Coach Margarita doesn't just show us techniques – she teaches us to feel confident in any situation, to understand our capabilities and to use our strengths. Her approach is very individual: she closely monitors the success of each of us.
The classes themselves are built very competently: first warm–up, then practice techniques, and then modeling various situations. It is worth noting that the classes are designed for ANY level of physical fitness, which allows even beginners to feel comfortable in the classroom. Most importantly, Margarita explains not only how to perform the techniques correctly, but also how to psychologically prepare for possible danger.

The instructor is a true master of her craft, she not only has deep knowledge in the field of self—defense, but also knows how to convey them to the students. Each lesson takes place in a friendly environment where anyone can ask questions and receive individual recommendations. I've been going to Krav Maga training for more than 1 year, I like it, we learn how to hit, get out of grips, defend ourselves, work against weapons, which is not available in other sections, but in real life we meet, we learn how to punch in the groin, elbows, knees. A great atmosphere is maintained, we fully concentrate on training in the gym, there is a place for friendly communication in the chat and between workouts. I came here without much experience, fortunately there are no problems with this, training is comfortable for people of different levels of training. The equipment is in excellent condition.
The instructor is a professional, full of enthusiasm and motivation, which infects the students. I go even more often than I planned.
