We were from 1.07 to 5.07. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a spacious dining room on site. We went to dinner a couple of times.There is a choice of dishes. We had breakfast and lunch on the beach in a cafe. There is a restaurant above the dining room, but we never got to it. It is forbidden to drink alcohol on the territory, which is very good. Outside the hotel you can. There were mostly children in the pool, we were lucky with the weather and swam in the sea.

The number listed on the Internet is not correct to reach the hotel. The hotel is operated by a tour operator. You will not be able to come and check in on your own. When buying a ticket, they asked for a room
with a view of the main entrance and not the first floor, they did everything the other way around the first floor and overlooking the courtyard. There was no information in the hotel about our accommodation. We were not on the tour operator's list either, we were well on the hotel's list.

Nice hotel, delicious cuisine. A warm outdoor pool with lighting. Swimming under the stars is just great. Children have plenty of space. It is possible from a young age. The food for the kids is great.. And the store opposite the hotel is private - there is everything! Delicious homemade cakes, fish, meat, fruits. You don't have to go anywhere. You can have lunch too, everything is nearby. There is a restaurant on site. There are all kinds of entertainment on the water.

The hotel is located near the border, there are several canteens next to the hotel, prices are normal, the beach is pebbly, persimmons and pomegranates grow everywhere-after a strong wind, it was possible to lift ripe ones from the ground.But we were not very lucky with the weather-the lights were often turned off at night and during the day, and there was no water.We lived on the 1st floor, but the shower has a very bad pressure-a jet and it is impossible to rinse properly.

The hotel is very cozy, the staff is excellent, I especially liked the attitude of the administrator Svetlana, the maid's room cleaning services are excellent, and the delicious dishes prepared by the skillful professional hands of cook Dili and her son are simply amazing to taste,,, because they combine all the notes of Oriental, European, Abkhazian and Caucasian cuisine. We were in Abkhazia for the first time, vacationing with my husband.
We rested there at the end of August 2024
We bought a tour, and we were offered this hotel, we had 7 nights and our honest review is as follows:
The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the only thing is there is too much moisture in the bathroom, and there may be mold somewhere (friends had it in other rooms), but everything was fine with us 👌
Pleasant staff, all responsive
We had breakfast and dinner, the food was super tasty, homemade, sometimes they didn't even refuse an additive)) the dining room on the ground floor, where we were fed, for all 7 days we had dinner only 1 time, the food is varied
The Wi-fi was sometimes unstable, it was super at certain points, but we came to rest, it was not the main thing
I caught super in every cafe if I really use the Internet
The location of the hotel is great, it's not far from the airport, the sea is 10 minutes on foot to the dump, it took us 40 minutes to walk to the market, we took a walk and looked at the beautiful surroundings
Yes, this is a village and you can find some ruins, but this did not bother us at all
The beauty of Abkhazia is fascinating
We went to the sea for lunch, or bought very tasty trout and cheese from Vari, and in general, you can really buy everything in Vari's store next to the hotel, but in the shops at the intersection it is 20-40 rubles cheaper.

We had a rest in June 2024. The place is great. there is a swimming pool and a wonderful cafe on site, the cuisine is predominantly European, but there are also oriental dishes. The road to the sea is 8-10 minutes, there is garbage on the roadsides, cars are driving at breakneck speed along the road, part of the road is houses, shops and cafes, and part of the road is down to the cemetery, there are no garbage cans at all at the store or at the cafe or on the beach, there are no toilets either, piles of garbage and empty bottles on the beach.The sea is dirty.Wine is offered at home, not wine at all, some kind of gibberish, it is not possible to drink it simply.
In general, tsandrypsh is just a dirty village.I chose a tour based on hotel reviews, but I didn't even consider the location itself, I was unlucky with the weather, so my impressions are nothing but disappointments.

We rested in Tristan from 26.06 to 02.07.2024. I really liked the hotel , everything is at the highest level, the rooms are cozy and clean , the food is good, cook Mahmoud cooks amazingly.
The restaurant is at the highest level! 👍Fedya the bartender will be served at 5*.
The pool is new, the water is like fresh milk!👍The sea is 7 minutes away at a calm pace , the beach is good , there are few people , the sea is clean, a quiet area ! Who is for a relaxing holiday , I advise you !👍👍👍

We rested from August 12 to August 21, 2023. There is a lot written about the hotel. That's the way it is. I liked everything. Clean, cozy, good linen. Breakfast and dinner are simple, without frills. I couldn't remember the last time I drank compote and cocoa. In the student cafeteria, I think. My husband did not eat enough (height 184 cm), and they did not give me too much. I had to go to the cafe opposite. There's nothing to say about cooking. That's just terrible. Hire a cook for buns and casseroles.
Cons of the hotel - there is no canopy or umbrellas near the pool. At 32 degrees, it's cool!
There are no towels for the beach. I had to buy it. You could write on the hotel's website.
We had to take out the garbage from the room ourselves! We have never encountered anything like this before.
I didn't like the staff. Not a single smile, friendliness. You won't come up again, you won't ask.
It's a song about the beach! Dirty, surrounded by dogs. Not a single toilet, not a single urn, all in cigarette butts, bags. The sun beds (200 rubles, by the way) are all broken, bolted.
There is devastation all around, grass up to the waist, nothing has been restored after the war. There was an opinion that they don't need tourists for a fig!
We have the impression that we visited the 70s.
And only the sea remained unchanged. Clean, warm, friendly!

And more. The whole vacation greased the way back. We passed customs in 10 minutes, and waited for the bus for an hour and a half in the scorching sun and 32 degree heat. many just sat on the asphalt, there were not enough benches. It is not known what the drivers were looking for there. When they told the driver everything, he replied that Pegasus Tour offered to walk to the airport.
But, nevertheless, we swam a lot in the sea!

We visited this summer, we really liked the hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean. Cleaning is frequent and very neat. Friendly staff. The only thing stated was the buffet food, but somehow it turned out to be 50/50. That is, you take half of the food yourself, especially the side dish, and they put meat or cutlets or chicken on you, and even one piece at a time. Of course, it was not clear. And sometimes there was heartburn (. And so everything is delicious! The pool on the territory is very good, there is also a small place for kids. We had a rest in September 2024. The hotel is not bad, cozy, but economy is visible everywhere. The food is modest (lisma tea, prosciutto milk, sausage is the cheapest), but there was a choice of dishes and we did not stay hungry. There is an excellent swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas on site. The loud music bar is open only until 23.00. There is no entertainment except the sea. The beach is 10 minutes away at a calm pace. The beach is wild, there are no changing rooms, toilets and it is very dirty. In general, Abkhazia is VERY dirty, there is a lot of garbage and abandoned buildings. You can buy sun beds and an umbrella on the beach. There are a lot of stray dogs. In short, a lazy vacation for very modest tourists. Special thanks to the administrator Svetlana because she is a very responsive and pleasant girl!!! And thanks to the girl Varya in the store opposite the hotel too!!! They help the hotel guests in everything.

We rested from 16 to 23 Aug 2024 . I liked everything, the music in the bar (the building is nearby on the territory) until 23:00 - if they move to the other side, then nothing will be heard at all. The pool is clean ( but we got in for two days when it was drained and there was no swimming ) . The food at home is delicious and they impose a lot 👍
What about a cafe where a bar with its own drinks and food is not allowed ( they have very tasty kebabs ) ✨
And now about Wi-Fi - the Internet catches terribly, it's good only on the street on the first floor near the pool or near the reception , so take a SIM card. We also had a balcony facing the pool and the bar - I also caught there when we were lying in the room , then disappeared , then worked .
The staff is polite, there was cleaning in the room 1 time (we asked), the parents had cleaning as much as 2 times and they did not ask 🤷♀️
To the sea at a brisk pace of 8 minutes , calm 10-13 minutes , well , in general , not far 🌊
The beach is shared , BUT there are few people , not like in Gagra , the sea is clean)
In the shower , of course , there was a little mold in places due to humidity , the air conditioner worked with a bang 🙌
They gave 2 sets of towels , of which each had 3 towels - a total of 6 ( you could not take your own with you at all )
They only gave us two soaps, so take everything you need with you. There was a pharmacy nearby, a 15-minute walk away.

A great option for a family holiday! Quiet place, around the private sector. To the sea 10 minutes walking distance. The food is without frills, but quite good, as in ordinary canteens) the portions are normal, we ate enough! A big plus is, of course, a pool with lighting and heating! The water is always clean, the pool is well monitored! The only drawback is very weak Wi-Fi, it consistently catches only on the ground floor! In general, if you do not wait for a miracle, then it is quite a good hotel in terms of price / quality ratio! Definitely recommend it! I also want to recommend a cafe on the Veranda seashore, very tasty food for an adequate price!

We had a rest from August 16 to 24, 2023. Choosing Tristan, we relied on reviews and photos from this resource. And they did not lose. We were satisfied with the trip and rest. The hotel room (214) is small, but cozy and clean. Overlooking the pool and dining room. And also to the railway))). But, oddly enough, she didn't bother us at all. The refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, kettle and plumbing fixtures are in working order. The beds and mattresses are comfortable (one minus, when booking the tour, we ordered one large bed, but received two half-beds!). There are two mugs and an ashtray. Of course, there are not enough dishes, and it is FORBIDDEN to take them from the dining room! There is a table and two plastic chairs/armchairs on the balcony. Cleaning and linen change every three days. Breakfast and dinner on solid 4. Simple and delicious. Four for powdered milk and "unimportant" coffee. The sea is about a 15-minute walk away. By the way, the sea was the purest!To summarize: not paying attention to the little things - we liked it (4+). We recommend it!

The hotel is 2 stars and that says it all. I can't say that everything is bad right now, but there are many disadvantages. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., check-in at 12, checked in without problems at 10, the staff was polite, changed the towel on request the next day.Wi-Fi is only available by the pool. The lights are constantly turned off, of course, nothing works without it. The bed linen has an unpleasant smell, but is clean. There is no hair dryer in the room, it is taken at the reception for 150 rubles per use. The bathroom in the photo shows everything, it will not work to take a shower normally, firstly there is only a contrasting shower, sharply cold and sharply hot, and this is not regulated, there is water in the tray does not go away during. There was only soap in the bathtub upon arrival, they don't give anything else. There are a lot of mosquitoes, take a fumigator with you otherwise they will go. In the photo, there is a shop where everything is available, absolutely everything. Food is a separate story, breakfast is something with something, there were 2 types of porridge every morning, but they do not know how to cook them, buckwheat porridge looked like an incomprehensible soup, once in five days they gave scrambled eggs with tomatoes, but here too, do not overeat it, they give a square of 10 * 10, butter. In the evening, music is playing and companies are sitting, very cozy. They drink on the territory, only in plastic containers from the cafe and you can also smoke. I would also like to mention a good pool, always warm, and generally a buzz for children. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, the descent into the sea is very sharp, in Gagra we rested there the descent is better. The village is quiet, there are no parties. It is better to drink Sukhumi beer, Aitar beer is better not to drink, firstly it is with an incomprehensible sediment, secondly, spoiled sour beer comes across, after which you can forget about the sea...for the day, for sure. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room.

We rested from July 18 to 25, liked the hotel, clean and cozy, new furniture, towels are provided, there is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room. They cleaned almost every day. We were fed very tasty, we did not go hungry (for breakfast: 2 types of milk porridge, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese and something in portions (different every day), we got cottage cheese (just excellent), casserole, pancakes with different fillings, sponge cake with chocolate sauce.... For dinner: pasta, rice, buckwheat, potatoes and something meat with them: cutlets, meatballs, sausages, fish, chicken - every day is different, as well as always a different salad with cabbage and eggplant. From drinks: coffee and tea always. Cocoa for breakfast, incomparable cold compote for dinner). Wi-Fi works, not that it's super, but it catches throughout the hotel. I would also like to thank you for the wonderful pool - it's just gorgeous, I'm delighted. I took off the star for a bad TV that didn't show anything, but this is only possible in our room ( 220). And so everything is great, I recommend you to choose.

We had a rest in early June 2023. The price-quality ratio was very pleasing. The room is cozy, bright, clean. The furniture is new and comfortable. Towels are plentiful. 3 pieces per person. The room has glasses, refrigerator, kettle, toilet paper, soap. They cleaned according to their schedule or at their request. The food was delicious in the dining room. The food is simple but delicious. The whole family ate. I especially liked the pilaf. In principle, the choice is normal. The pool is large and heated. We swam every day.
Of the cons: 1) I would like the dishes in the room. It is absolutely necessary.
2) inconvenient location. Taxi drivers were constantly swearing when they brought them. And they demanded more money.

I want to share my impressions about my stay at the Tristan Hotel. We rested in it for a week in June 2024 on a voucher from a travel agency. The first impression is very good, considering that the hotel has no stars (although according to their data, you can assign two or even three stars). The courtyard is cozy, well-maintained, there is a Playground, benches, gorgeous landscaping. Upon entering the building, you find yourself in a spacious hall and a modern-style reception, the hospitable, pretty administrator Svetlana told and showed everything, answered all questions. We were shown to the room. The room itself did not surprise me in any way, since I saw the entire room stock from the photo on the website, everything corresponds. Our room had everything you needed: beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, table, TV, ottoman, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, two cups, three towels for each, toilet paper in the bathroom, 2 soaps, air freshener. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony. Bed linen and towels can be updated at your request. The room is cleaned daily. When we laid out all our things, my son said that he felt even more comfortable)))
There is a bar and a dining room on site. We did not go to the bar, as we did not need it, but we visited the dining room, as the price of the ticket included breakfast and dinner. They offer a choice of two dishes, for dinner two side dishes and two meat dishes from drinks tea, coffee, compote. The food, to be honest, is on the "C". If they get delicious meat, then they don't really know how to cook side dishes. The pasta is boiled, and the buckwheat is on the contrary aldente...despite this, many people ate, the dining room is not empty.
My son and I changed the dining room to a cafe on the embankment, and ordered food from the store opposite. I'll tell you about the store separately, you can't tell in two words)
The hotel also has a wonderful swimming pool, the water is very clean and warm, there is a small division in the pool itself, like a "frog house" is just a paradise for children. It is very convenient, and the parents are in the pool and the children are nearby, there is no need to go anywhere, the children are under control. There are sun beds, umbrellas, tables with chairs around the pool, you can get drinks at the bar, if you want, and kebabs will be prepared for you right away, and relax next to the pool. At night, the pool is illuminated, but you can swim in it only until 22.00 h.
If something went wrong with you, tell the administrator, everything will be fixed. They react quickly, well done.
In terms of additional services, there is a laundry room where you can take dirty clothes, they will put them in order for a fee, but you can iron them yourself, there is an ironing board and an iron freely available on each floor. No problem.
The hotel has its own guide. They offer a bunch of excursions. On the way to the beach you will be offered even more)) and for a smaller amount, you can choose. We chose jipping to the mountains to the waterfalls from our guide, we liked everything very much, a lot of emotions, impressions and photos no less.
The beach (pebble) is a 10-minute quiet walk away. Many people write that the road goes past the cemetery, but this did not bother us personally. Firstly, it is only 20 meters to walk past it, and secondly
it is not like ours, there is such beauty
from palm trees, flowers and shrubs (cannes, magnolia, hydrangeas and much more) that you don't pay any attention to the graves themselves.
Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are paid. Banana rides, buns, jet skis, walks in the open sea - everything is welcome.
And now about the store)) the one in front of the hotel called "EDEN". The name speaks for itself. Russian russians call her Varya affectionately, although her native name is Varyag, the village turned out to be a Russian-Armenian settlement), and the shopkeeper, she is also a seller, became a sorceress for us. She greets all visitors to her store as her old friends, no matter that they arrived only half an hour ago ...
The store has everything-everything-everything that you may need on vacation (if you suddenly forgot something or ran out). We were offered pizza, boats, khachapuri to order. When I said: It's a pity that you don't cook breakfast, they immediately told me that they were ready to cook everything I want, And I love egg dishes, it's not difficult to cook, and every morning at a convenient time for me I came for breakfast (Caucasian egg dish and omelet were incomparable).
Of course, we also ate pizza, khachapuri and a boat, everything was homemade, delicious and sincere. You can also buy homemade meat and fish from them (river trout is just a miracle) and cheese.

We rested from 10.08 to 17.08, when booking, they indicated that the newlyweds, hoping for some possible compliment, as a result, when we came to the room we saw two single beds, of course they were allowed to move, but they naturally constantly moved away and in this regard it was uncomfortable.
Each room has a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning - everything worked. There is also a TV, but it shows only 10 channels and constantly stutters and freezes. From the dishes - 2 glasses. A set of towels (3 pcs each) was allocated for each, they were not changed once during the week. The bed linen was changed once a week, and then they gave us a clean one, told us to take off the dirty one and fill it up ourselves…
There is only a piece of soap in the bathroom, nothing else, you need to take everything with you. We were immediately warned that tap water should not be taken into our mouths at all. They washed their face with a purchased one. The room was cleaned once, but in the end they just took out the trash from the bathroom and that's it, the floor was dirty and remained. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony, an ashtray, and you can also smoke there. Wi-fi in the room catches only at the window and on the balcony, as well as on the ground floor by the pool. There is wi-fi in the cafe on the territory, it catches normally. I would like to say about this cafe right away. We were there every day. The service is great, the food is insanely delicious, a wide selection of drinks, and you can also order a hookah. Regarding the food at the hotel, breakfast and dinner are included. The food is delicious, the portions are large, there is always a choice. There are two types of porridge for breakfast. For dinner, there is a choice of side dishes, salads, meat /fish, etc. Also on the territory there is a heated swimming pool, illuminated at night, umbrellas, sun beds are all freely available by the pool, you can swim from 8 to 22. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the sea at a brisk pace. On the way to the sea, you can buy anything. There is a great store in front of the hotel, which has absolutely everything. They also bought water in 5-liter bottles for washing and drinking. As for us, the hotel provides delicious food, a cafe-bar and a gorgeous swimming pool.
As for the beach, there are not many people, no one walks over their heads, so to speak. You can rent an umbrella / sunbed - 200 rubles for the whole day. And of course there is a large selection of entertainment at sea (jet ski, banana, cheesecake, catamaran boat trips). The sea itself is clean, the beach is pebbly.
In general, I liked the rest, I was upset only by the room, but we can only say we spent the night there, so it didn't play a special role.

Everything is clean, they clean up conscientiously, I didn't see dirt anywhere, the child was constantly running barefoot, the legs were clean. They change the linen for the 5th day and towels, the girls are well done, very friendly. In the dining room, they serve homemade food, without frills, but the chefs cook very tasty!

Our tour operator was Biblio Globus, they also bought excursions, departure for the tour was at 7-30, breakfast starts at 8-30 and we arrived at the hotel too late, the hotel does not give dry rations at all, i.e. the hotel saved another day for us, and the third day of saving, this is the day of departure, departure at 14-35, they were taken away from the hotel at 8-20, 6 hours before departure, they called the tour operator and asked why, they did not receive a clear answer, they passed the border in half an hour, at 9-40 they were already at the airport and waited for departure there for almost five hours. In the bathroom there is a toilet, an urn, a shower room like in a dormitory, a sink, a mirror above it, several pieces of soap and a small tube of toothpaste. There is a balcony, we had access to the side of the main entrance, on the balcony there are two comfortable plastic chairs with backs and a table. Cleaning is done often, but without a balcony, there we ourselves cleaned the foliage and cigarette butts from the ashtray, and it seemed to me constantly in the corridor.... and this is very good. In the backyard there is a very nice illuminated pool in the evening, sun beds and a building for eating. I will say this separately. The food was very good, that breakfast, and this porridge, boiled eggs, fried sausages, sausage, cheese, well, coffee with tea, which is very tasty but already portioned dishes, you can choose a side dish, put it on your own, take a salad, but already what is meat, the cook himself puts in a plate, try it the sauce of his cooking is very tasty, like everything they cook.

We stayed at this hotel from August 25 to September 1. We were very satisfied with the rest in general, but not with the hotel. Of course, we went across the sea, and not for a hotel room, BUT!

When a person comes from a long road, traveled all day and arrived at night, I think it will not be up to reading at all. Also, upon check-in, they report that their rooms are cleaned every other day, we lived for a week, cleaned once and then after our request. The bed linen smelled like dirty socks. The room itself is bright, cozy, there were two glasses from the dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator, a hair dryer for rent 150 rubles (dried-gave). They asked for an ashtray in the room all week, but it was never brought. There is also a TV that was not shown. Well, at least the Wi-Fi was free, thank God))) Upon check-in, we found that the toilet was constantly bubbling, we went to the reception and asked to do it, the woman most likely pretended to write down our complaint, because we slept all our rest to the sound of a bubbling toilet bowl)))) We lived on the ground floor in room 104, I don't know about the tenants above the floors, but someone was eating us, all our legs were bitten and we noticed new bites after being in the room.
As for the food, you can eat, but I would like it better. They were forbidden to take out food from the dining room, the poor employees all the time asked not to take anything because they were fined for it! In general, if you decide to go to this hotel, take everything you need for your comfort, because even you had to buy water in the store against it.
