Not long ago, we were with our spouse at this amazing restaurant in the city of Vitebsk. I want to say that I was delighted with the service , unfortunately I did not find out the name of the waitress girl , she is a cool kitchen 10 out of 10 . Will I be in Vitebsk again?! Only there . You're cool. I recommend

Terrible service. The waiting time for the order is 1 hour. We were a company. As a result, someone was brought earlier, someone later, and they forgot to bring my dessert at all. We were at this place yesterday with friends. On the plus side: we were quickly found an empty seat, despite the fact that the boarding was complete and the tables were reserved. And now the cons are the service. The order was taken by the receptionist, the waiter did not come up once. A long wait, which we were not informed about. They forgot about 1 order at all, brought 2 dishes and only then clarified about the third, as a result, the friend sat without food. There was no apology. When her friend did get her order, it was as sharp as possible, although it shouldn't be. Well, in the end, when paying the bill, one person refused to pay the cost of his dish and partially another, the question why you can do this everywhere except your institution was answered "because you can't." The mood was ruined.

Instead of walking around Vitebsk, we went to the pharmacy together to remove the aftertaste from Salsa. The ribs were streaked with some kind of veins, Tom yam also vaguely resembled a real one, two shrimps on a huge plate, and three mussels, Ramen is not Ramen at all, instead of meat a piece of incomprehensible fat, the broth is clearly not meat, but Carbonara, it's pasta stupidly filled with cream. In general, the impression is that either we were unlucky, or there are really some problems with the kitchen. There are no questions about the service, the girls were very polite and friendly

We visited this place on Sunday afternoon. There were places. The order (as almost everywhere) began to be brought with tea. Later, the main dishes were brought. Accordingly, the tea was cold by the end. The foccacha is burnt (how can you bring such a thing to customers?). The soup is a test.
It's not cozy. The waiters are formal about the job. Not atmospheric, from the word AT ALL. The toilet did not work (you can understand: the old quarter, no complaints), but write about it on the doors! (again, about the attitude of the staff to the comfort of visitors)...
