QUIET HORROR
it is unlikely that anyone will be interested in reading the advantages of the hotel, as they are fully described in the comments
The hotel has a dime a dozen cockroaches and ants, instead of a double bed they give two single beds
The rooms are not cleaned even if you ask.
The DEPOSIT is 3000, which you will only find out about at the reception and it is usually NOT GIVEN AWAY!
There is no electricity or water on a regular basis!
There is a cemetery next door))
Next, about the staff.
We asked for a second room key as we were relaxing together, the son of the hotel owner advised me to shut up at my request and said that we were "fucking Russians". When I asked if he was being rude, he ran to complain to his dad.
The above-described James Bond of local bottling decided that he was the king of the village here, and informed us that if we continued to demand a key, he would SHOOT US IN the KNEES!!
How do you like this service?

There are a million guest houses in Tsandripsh, where there is a much more cultural attitude towards tourists.

We rested on July 7. The hotel is not bad, but there is a problem with the food.Its own dining room is unfinished and probably won't be completed in the next 2 years.The food in the local canteens is ugly.We visited everything in the area in 10 days.It's a mess, not a meal.But the prices are quite high.For two of us with a child, it cost us more than 2000 thousand in 1 day..There are shops, but mado.There is no choice either.There are no dishes (spoons, forks, knives, etc.) in the hotel.There's nothing to stir the tea with.Only glasses.I'm sorry, but it's a problem running around looking for a proper meal.We won't come.

We arrived tired in the afternoon. We were politely greeted at the reception, given the key to the room, took a deposit of 3000 rubles (returned at the end of the rest) and about 450 rubles per person, some kind of fee that no one warned us about, well, it doesn't matter. We finally go up to our room and see that the pipe under the sink is leaking heavily ...the bathroom itself is not washed, there are drops of toothpaste on the mirror, the mixer itself is loose, it's about to break. They asked to change the room, went to a meeting. The other room wasn't much better, but at least it was cleaner and nothing leaked.The main jamb is the lock in the door did not work.A little later, the maid explained to us the "trick" of the lock and the door seemed to be closing. For 9 days, the room has never been cleaned. Electricity was cut off every day, and occasionally cold and hot water was turned off. The curtain in the bathroom is torn and dirty. The watering can in the shower fell off. The menu did not always correspond to what was actually given. In general, you can eat there. But you should forget about fruits and sweets. The pool is inflatable for children. The staff doesn't decide much, so it's pointless to go around swearing. Of the advantages, clean bed, towels, air conditioning, opposite the store and a 10-minute walk to the sea.
I do not recommend the Tristan Hotel, because the owners there are cheap, so everything always breaks down. I wish the managers to be less greedy and drive out the cockroaches that sometimes run around in the bathroom.

During the week of stay, the room was not cleaned even once! Well, at least the floors were wiped once .... sand and dust were everywhere at the end of the vacation ((( There are no hygiene supplies, in the future we had to buy toilet paper ourselves, well at least towels were given (( And why, with such a meager assortment in the room, take a deposit of 3000 rubles - it is not clear??! The TV fell off several times a day - fortunately they were not sitting in the room... I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! I also do not advise you to take breakfast there - a meager assortment with no choice at all... A hundred meters from the hotel there are a lot of private houses, canteens with delicious homemade food and a huge assortment and delicious coffee! We are currently resting in this "wonderful" hotel. In the village, therefore, the electricity is periodically turned off at the hotel. There is no electricity, the pumping station does not work, there is no water in the shower and toilet. Today, on July 5, at 12 o'clock, the pump broke down, there is no water, you can't take a shower, you can't wash your hands, you can't go to the toilet, there is nothing to wash off with. Administrators do not respond to complaints. They promise to fix it on July 6, they don't care how the guests should be. During the week of rest, towels were changed once and then, thanks to our reminders. We have two more nights to stay here, and they are not going to change the bed linen. The garbage is taken out every three days. The rooms with sea views are very noisy, benches and tables with chairs under the windows, where companies hang out, sit for a long time and communicate loudly. The staff is not friendly. There is no hair dryer in the rooms, they do not give towels for the beach, and what they give out is forbidden to take to the beach. Sleepless nights, a lot of inconveniences, an unjustified price for a room with amenities that are currently missing.

We stopped at the hotel on July 8th. The cuisine is disgusting, meager and there is no variety. Our first breakfast was porridge and 2 donuts. This is 350 rubles.There is no water periodically, the TV is constantly buggy, because it depends on WiFi.To change the linen and clean the room (this is here every 3 days), you need to be reminded. Of the advantages of our holiday, only the weather did not disappoint. For the money that we gave for the ticket, we could fly to Turkey and enjoy the comfort. There are a lot of decent housing for rent here at a very affordable price. The prices in the shops are the same as in the far north. Fruits seem to be local, but the price seems to include logistics

But in general, I really liked it! We had a rest at the end of July. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea along a straight paved road. All excursions can be booked at the hotel. All rooms come with a balcony! The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle.

We "rested" at this hotel in August 2021. We rented a triple room for 3,500 per day. They put us on the 1st floor! The room smells like a basement and damp! It was impossible to sleep at night, as mosquitoes bitten endlessly and the refrigerator rattled like a helicopter! There are a lot of ants in the bathroom, then they ran over the pillows and our things in the suitcase! At the reception they offered to spray with DICHLOFOS! Are you kidding me??? What did we pay you for? For your garbage dump with ants and mosquitoes??? It's a 15-minute walk to the sea! Do not believe that the sea is nearby! You are with the children. There is a cemetery near the beach. It's not very pleasant to walk past the cemetery every day. The sea is dirty, piles of garbage, no one cleans up! This is a horror, not a hotel and for a lot of money! I'm not talking about food at all.

We were very disappointed. He became very bad in two years. It is not possible to sleep on a bed with springs. There is no cleaning in the rooms. The bed linen does not change. A towel too. It is noisy from the highway and from the railway. Far from the sea. The staff and admins are not trained in their business, it feels like they have been recruited from the street. They do not walk in uniform, but in anything, etc. Do not go, you will be very disappointed. The exterior is beautiful. But inside it's completely different. If you still come right away, if you don't like the room, it's not the point that they will change it, they will say that they say all the rooms are blocked. At least it's not like that.

The good thing about the hotel is the beautiful lobby. Everything else is a quiet horror. All the walls in the hotel are cracked, the musty smell in the rooms and the meager tasteless food in the dining room. There was no cleaning during the 5 days that we lived in it at all, and the garbage must be taken out by ourselves. And for this, for almost 5000 rubles / day. Not the best hotel in Tsandripsha, in August 2021 there were constant power outages (and, accordingly, water), no generator is provided for this case. Once the hotel itself forgot to fill the water tank, and everyone sat for more than 12 hours without water. The shop opposite the hotel is very good, hello to Varvara.

We are currently staying at the Tristan Hotel. The second day there is no water in the room (the hotel does not have a central water supply, I fill a large barrel with water, and overlooked that it was empty. We are sitting waiting for it to be filled) Can you imagine? Come from the sea and there is no water in the room. The second problem is the light, it is turned off constantly, without any schedule (when they were going to go, the travel agency said from 3 to 5 at night in order to save money) They turn off for the whole night, from 10 pm to 8 am, everything in the refrigerator deteriorates, you have to throw it away. The third problem is communication, they have their own operators, you need to buy their SIM card, if you don't do this, you will sit without communication at all, there is no Internet in hotels either. The fourth problem is that there are no ATMs and online payment terminals, take cash. And in general.....the staff doesn't care about anything, the iron in the ironing room is broken, we sit without an iron, you ask when they will give you a set and water, they shrug their shoulders, they will do the cleaning until you tell them, towels are changed every 5 days, linen once a week. DO NOT COME TO THIS "WONDERFUL" HOTEL!!! Save your nerves and money!!!!

We rested at this hotel by the end of July 2022. We were there for 9 days. Arriving at the hotel, we went to the reception.... There was no one there. It seemed that tourists were not expected here. After a while, a hotel employee passed by us, asked to call the receptionist from the reception, to which he replied:... She was sitting outside in a cafe... After a while she came up (as it turned out later- the hostess of the hotel). I asked for documents for registration, a deposit of 3000, a resort fee of 540. She gave me the keys to the room and the following phrase sounded:,, I hope you will not bully,.. Although we are not at the age to bully. That's why I put them in front of the reception so they could be supervised.
The room leaves much to be desired. The cracked wall was covered by a closet. There were no bedside tables or chairs in the room. To our request to put all this in the room, the answer was brief:,, We will find,, And only at 5 p.m. the young man from the reception responded to our request and brought one bedside table. The TV did not work, they were fed with promises, they would do it, on the penultimate day of rest, the girls from the reception said that the TVs did not work in any room. During the 9 days of our vacation, we never cleaned up. We changed the bed once. It turns out that vacationers have to take out the garbage themselves.... There are no words. The room is damp, the linen has not dried. The windows of the room overlooked the backyard. It's always noisy, cars are parked right under the windows of the rooms.
The sea is far from the hotel (600 meters), the road to the sea passes by the cemetery. The beach is dirty, there are no garbage cans.
The day has come when we have to leave. Check-out from the room at 11 o'clock.Although they have an eviction time of 12 hours on their official website.When asked why it was so early, the answer was:,, This is Abkhazia,, The deposit was taken away. I asked for a receipt for payment of the resort fee, the girl tells me that they do not give such receipts and that she can just write the amount on a piece of paper without printing. They had a shift change here and the shift was taken by the one I contacted earlier about the receipt. I went up to her, she said she would call the hostess and clarify. We are already at home, but the hostess still has not given an answer.....
After such a rest in such a hotel, the desire to come to Abkhazia for a vacation has disappeared. Dear hostess of the hotel! Be more friendly to vacationers.
