Otherwise, there are no special comments on the quality of repairs and maintenance, everything is on time. If there is, they will find jambs on the car that you didn't even know about, and if they are warranty, they will replace or repair them under warranty. Although Renault, of course, is not a Toyota, but the quality of service is growing even for budget cars. But the price is certainly more than Uncle Vasya's in the garage, while the car is under warranty - I go to them, then everything will depend on my greed :)

After I finally managed to figure out that I was not a fool, and arrived at the right address, a very unpleasant conversation with the manager on the topic of oil change in the variator began. Omitting all the details, I was asked to carry out an oil change with the removal of the heat exchanger, for which it would be worth paying 68 rubles in addition, to my question why do this, the answer is that there is no other way, since I specified in advance how the process was going on, I began to object that nothing needed to be removed, to which I again heard that That's the only way, and no other way. I decided to abandon the services of this dealer, and turned to Bosch service at 33 Mogilevskaya Street. 30.08.2021 they changed the oil in the variator with a change of the fine filter, and at the same time the heat exchanger was not removed. It was explained to me that the design of the variator in my car allows you to freely replace the filter, since the heat exchanger is located elsewhere. As a result, I spent time on a trip to the salon, they tried very hard to explain to me that I was not literate, and because of my lack of knowledge of the process manager, and the imposition of unnecessary work for which I had to pay, I decided that I would not go to them anymore.
Disgusting service. On Saturday, I looked for the office of Lada Granta BU. I'm calling on Monday. The employee does not answer the phone, I call the office, and the employee is off, well, OK, someone can give the bill. An employee appears, asks to send the details to the post office, I send them, a robber arrives :)) I say the mail in the business card is incorrect, they say, so they say yes, there is a mistake. There is a mistake in the BUSINESS CARD and they know about it. Then there is communication via Viber. It is extremely difficult, the contract is sent with grammatical errors. In the second year, problems began with this system - after a while it stopped connecting to phones via Bluetooth (everything was fine in the first year of operation, without complaints). Phones, it should be noted, have changed during this time - different models and brands (not cheap). That is, to say that only a certain brand / model cannot be a problem. The second TIME, or even earlier, I complained about this problem to the master of Mechanical Engineers. The problem was "demonstrated" to a Renault employee, to which he connected his iPhone and said that the problem was in our phone. Ok. After that, there were also calls to your repair service, during which my husband and I again drew attention to this problem - it was getting worse. The answer was "our staff checked - everyone is connected." On August 14th, 2021, I handed over the car for the last warranty, again highlighting the problem with the multimedia system in a separate paragraph - it has recently grown to the size of "impossible to use". Together with a service employee, they got into a car and, together with her husband, demonstrated for about half an hour how the system did not work - the young man saw and fixed everything, confirming that there was a problem and it was obvious. The car was left for revision again. We picked up the car today. On the question of whether the LA system has been fixed, the answer was brilliant (we have already heard it, in principle) - "we don't know anything - everything is connected with our technician." Dear Renault officials, please do not keep employees on staff who do not want to understand customer problems. I'm really looking forward to solving my problem.
A positive moment.
I was driving through the city and suddenly the car stalled, the attempt to start it was unsuccessful. I put an emergency sign, got into the car, turned the key, and miraculously it started. The problem did not appear again during the day.
I decided to contact the service the next day, they carried out diagnostics and replaced the temperature sensor. So far, everything is normal.

They did their job very badly. The master receptionist could not accept the car for repair, nor give it out of repair. The main problem has not been solved. The warranty does not work, everything is attributed to operational defects, without explanation. They can't explain anything at all, and what and how they did IT. Look at the documents, everything is fine there. The service crashed at this point.

I bought a used car. The conversation was conducted with the manager, a polite young man. There are no questions about the car. Everything is fine. But there is a caveat. I asked where the second car key and the alarm keychain were, if there was a set of winter tires. The manager said there was nothing, she was brought in this condition. "Chicken at the reception" + "strange" managers - they waited an hour to find out what is in stock in Minsk and can be taken immediately from the salon with full payment (as a result, they did not find out and went to Nissan, ordered and 2 days later took the car with preparation and additional "body kits"), when who- one of them will be free, as a result, half of them dumped for a snack, the other half defiantly took up picking at computers. They never got served. To the question - "where is the promised manager and half an hour of waiting", followed by "bleating", or rather "where-tah-tah", - "they have not yet been released... they didn't go to lunch... it seems to you..." - although half of the staff was already absent in the hall, and on the way to the parking lot they were already "stretching back from the dining room", I worked there and I know where and what is located. Complete incompetence, lack of customer orientation and "parochial bullying" (although it would seem - "the ass of Minsk", on Svislochskaya str., 9 - industrial zone). In general, it's just a dirty desk ala "overbought", which, judging by the reviews, are dismantling cars for resale and are proud of it. A collective farm place, I do not advise you to visit, there are plenty of better Renault salons in Minsk, do not be fooled by discounts, because this car may not even be in Minsk. Compare the site on PC and on the mobile version, and on the mobile - you will learn a lot of new and exciting things (cars in Polotsk or Vitebsk, but shown in stock in Minsk), and on the computer - everything is in Minsk, and ready for sale.
