The atmosphere of the place is very cozy and inviting. We took the Rabbit set and were completely delighted, I advise everyone! Everything is fresh and very tasty. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to help with the choice and recommend something new.
The prices are quite adequate, given the quality of the products and the level of service. In general, if you are looking for a place where you can enjoy delicious sushi in a pleasant environment, Tokiny is an excellent choice!

I love this place, the rolls are sooo delicious. For me, the balance of taste in rolls is always important, and only in Tokiny, in my opinion, the balance of filling and rice is perfect. A separate thrill is always fresh and delicious seafood, the taste of which is not lost. The prices are probably among the most pleasant in the city for Asian cuisine. The girl ordered a cream mushroom soup, but it was very different from the photo on the menu: the consistency was uneven, with whole pieces of potatoes and onions, and the taste was too salty (this was noted by several people). After that, she became ill, and the soup left the hostess's body, and the cause of this incident could only be soup.
We contacted the cook, but instead of apologizing or trying to figure out the situation, we only heard an explanation that "mushroom soup is heavy food," and that such a consistency is the norm.
The mood was ruined. There is no desire to enter again.

Keep in mind that you will encounter problems when ordering sushi. 1 After placing an order, you will not have a reminder in the order window that the manager must contact you. We are from another country and the connection with us was only to the Russian number, the manager did not call, although the others were able to get through without problems. An hour later, when the order was about to arrive, I found their message in TG. I wrote that I was waiting for an order, I honestly didn't understand why they didn't warn me right in the application that I needed to confirm the order. I also did not understand why a set of sauces and ginger is not included in the price and there is no memo about this either. Again, this is not displayed anywhere in the application. It is still not clear why, in the current situation, the manager did not offer to make the order as quickly as possible and deliver it, but simply wrote:You will wait 85 minutes. We need to work with service and customer orientation. One disappointment:(

What's good is that I ordered by a certain time, you arrive, it's ready, you can sit down, eat or take it with you (you need to specify this when ordering). Chopsticks, forks, spoons are free to order, specify their quantity. The hall is pleasant, comfortable, not super cozy, but good. The staff is courteous and pleasant. If you come in and there is no one at the checkout: ring the bell and they will come out to you immediately. Otherwise, you can stand for a long time.
