I will describe what I did not like, which the hotel administration may take into account in the future.: 1) sometimes the sea is dirty, and only the garbage that washed ashore is cleaned. Take a net and you can remove what is still floating in the water. 2) it's unpleasant when after every visit to an a la carte restaurant, as well as the maid on the floor, everyone asks to enter the QR code and write a review about them, pointing to their name! People came to rest. Why are you bothering them so much? 3) terrible music both during the day in the pool area and late at night. Why can't you turn on relaxing music at least during the day? Late at night, it generally hits the brain. And many of them have numbers that look at your animation. 4) Children's animation is terrible. It resembles some kind of cheap boring event; 5) slow service in a restaurant - you order wine, tea, etc., and sometimes you wait so long that you go to get it yourself, or remind the waiter again; 6) people on the floor next to the room sometimes leave dirty dishes and leftovers. One day, from the very morning until late at night, NONE of your staff cleaned up this garbage, like it wasn't their job, they just cleaned the room inside! What's in the lobby? Garbage (plates with leftovers) throughout the day so I lay in the lobby next to several rooms, until at 19:00 I went to the reception with a complaint to clean up! This is not normal!

It's a great place. The beach is very big. The food is good, no heartburn. Alyakart restaurants are good. The only jamb, a family of 4 people is accommodated in a family room, in fact in one large room with 2 beds. The floor of the room is occupied by one bathroom. This is very inconvenient and unpleasant. Because of this, I'm unlikely to go again.

And besides, there are no lint at all. As for the hotel, it has recently joined the Rixos network. The staff is trying very hard. It can be seen that constant work is being done on improvements . Upon check-in, we would like to say a huge thank you for helping Yana, who is sensitive and very responsible. He tries to satisfy the requests of even the most pampered travelers (I mean us))). Thanks to her, we have a room with a view of the sea and the pool. Everything is nearby , which is important when you relax with a child . But I would like to have more Russian speakers at the reception. We visited all the restaurants and bars in three days. Unfortunately , it does not reach the Turkish Rixos . We met by chance with the manager of all the restaurants of the Ertugrul hotel. Very responsive , attentive . Listens to the wishes of each guest and immediately gets to work . And it shows . He said that in a month the service will meet the international standards of Rixos . You can immediately see that he is a professional in his field . I think the team will succeed and this hotel will be a favorite for many. Good luck!!!!

The hotel is gorgeous! The beach is the best in the UAE! The food is great! The staff is beyond praise! One of the disadvantages is the renovation of the building and the remoteness from Dubai. If this is your first time in the UAE, it takes a long time to get to Dubai. That was a plus for us. We've been everywhere before. Overall, price is quality! I was at the hotel from 8.03.25 to 17.03.25.
The rooms are good, you can see that the renovation was not yesterday, but everything is high-quality and sound, there is enough space, the noise is very good, everything is working, the air conditioning is excellent, a big TV. We had a view from the room to the sea and the deserted beach behind the hotel - great.
High-quality alcohol in bars, brut champagne is not bad, 4 types of beer in cans and glass, several types of whiskey and tequila. Cocktails are so-so by the pool and on the beach. In the evening, at the main restaurant and two more bars that work better.
Freshly squeezed juices from vegetables and fruits are made right in front of you in one place from 14 to 16 near the beach, fruits are cut there in front of you. And Baskin Robins ice cream. Very tasty coffee, including Turkish. There is a large selection of teas in the lobby - they are wonderful.
The beach is long, the sun beds are in one row, the feeling that there are very few people is created because of this. The water is clean and beautiful. The sand is white and does not heat up. Towels can be taken along the entire beach, as well as there are employees who lay them for you themselves, move sun beds, etc. There are several of them on the entire beach, each responsible for its own territory. And they even insist that you don't do anything yourself. But not for selfish reasons.
There is always food in the hotel. Breakfast from 6:30 to 12, from 12 to 14 in two restaurants near the beach burgers, wings, quesadillas, shawarma, salads. Everything is served in portions at the tables, and there is no queue. Dinner from 18 in the main restaurant. Alakart restaurants record every hour from 18:30 to 21:30. You need to register in the morning, the recording opens at 9:00. Otherwise, places are tight.
Turkish: excellent. It is located on the beach, the dishes are delicious, the presentation is beautiful, the menu is very extensive and consists of traditional dishes. Desserts- tower.
Meat: the menu is not big, the restaurant is beautiful. Steaks are fried on coals.
We've been there three times. I was always served by a girl named Saru, who was very responsive, friendly and cheerful.
Italian. Beautiful and even pretentious. In the central building with a balcony. Discussing the tower. The dishes themselves are beautiful, but they taste 80 out of 100.
Rybny sredizimnomorskiy. It is also located on the shore. Salads and other snacks are mediocre. But the fish is fresh and bombastic on a pillow of baked porridge.
Main restaurant breakfast/lunch/dinner:
There are a lot of things, if it ends, then they bring it back in 5 minutes. There was tuna and beef tartare, crabs (small), mussels, oysters (not very big though), pilaf of all kinds, red fish, smoked mackerel, tiramisu and a host of other desserts. In general, alyakart is not needed, except for the atmosphere.
The staff is all very friendly. They smile, say hello, and sincerely try to do everything well, but it's clear that they're doing it to the best of their abilities. There were only a few sullen guys, but there was nowhere without it.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Everyone speaks English, there is one staff member at the reception who speaks Russian. We were checked in at 11:00 (although check-in is at 15:00), and on the last day we extended the room for free for 2 hours until 14:00, which allowed us to fully enjoy the last day - to have time to swim in the sea
Well, the weather in January (January 16-23), 21-23 degrees in the afternoon. It's not hot, it's windy. We swam in heated pools and in the sea (it's cool to go in, like in the Russian south in June). Not everyone swims in the sea. Overall, we were comfortable, we knew where we were going.
The overall impression of the hotel is definitely recommended, a very high-quality, good class hotel. The only areas that are being renovated and improved due to the new owner, this does not interfere with the use of the hotel, it does not cause any inconvenience, I think the hotel will become even better after all the alterations are completed, but for now you can use a good hotel at a pleasant price.
