We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. Everything was brilliant! The food is fresh, the diet is varied. The room is cleaned every day, everything is good. Our cleaning lady Sarah is very friendly and nice. Thank you very much!

The hotel is very cool, ideal for families with children.
The room was 50 sq.m., two adults lived, children 2 years old, 5 years old and 9. The baby was given a cot. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. There was enough room for everyone. Barely a sofa and an armchair with a coffee table. Minibar, soda, chips, sometimes chocolates, refilled every day, free.
Cleaning every day, we didn't even take a tip.
The territory is large, you can walk somewhere, the beach is sandy, with shells. It is better to swim from the villa's side (fish restaurant).
Meals: ultra all inclusive, decent alcoholic drinks. The buffet is normal, varied. For dinner, it is better to sign up at restaurants in Alaska, my husband came to the queue at 8 a.m., he was the first. And there was always a restaurant to choose from. I recommend Italian, Toro Loco is a type of steakhouse, fish (salt) - by the way, there is fish in the window, which is paid separately, but there are many snacks on the menu and fish too. The restaurants are very tasty.
Plus, you can go to meat and fish for lunch, fish usually had hot dogs and guacamole, meat burgers, wings, pasta. There is alcohol and a children's menu everywhere.
Pools: children's pools with slides, children's pools with a fountain, heated. There are also pools purely for adults. And a large central saltwater pool.
Service for 5+.
Everyone is very polite, smiling, they fulfill any request.
Children's animation: there is a kids' club, it has its own program, our cooking came in, they prepared cupcakes, shawarma, sushi, pizza. In the evenings, there is always a children's disco on stage, then a children's show, clowns, magic tricks, acrobats, or dressed in Madagascar costumes.

The staff is friendly, but if you don't speak English, you won't be able to do everything. Wild boars by the pool are free, but you need to book. The hotel is great

The only drawback: pigeons on the balcony and the lack of dryers on the balcony

There are a lot of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, but the only drawback is that few people follow the rules that they do not wear swimsuits in the elevator / lobby (there are ads about this), many do not care, they walk as they want, including children in swimsuits in the restaurant

The experience is great! This is the 3rd Rixos we've been to, and I'll say it's the best. It is very suitable for family holidays. Clean, tidy, cozy. There are many Russian-speaking guests and staff.

The restaurants and food are excellent, everything is inclusive (which is rare for the Emirates)
We played beach volleyball, the sports program for adults is the same. There is a spa, you can warm up (although there is a renovation, and it is not as big as in the Turkish Rixos, but I think they are redoing it) Ala restaurants are available by appointment the day before the visit. We were in Turkish, I really liked it (there 's a Turkish guy with a mustache who is very attentive . And the musician plays the duduka very well)
A special joy for me is the kids' club! The animators are attentive and positive. The kids are thrilled. The children's program is rich, from morning to the end of the day there is an interactive children's show and a disco-it's so touching to watch the kids dancing. There are times for the renovation of the hotel, when everything is finished, I think the price will fly up. Therefore, use it while the price tag on the Rixos is adequate.

The beach is a separate pride of the hotel! Wide, clean, with soft sand and crystal clear water. There is a bar by the pool and on the beach with a wide selection of alcoholic cocktails, and the vitamin bar offers fresh juices, fruits and ice cream.

I'm on vacation in the UAE for the 4th time, but this hotel hooked me the most!
A huge green area. There are 3 excellent beaches and many shallow and deep heated and saltwater pools. The bars on site are amazing, the booze is great, Jack Denels, the pet label, etc. Beer ephesus, dietary supplements, stela, staropramen. All kinds of wines, vodka, rums, juices, cola, etc. Snacks . The food was excellent , and there was no monotony on Fridays , as there was everywhere else crab day . Entertainment from 6 p.m. to 23:00 is excellent. There are many Russian speakers. Room cleaning is done every day, but we left in the morning and came to the room at night to sleep. Everything is great, I will be able to come again. I almost forgot the sea was about 18-20 degrees, but coming from the north with frost, it seems warm, so we swam in the sea for days

The staff is friendly, they solve all problems, they try their best. There are Russian speakers. The food is delicious. And oysters and steaks, you won't stay hungry. A separate story is the sports direction. How great they came up with a bar with freshly squeezed and juices on the beach + they will also cut exotic fruits for you there (Dragon, lychee, passion fruit, everything that is poorly cut)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! A gorgeous large beautiful territory (+ they are currently engaged in improving and updating plants on the territory, apparently after the previous owners), a clean beach with a wide coastline, breakfasts, lunches and dinners are beyond praise. I am glad that their time interval is very long, which is significantly noticeable compared to other hotels, due to this there is no jostling in the restaurant) we lived in a cozy beautiful villa, daily and high-quality cleaning, thanks to the Ajim employee. In general, the staff has a special respect, friendly, polite and smiling! It is very pleasant to be in such an environment. We will definitely come back here with the children.

Wonderful vacation! A huge area for walking. We were accommodated at seven in the morning for a smile and a small non-monetary gift in a room with a sea view. Cleanliness and beauty are everywhere. We were there from January 10 to January 17, 2025. There has already been animation, it goes on in different places throughout the day: there were trampolines, foam parties, cooking workshops, a variety of fitness: trampolines in water, yoga, pilates on sheets, exercise bikes, etc. It's impossible to try everything out and see it. They play the violin here, they play the piano there, they sing in another place, a magician performs in another bar, they paint on faces there... Evening show programs and DJs. I liked everything very much. There are three beaches, very different. It takes 1.5 hours to drive from Sharjah airport without traffic jams. The alcohol is excellent, I'll post it in the photo menu. The food is not top-notch in cooking, but everything is varied and everything is there. Sea day is Friday. We had grilled tuna for a few days, it was very tasty. Really delicious desserts, as everyone says, because we understand that many hotels have margarine in them, but here we were surprised. The Viennese waffles are not very good, but the croissants are delicious. Baskin robins ice cream. The soups are almost all tasteless. Snacks from 12 to 16 in two places, there's like a restaurant, you have to order according to the menu. They have great burgers, really great, chicken wings, pasta. I'm writing from the hotel! The hotel has two great advantages: the beach and the sea! The length of the beach is 1 km. Fine sand, the beach is wide!beautiful bay! We made an additional payment for the replacement of the room of $ 951 in 11 days (it turned out cheaper on the spot than if we had booked this room category in Russia) we changed the family room in the main building to the first floor of the villa! You leave the room and you're on the beach! Very convenient!

Now the cons of the hotel!
3-star service!
There is no bar on the beach! The bar is only by the pool and at the other end of the beach! The waiters are not serving, there are none!
Construction works are underway on the territory, not far from the central pool and the stake restaurant (fenced, sometimes noisy!)
Terrible al card restaurant entry system
There are four restaurants that you can visit once for free, but!!! Record through the program from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day and at 9:06 a.m. everything is already occupied! We have been here for 7 days, we have been at the fish restaurant complementarily, in honor of the birthday, we managed to book a meat restaurant for the fourth day at 9:15 a.m. and only at 21:30! Everywhere the service is unsatisfactory, three-star, the staff is unfriendly, the food is not very tasty and little!!!! For 4 people, they offer to choose one salad for everyone, two appetizers and a hot dish for everyone! Neither the meat nor the fish made a good impression! So-so!
The food in the main restaurant is nothing special either! It is monotonous and not very tasty cooked! Once out of 7 days, there was a delicious fish- salmon noticed and oysters worthy!
The dishes in the main pool bar are washed terribly, they are dirty and smelly! When I saw that the bartender had just rinsed the glass under the tap with water and was going to pour champagne into it for me! I refused right away and take drinks only in paper disposable cups! Unsanitary conditions!!! I want to wipe and wash everything!
Room cleaning can be rated at 4 on a five-point scale! But we always leave 5.10 dirhams!
The mini-bar in the room is forgotten to replenish, and it is non-alcoholic for a family of 4 people - just chips, two chocolate waffles, and drinks cola, fanta, sprite! And 4 Bottles of non-carbonated water!
A strange all-inclusive system! Restaurant opening hours are everywhere, not one is open 24 hours! There is a fruit bar on the beach, but it starts its work at 14:00-18:00 there you can choose fruits, they will be cut for you, and there are also juices and fruit water!
Every evening, there is a live vocal performance or a performance by a troupe of acrobatic dancers! There is no special fun, there is no nightclub or disco! You can sit at the bar until 2:00, listen to the DJ, drink and smoke a hookah! The fee is 7000 rubles. 260 dirhams is a high price, but the hookah is not bad!
In general, they need to change the head manager in restaurants and bars, establish a system for monitoring waiters and bartenders, and improve customer service! I don't recommend this hotel! I have been to the Turkish hotel chain Titanic, Cullinan Belek, as well as the neighboring Rixsos bab al bahr, there is something to compare it with!
Only come here if you are looking for the sea and sports! And not for 900,000 thousand rubles per family!

The journey to Rixos took 2.5 hours, despite the fact that the distance there is 1.5 hours, as we saw on the way back, also on the way you stop at al Marjan Island to disembark other tourists, making a huge detour, and at night after the flight with a child in your arms it is such a pleasure.
Number. The rooms are a little tired, but clean, it's nice to be in them, there are sofas, bathrobes, slippers and everything like that. The cleaning is great. There is no beer in the mini bar, there are sodas, chips, chocolates.

That's the trouble. I advise you not to go to the main restaurant for dinner at all, you will stay hungry, there is nothing to eat there, we were already ready according to the reviews, which is not very good there, but so that ... after suffering there for two evenings, then we went to dinner in Alaska. I won't say that there's an outright delight in the food, but it's much better and the atmosphere is pleasant, and the waiters bring everything to you, by the way, in the main restaurant, they'll just ignore you 99% of the time (well, they say dada to your requests, and then they just disappear forever, which is also about the service).
But in order to drop Ala cards, you need to stand in a long queue at 8.30 to record, and so every morning (reservations are made only the next day). But it's worth it.
All Ala maps are free, but here are the rules, as for me it would be better if they were paid, but without waiting in line to record in the morning.
I didn't really like the fish Alaska food, the Turkish is cool, the toro loco is cool, there are steaks.
By the way, you can go to Alaska's Toro Loko for lunch without an appointment, and we went there every day.
During the day, there is a cafe on the beach where they make fresh fruits, as well as fruit slices, you choose the fruits for them yourself and there is also delicious ice cream. It's a fun topic.

There is no canned food for children, and there is not much baby food at all, there is a children's corner in the main restaurant, but there is basically the same as on the common table - sausages, yogurt, pancakes.

The weakest point is shown in detail and sometimes depends on the human factor. What I didn't like:
Check-out is at 12 and after that they are not allowed to go to lunch, it is petty for such a hotel. I haven't heard of a late check-out either. But it seems to be populated earlier.
The most idiotic situation: the arela bar, a cool place on the outdoor veranda with drinks. They didn't let me go there with the child, but my husband was already waiting for us there and he had already ordered a cocktail for me, which was already poured and was waiting for me on the table, I said OK, since you can't take the child, give me this cocktail with you and we'll leave, to which I was told that the cocktails were they don't let us take it with us , although as it turned out the next day, we calmly came and took a cocktail with us. It was the first day of rest and I was just madly offended that I was being treated like this, and you can't go in with a child, and you can't take a cocktail and drink either, this is with ultra all inclusive and hundreds of thousands given for a week's vacation))) I even went to guest communications and told them about this situation, to which they told me that we would think about what could be done and they did nothing) such is the service))
By the way, in Turkey, for all sorts of small punctures, they brought wine and fruit to the room as an apology, nothing here.
Sometimes there were also unpleasant people among the staff, for example, there was a very nasty guy at the bar with fresh fruit. As it turned out, I approached him 3 minutes before the opening of the bar (I did not know the opening time at the time) and to my "hello", he did not greet me, not goodbye, but dryly said "closed". Well, this)) Then the next day, he just ignored me when I asked him for juice, and only perked up when I told him sharply in English that you couldn't hear me. Another very interesting situation is in the main restaurant for breakfast. We wanted to order coffee, we asked the waiter's girlfriend, she said that you need to go to the coffee station (in the corner of the restaurant) for coffee, okay, I'm going, they say you need to order from the waiters. Both are nonsense, because as it turned out later, you can order both.
Otherwise, the service was good, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The human factor has a place to be.
The territory of the hotel is huge and very beautiful.

Wow! Rixos is as good as ever!!!! I love their customer focus. They do not know the answer is "no", their answer is always "no problem" and immediately do everything in their power to make the guest happy. Animation of the cannon. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days in mid-February. It was 2:10 from Dubai Airport. We arrived after 3 p.m., so we were promptly sent to lunch and then checked into a room.
We lived in the main building, the balcony overlooked the main pool. Be prepared for the music to be heard until 22:45. It didn't stop the children from sleeping, but the fact itself.
The room is spacious, there is a shower and a bathtub, and we were pleased with the products from L'occitane. Tea, coffee and a mini-bar were replenished every day.
The food in the main building is good and varied. In my opinion, it is better to order coffee in the lobby. Sometimes it happened that the waiter did not bring drinks, it was necessary to duplicate the order.
An important point is that lunch is not allowed on the day of departure. People were being turned around at the entrance. This was a bit surprising considering that you can safely take drinks, ice cream, and fruits at the beach bar (a cool bar, they make freshly squeezed juices from carrots, apples, and pineapple).
There are a lot of pools, we spent time at the family pool. Water aerobics was also held there. In general, the hotel has an excellent sports program, many different workouts.
There are also several beaches. After a small storm, the fuel oil, feet, slippers were washed up - everything was in it. After a couple of days, everything returned to normal.
The children went to a kids' club: drawing, various crafts, cooking classes, aquagrim, as well as an evening program. The children will definitely not be bored. There is also a club for teenagers from 10 years old.
I was a little surprised by the entry in a la carte restaurants. The recording opens at about 8:30. The queue starts at 8 a.m. For the first time, there was a queue and we were able to sign up at the Toro Loco restaurant at 21:00. The steaks there aren't bad. The second time, they came by 8 a.m. on purpose and were the first in line. And what - the Italian restaurant offered an appointment at 20:30! Although the restaurants are all from 18:30. There was no more desire to stand in queues. Make an electronic record, as, for example, in the Riu network.

What can I say: it's not Rixos. Those who have been to hotels in this chain have written about it repeatedly and I completely agree with them.
The rooms are nice, and there are plenty of pools. The staff tries to please and help in everything, but this hotel is still far from the Rixos service. I'll describe why below.:
1. The fattest minus is the main Buffet restaurant. The food is there, quite tasty, but the service is very lame. All due to the lack of staff and the capacity of the restaurant itself. At first it was tolerable, but on February 14, a large group of tourists stopped by and then the failure began. For breakfast and lunch, you run around and look for a table. It can take up to 10 minutes. Then you look for one of the waiters to clean the table and bring the dishes. Then, in a crowd of people, as in the year of famine, you try to lay food and stand in line for fried eggs, pancakes, and everywhere at the cooking stations. The food that is ready ends quickly and you wait for new portions to arrive. The staff is trying, but they can't handle it. And all this with a small child who wants to eat. Today, for example, we were looking for a table for about 10 minutes, and we took it, but while I was getting food, my daughter ran to the stroller and my wife followed her, and when she returned, the table was occupied by other people. That is, they just came and sat down at it, and the waiter began to deal with them, suggesting that we look for another table ourselves. It took another 5 minutes and again searching for a waiter and waiting for the table to be cleaned. As a result: a spoiled mood for the whole day and a screaming child. This is called the Rixos service???
But for dinner yesterday we had a huge queue at the entrance and a 30-minute wait.
The mood was spoiled again, because the child was hungry, and there was nowhere to feed him. The rest of the restaurants operate according to the a la carte system and you need to sign up for them a day in advance. That is, there is no alternative. That's why you're standing in line and waiting. I have attached photos of queues to the review.
2. Smoking areas. They're all around here. I'm a smoker myself, but I respect others, especially children, so I stay away so as not to smoke on them. But many people don't care. They believe that if you can smoke, then you can smoke all around. Even on the sun beds
3. Evening animation zone: if you arrive around 8 p.m., there will be no empty seats. And again, some people don't hesitate to smoke cigarettes right at the table in front of the children and all the smoke rushes at them. It is clear that this is a question for the people themselves, but the staff does not respond to this in any way. The concept is such that no comments can be made. Many made comments themselves.
4. Bars: there are always queues at the stage bar in the evening. In fact, he's the only one here. There are two bars inside the hotel, but I want to spend time outdoors, not in the hotel.
There are advantages too of course:
1. The animation is great
2. The Kids club and its staff are great fellows. There is something to keep a child of any age occupied.
3. Plenty of pools. There are no seats available on the family after 11.30, but you can go to the villas. It's always quiet, peaceful, and there are plenty of free sun beds, and the sea always has a choice.
4. Diligent and smiling staff.
As a result: I give 2 stars so that the management will pay attention to the serious problem with staff shortages and difficulties in the main restaurant. If it's not the season right now, then I'm afraid to imagine what's going on here when it's fully loaded.
After paying 700,000 rubles for a 10-day tour, you want to relax and not think about anything, but it turns out that the mood is spoiling from the crowd of people and queues - you definitely don't expect this, especially from Rixos. Late at night, it generally hits the brain. And many of them have numbers that look at your animation. 4) Children's animation is terrible. It resembles some kind of cheap boring event; 5) slow service in a restaurant - you order wine, tea, etc., and sometimes you wait so long that you go to get it yourself, or remind the waiter again; 6) people on the floor next to the room sometimes leave dirty dishes and leftovers. One day, from the very morning until late at night, NONE of your staff cleaned up this garbage, like it wasn't their job, they just cleaned the room inside! What's in the lobby? Garbage (plates with leftovers) throughout the day so I lay in the lobby next to several rooms, until at 19:00 I went to the reception with a complaint to clean up! This is not normal!
