiful, it is definitely worth visiting at least for a day and staying at the castle, go to the museum and just take a walk, feel the atmosphere.

It's beautiful, cozy in places. The entrance to the courtyard is free, there are plenty of parking around. The girls took beautiful photos and are also happy. We did not eat in a restaurant where the prices are horse-drawn, but in a nearby cafe, where they are 2 times lower. The assortment is really modest and there is not much space, but we were lucky and we fit in five. Walk inside and outside for an hour, if you don't go to museums. I liked it, I recommend it

I was there for the first time about 25 years ago. Therefore, I am pleasantly surprised how the castle was put in order. The interiors and ceilings were amazing inside. The exposition about the owners is also interesting. There are a lot of visitors, so it was not possible to get on the tour, the audio guide helped out. The most beautiful castle. There is a lot of space, air and light inside. Beautiful, cozy halls. Everything is royal. Simple and majestic at the same time. We visited the castle an hour before closing and never regretted it, as we went alone and it seemed that we had come to visit and now its other inhabitants would come out here.
It is a pity that we could not stay at the castle hotel, as we had not booked in advance and there were no seats. All the guides were also busy, so you need to book the tour in advance. At the castle there is a wonderful restaurant with chic draniki and amazingly delicious brushwood.

The castle has been renovated, it is interesting to take a walk and get into that era. Few ancestral furniture has been preserved from the furnishings, but now the collection is being replenished with worthy exhibits. You can climb the towers, they have narrow passages and steep circular stairs and only for one person. They make you sweat. But the view from the top of the tower is not forgettable.

There are a lot of people, we'll have to hang out on the weekend. you put in a couple of hours for an inspection, if you do not seek to learn the whole history of the Radziwills in all the details, this is quite enough. There is no special point in the guide, you can take the audio and not follow the leader in single file. Local souvenirs are sold near the castle, not all Chinese ones) are needed for personal ones.

A very beautiful place! If you are here in sunny weather, you can take a lot of wonderful photos! People come here on excursions, you can relax and have a snack here. Climbing the tower, through the small windows you can see the surrounding buildings from a height. But be prepared for very steep steps. Untrained people have very bad leg pain for several days after climbing and descending.

I was at the castle in early January. I parked almost in front of the entrance on the side of the road. That's what all the locals do, no one seems to have been evacuated or fined. A ticket to visit all the places cost 18 Belarusian rubles, and an audio guide cost 6 rubles. I recommend the audio guide, because it makes the story and some facts clearer. You can visit the castle itself, the prison, climb the wall, climb the towers, go to the castle church. There are actually few originals for weapons and armor, but the replicas are well made.

Mir Castle impressed with its beauty, an English park with a pond, a church-tomb of the princes Svyatopolk-Mirsky. We also managed to watch a theatrical performance in the courtyard of the castle, with cannon shots, drumming and sword fighting.
