A great place, Vitebsk generally pleases with its gastronomic diversity! Previously, I only had to have breakfast here, but the other day an accident in the form of a collapse with electricity in the area of the Town Hall brought me to Salsa for lunch, went in at random, in two other places nearby, due to a head start, they asked me to wait or limit myself to salad. And Salsa is lucky! I ordered Curry soup with seafood and beef medallions with mashed potatoes and porto sauce. The soup is very good, the combination of the sharpness of the base with the texture of seafood and fish is very spicy. Medallions are expected to be homemade, a gentle puree after a spicy soup is a direct balm for the stomach. Special thanks for the promptness - due to the above-mentioned reasons, there were a lot of visitors, but this did not affect the speed of service and the courtesy of the staff. I recommend it in every possible way!

In a raf with Bourbon worth 15 rubles and a volume of 200 ml, this volume is not topped up, for some reason nuts are not put in full in a dessert with nuts with a banana, it is very strange not to report the ingredients with such prices.
When asked where the nuts from the dessert went, the receptionist Julia said that they would no longer serve me in this restaurant. To my remark that this was a violation of the legitimate rights of the consumer, she said that they were a private institution and could do what they wanted! It may be delicious, but all the tables on the veranda are in reserve, and sitting in a stuffy hall is not comme il faut and it has happened more than once! The waiters are slow during the day (what will happen in the evening?), unresponsive. Pass by, there are plenty of great places further on!

A very large menu, but in fact the dishes are the same. We took 5 different salads, the main ingredients, even the dressing - everything is carbon copy. It's the same with hot. Everything is edible, but no one has experienced a special "wow" effect. Pizza with the thinnest dough in the center, it is not convenient to take and eat, everything breaks and falls out. Homemade ice cream is not tasty at all. The portions are large, you eat too much from one salad, and there are two more courses ahead ... Even half the size (and the price tag) would be much more pleasant if, of course, the variety was also present.
There are a lot of staff (waiters), but somehow neither when accepting the order, nor when submitting and presenting their skills, our waiter confused the compositions. When you come in, no one greets you, no one cares. We booked a table - we just waved a pen, saying, "sit down there." Constant loud conversations and laughter (maybe we were just lucky, because we were sitting in front of the bar, where there was a crowd of waiters-bartenders throughout the time that we were in the restaurant), everyone touches each other, hugs - this is, of course, great, team spirit, but you bring food with these hands, you can All personal events on staff are organized. A waiter in shorts is strong. This has not been observed in any decent institution.
At first glance, it's cozy inside, but the window sills are dusty, everything around the table is covered in some drops. The wardrobe is right at the front door, where no one is watching your things, or you can throw wet jackets on the windowsill.
They brought water to the table, but the glasses smelled so disgusting with a rag that they didn't want any water. Homemade lemonades are very sweet and unreasonably expensive. The instruments are all stained and fingered.

A great restaurant, I later found out that it is considered one of the best in the city. There was a great pizza, not cold enough beer (but for some reason in Vitebsk they gave me one every time), which was cooled down without any problems, I took a bowl on the road, it's cool, not everywhere they give food with them without problems. The price tag is the same as in other restaurants. I liked the staff, there was trouble with the toilet, at least during the Slavic bazaar. Although all restaurants in Vitebsk have problems with toilets. The tavern has 2 floors and 150 seats or whatever, there are also only 2 toilets. In short, the queue is eternal. There is a second floor, we sat on the ground floor. There is a hallway from the front door to the tables, which allows visitors to comfortably sit at the tables and enter the restaurant. There are enough items in the menu to choose from. I really liked the serving of dishes - both beautifully and portions of the right size.
