Nice family hotel. The rooms do not look new, but this does not interfere with rest. There is a refrigerator in the room, which is replenished daily with cola, beer, and chips. Water is also being renewed in the room (in a bottle). The room was cleaned every day, if you did not put a sign on the electronic board "do not disturb". The food in the main restaurant is decent, not refined, no frills, but enough for every taste. A la carte restaurants are interesting, but there may be issues with recording - sometimes the seats are already occupied. The beach is big, clean, there are always sun beds. I am extremely pleased with my 8-day stay with my family at this hotel. Excellent location - far from the center of the country, in a quiet Ras al Haifa, on an artificial peninsula, with the sea on both sides. Beautiful rooms, sea views from each, thanks to the location of the hotel.
The successful layout allows you to combine rooms through a common vestibule if necessary. Excellent beach, smooth entry into the water, clean, the length of the bathing area is 200 m, it is always calm in the morning, there is little excitement in the afternoon, you can swim along the buoys in any style.
There is a promenade on the peninsula with running and cycling tracks 4 km one way - a paradise for running enthusiasts.
There are several pools. Very high-quality professional aquafitness, not formal, but real.

We stayed at this hotel on April 8-15, 2024. We went with my husband and 5-year-old daughter.
The territory of the hotel is large, but there is not much vegetation, three swimming pools and a children's pool, there is a separate pool "without children", a good gym. The food is of high quality, varied, fresh fruits, juices.
But all these impressions were interrupted by the following circumstances.
We expected a children's club, so that we could leave the child at least for the whole day, but in fact they left no more than an hour. They don't take care of children there and they are bored.

From the girl (if you can call her that) at Diana's reception, I'm just shocked. I've never seen such brazen girls in my whole life. I've been traveling a lot. Very rude. A provocateur of unpleasant situations. We arrived and rented a room for 2 adults and 2 children. When we called the reception to find out why there was no extra bed for children, we were told if you want to pay and hung up. When we came to the reception to find out on what grounds we were being treated like some kind of trash, she continued to be rude and bully children. She stood and grinned at the questions. I didn't answer any of them. Such an attitude towards people and guests is simply not acceptable. Also with children. As a result, I had to leave by taxi late at night. The money is gone. The impression is negative. I will not go to this hotel anymore. And I will not advise anyone. While this employee is working there.I will add: this person corrected in the computer that the reserve was only for 2 adults. At the moment, many letters have been written everywhere with attached confirmations of what was originally reserved. We didn't try to take anything from the top. Just what they paid for. But...unfortunately, only the negative.As a result, dear visitors of this hotel, I will write how the situation ended. It would be possible to estimate the trip at 0.5 points, then I would do it.

We had a rest in February 2019. Accommodation, food, territory - everything is fine! We visited 5 a la carte restaurants - they are great! animation for both adults and children is at the highest level! Interesting shows! From the hotel, you can take a free shuttle to the shopping center for shopping (you need to sign up) the sea itself, or rather the Persian Gulf, was not very pleasant... everything was clean, but without fish, as inanimate ... it felt like it was cloudy all the time. The impressions are wonderful, I recommend it.

Rixos is a wonderful hotel. Cleaning every day, replenishing the minibar with cola sprite, water chips, etc., very diverse and delicious cuisine, I have never seen such a lot of seafood anywhere. Everything is cool! But in summer it is very hot, the pool and indoor air conditioners help out. In the sea, water does not refresh at all, like a heated bath....

We had a rest in 2021.1) the food is quite good, often seafood, but also often very specific Indian cuisine, where there are a lot of spices 2) wide coastline, clean sea, but dirty, a lot of cigarette butts 3) the staff is not attentive. A large company of Indians came to our vacation, specific music and loud festivities lasted until 4 o'clock in all the rooms of the hotel, the administration was looking for where and could not do anything. Great April vacation!) A family of 3 people (a child of 4 years old).
It took 40 minutes to get to the hotel from Dubai Airport, the car is comfortable, the roads are smooth. We flew.
Room stock - with a fight and waiting from 10 o'clock to 15:00, a room with a sea view and a HUGE veranda was whitewashed. There was no language barrier, only the impression that tourists from Russia were confined to rooms of this class. With us, 4 families from Kazakhstan received similar rooms simply by saying hello to their fellow citizens working at the reception. And no waiting. The sediment remained, but exactly until the moment we entered the room, the view was 100%!
The food is plentiful, delicious, and varied. For the first time, the child ate something other than pasta and fries. Shrimp every day, juicy fruits, seafood, meat, ice cream, there is really no criticism.
Sea...Well, so-so, the sand is not pleasant tactilely..mixed with seashell and it is not clear what. It looks more like construction debris with a number of objects under construction. Unfortunately, we spent most of our time at the pools, there are 5 of them here.
Entertainment. Barbecues, show programs, restaurants, children's clubs and themed parties. The child and we were delighted. For those who want silence, there are 16+ zones
We would come back again, definitely yes.

A great place with all inclusive like on the Antalya coast, only in the UAE. There are several pools, they cool down in the heat, the sea is beautiful, very tasty and varied food. A wonderful place! The price-quality ratio is right ideal. There is a lot of food, it is diverse. It's very tasty. Another big plus is that there are a lot of seafood. The staff is very polite, attentive and Russian-speaking. The hotel is designed for families with children, a lot of children, animation and show programs.
There are corners for 16+, where families with children are not allowed, so that there is no noise. The beach is private, huge, there are many sun beds, there are always free ones.
