Well, kids, this is the finish line.... We ordered to deliver the set, Sunday evening, it was indicated on the site within 70 minutes, the SMS came - an hour and a half, well, OK, we are waiting. Time passed, there was no set, they called, the call center said that a courier or an administrator would contact us, they contacted us in 25 minutes, and said that they would deliver within 15-20 minutes, the result was delivered in 2.20...and they didn't even apologize. Thanks to Tokini for ruining the evening!

We ordered food through Yandex. The Bruce Almighty set. There was not a single dish that was at least 50% delicious.
Even the shrimp couldn't be fried. Everything except tom yam went into the trash, and even in it a couple of squid and two shrimp were disgustingly cooked. I don't recommend it to anyone…

We came to the institution hoping to have a good time and have a delicious meal.
At 16:13, the order was already made, the girl punched it and we sat down to wait.
We were not warned about the waiting time (which was equal to an hour in total), because there were no people at all and no one thought that it might be necessary and the wait would be long.
At 16:50, we are already beginning to suspect that something is going wrong and come to find out where our order is and how long it will be.
As it turned out, they forgot about us at all and no one even started doing the set)
The girl ran to the kitchen, came out and said that she would wait for about 10 more minutes. Well good.
We waited.
Expectations were not fulfilled.
The rolls are small, do not look like a picture, they fall apart before our eyes.
I myself worked in the roll delivery network and it has never happened that we gave an order for more than half an hour. It takes no more than 2 minutes for 1 roll, taking into account the twist. But that's a lot too! For tempura rolls, the optimal cooking time is 5 minutes.
Tips for the point owner:
1) BUY DISHES so as not to serve the rolls "on the spot" in a cardboard box
2) hire another, more attentive and friendly cashier or teach the girl to smile at guests and tell the waiting time
My rating is 3 stars. The service and the quality of the food will be adjusted and it will be super.

The place is rather designed for a quick snack and/or to take food with you.
If you stay in the restaurant, the food will be served in cardboard (do not expect such beautiful plates as on the menu) and with plastic appliances.
But there are no questions about food! They cook very tasty!

The website says that the delivery is a maximum of 1 hour , but in reality they call back every time and say at least 90 minutes. Sometimes the delivery takes up to 2 or more hours.
Food is often either overcooked or warmed up.
