I've been a Renault fan for 15 years. in the past, everything was fine and it was indicative, but now the level of service, service and general idea of the Brand is similar to the model range being sold. A CHEAP CAR is a similar approach to the customer and service. now I use a car of another brand. The last straw is 350 rubles for THAT-2 DUSTERS of the Father-in-law and humiliating attitude towards customers. Checking the thickness of the rear brake pads with the removal of drums is included in THAT, but the lubricant costs 50p and you need to pay extra or we'll look and assemble and then let the "" pads rust. I am shocked by the latest service and even if the car is under warranty and my grandfather will not go to them for a whole year.

Excellent salon and service! We have been servicing the car since the purchase here. Under warranty, they changed the spare part for free, which we did not complain about, but upon inspection they found a malfunction. The masters will tell you everything, explain everything, and all with the mood and ease!

I have never been serviced on official services, in fact, the opinion has not changed. The exception is when there are some actions, like the current one, to replace the oil. Well, or if there are some very narrowly focused works. 90% can be done in garages, more than 2 times cheaper.

I usually give high marks, but in this case, even one star is too much! Many people have already talked about inflated prices here, but these are not inflated prices, this is beyond understanding. Brake pads that cost no more than 60 rubles in any store or workshop! It's twice as expensive to sell! At the same time, the car was bought here. It was also serviced here. And here is the owner (retired) who drives it mainly to the country, stopped by out of habit after the end of the warranty. And it started - it turns out that it is necessary to change all the pads and suddenly the front lever (on a three-year-old car that was very carefully operated and regularly passed here!) I understand that everyone wants to earn money, but you need to have a conscience!

My experience with the office did not allow me to become either a car owner or a fan of the brand. I wanted to take my car to tradin and take the 18 g Koleos.  from the availability. The assessment is in 2 stages, visual, where the preliminary price is called and paid on the lift. A few days after a visual assessment with a thickness gauge, I was told the price of my 45 thousand. It was a very profitable offer, my common sense turned off, I justified such generosity for myself by saying that they needed to sell an illiquid that had been standing motionless and rusting in the open air since April 18. I went to the second stage to them 700 km away. When accepting the car at 8 a.m. for evaluation, I was not allowed to attend the inspection, master Eugene proudly said that they value their reputation and are professionals in their field, I had to believe. An hour later, he called me and said that the car was locked, both keys were inside, this was my joint, and I had to call the burglars at my own expense. I demanded a book of reviews and a manual, which did not come out to me, but ran with Zhenya to look at the closed car standing in front of the entrance to the workshop. At the beginning of the 12th, a burglar arrived and opened the car by pressing the door with an iron rod. They didn't ask me for money for this anymore. According to the results of the climb, the price was called 43 thousand (it was necessary to replace process fluids and eliminate the leak of the GUR tube). When issuing the conclusion, Zhenya allowed himself to scold me for "my setup" with a signal light and a closed car. Obviously, the burglar's call was pinned on him. While I was discussing my surcharge with the manager in the hall, the traders came and suddenly called a new price - 38 thousand, which no longer suited me at all. It is difficult to say that such a scheme of work is the rule for Renault in Belarus, rather it is a ridiculous combination of circumstances. In my case, Renault worked like gopnik from the distant past, luring the price and dropping it almost at the moment of the transaction. In total, I lost a working day and fuel for the road (the total cost is about 200 dollars). I left Renault after 7 hours of absurdity for Skoda and in 2.5 hours signed a contract for both tradin and a new 19-year kodiak out of stock. I left on it, of course, only the next day.

Brakes! it is better to be served in garages than at the officials! The first THING they do for half a day is when kia, and even Lada, cope in an hour. My car has knocks in the suspension, they searched for a long time, and did not find what was knocking, but the garage masters identified it in a couple of minutes and fixed it!

I have seen many services, including the official dealer of Iveco.so I'll tell you how it is . full name..........about pulling money out of a client .They cannot celebrate their actions in relation to their casings . repairs are carried out as everywhere on such services carelessly, that's what it says, and turn on the brain to look and call the client and say it additionally, they can't repair it, but it will slip through. and complete indifference and blatant lies from the side of the body shop . In general, if possible, avoid this service, the prices are simply inadequate . They have a complete bullshit grant , and I 'll repeat sucking money out of the client . For three years you will be served at any service station by a private trader without problems and save money. Good luck to everyone.
