In general, it's not bad, but they often turn off the water, then the light. Towels and linen are changed when you remind them 5 times. It's the same about cleaning.
A new hotel, clean, comfortable beds, for those who are on vacation, the main thing is to get enough sleep, good staff. While the dining room is under construction, there is a cafe across the street, it is delicious and inexpensive. The sea is 700 meters, yes, it's just a good walk. There are not many people on the beach. Guided tours on every corner. Wine, fruit and barbecue too. For those who need a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city, come here.
A wonderful hotel, comfortable rooms, a canditer, a refrigerator, a shower cabin, snow-white linen, clean towels, daily room cleaning, polite maids, and a friendly, sweet receptionist Olga. I advise you to visit Abkhazia, and stay in Tristan. I liked it very much.
The rooms are quite good in order not to hang out in them for a long time. There are no mugs and cutlery, although there is a kettle, garbage should be thrown either into a small urn in the toilet, or invented from a bag. The owners sell good wine (this is if you are still caught off guard by the rain). The beds are peculiar, it took me a long time to get used to the fact that you feel all the springs, the pillows are thin, so for the first couple of days there may be discomfort in the neck area. But there is air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator and a balcony where you can smoke. Unfortunately, they do not give out bathrobes and slippers. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot. There is a good cafe opposite the entrance and a couple of grocery stores. A hospitable friend Ashot lives next door, who can treat you to wine and take you on some kind of excursion for a modest fee, by the way, thank him for that. Overall, the place is not bad, but we were at the end of the season and it was pretty quiet, so I don't know what it's like in the middle. By the way, the walls are thin, neat)
Good afternoon, I wanted to tell you about my "vacation" at the Tristan hotel.
It's just a terrible, disdainful attitude of the hotel staff towards tourists.
There are landfills on the territory of the hotel, garbage is not cleaned, the smell is terrible.
Due to the fact that there is dirt everywhere, there are many kinds of animals, such as rats, cockroaches, and other vile animals and insects. At night, mosquitoes do not let you sleep, and stray cats climb onto the balcony.
A separate place in my story is occupied by the owner of the hotel, who treats us tourists as a money bag, from which you can shake money for any fictional fine.
Every year we travel to Abkhazia with our family, and for the first time we came across such a mess.
The horror!!!!the rest is ruined, do not repeat our mistakes, and under no circumstances come to this hotel, wish for your nerves and funds.

We are resting now, mosquitoes are terrible, there are only 20 bites on one hand, we bought a fumigator, it costs almost days, they fly anyway, there is a swamp 10 meters away
Next, I accidentally spilled wine on the sheet, everything is fine with the mattress, they said to pay a fine of 600 rubles, since the damage to property, we did not agree, the hotel owner called the police, we were told to pay otherwise they would evict, we paid
When you go to the beach, you pass the cemetery, right on the shore
That's the kind of vacation
