We celebrated the Birthday in a narrow family circle. We went there to get impressions of the dinner at the height, on such an important day for our family. When ordering and booking tables, it was agreed that we would be seated in one place, but in fact we were served in another place in the aisle. Of course, no one warned us about this. The waitress-girl was more or less attentive and friendly, which cannot be said about the male waiters. The service ends with an indication on the words "these are your tables", then you need to go and ask for everything that interests you. They go to this place for a view of the city, accompanied by a delicious dinner. We won't go back there a second time. It is a pity that such an iconic place for Minsk is depressing, and does not cause a desire to visit it again.

Yesterday we visited the Panorama restaurant for the first time. The table was not booked (Monday). We went there to get impressions from a dinner at altitude on an important day for us. With a half-empty hall, we were offered the "only free table" against the wall (3 tables in the hall near the windows with a panorama of the night city and stood with signs "reserved"). The waitress was attentive, helped us decide on the choice of dishes, and we saw her at the time of ordering and at the time of changing dishes, in order to pay off we had to look for a waiter ourselves. We tried tartar (3 points out of 5, rather minced meat), beef cheeks with mashed potatoes (reminded of delicious goulash from the dining room) and pork on a bone (a little dry).
In my opinion, people go to this place for a view of the city accompanied by dinner, and not vice versa. We wouldn't go back there a second time. It is a pity that such a place brings despondency, and not a desire to visit it again.

I am writing a review in defense of the staff, regarding the review for January 1.I was at lunch with a group and was sitting not far from this table, and we all celebrated the New Year not at all in the Panorama, but on the ground floor (this is a completely different institution).Without asking anyone from the staff, these so-called visitors put several bottles of various alcohol on the table.....even bringing glasses with them...The waiter, delivering the food, asked to take away what he had brought with him..There was no reaction..After a couple of minutes, the receptionist came to the table and also politely asked for a couple of minutes to remove alcohol from the table..But even this request went unheeded.And yes, for the record, such unfortunate guests, on the front door of almost every establishment (and in this one, too), there is a sign saying that it is forbidden to bring and drink drinks brought with them, and with such logic they could bring New Year's olivier, herring under a fur coat, aspic and everything else to the table. We didn't eat enough yesterday)))).If you want to be treated with proper respect, then start with yourself (read the literature on rules of behavior in public places, etc., etc.), although if people still do not have such norms and concepts, then these norms are unlikely to appear.....

On January 1, after the tour, we arrived for a planned lunch at a restaurant. During lunch, we opened the wine that we had left from the Belarus Hotel, where the restaurant is located after the New Year celebration. First, the waiter came up and announced very loudly to the whole hall that drinking the drinks he had brought with him was prohibited. We explained that the drinks were from the hotel. Then Irina, the receptionist, came up and demanded that the alcohol be removed in an ultimatum to the entire hall. After lunch, when trying to explain what kind of attitude this is towards customers, why shout at the whole restaurant instead of calmly asking my wife to remove the alcohol in a raised tone, it was explained to my wife that the actions of the staff to shout at the whole hall were normal, but we should calmly swallow it (((. As a result, the New Year mood was spoiled we booked this restaurant for 8 people for the evening, but after the conflict the reservation had to be canceled, in the evening we went to another place where we had a good rest. Maybe the food is good here, but I don't want to go because of the attitude of the staff!

And I got it…… The sauce is hot, the meat is sliced cold, and the draniki are cold, Terribly not tasty, it seems to them for days. There are few people, which is not surprising, some are Russian tourists, they came in once, the second time, you will starve, but you will not set foot in this unfortunate restaurant. Good afternoon) Events were held on 09/20/2024. We had an aperitif right away, then a festive table. The appetizers for the aperitifs were great, everything was done on time. The festive table with hot dishes was great! The table setting, the serving of dishes, everything was at the highest level. I would like to mention the work of the service staff separately! There was a joyful reason to visit this restaurant. The first impression was immediately spoiled by the cloakroom attendant. The most unfriendly and rude lady. Inside, the interior is beautiful, the view from the window is gorgeous, but the whole restaurant is "soaked with a scoop". I liked the kitchen. The waiter was seen exactly three times when we made an order, when he brought food and at the end when we had to look for him to pay us off... And you can see the highlight of the evening in the photo (my wife is very afraid of spiders).Total: Kitchen +, staff - (at least who served us), city view +, the spirit of the scoop -. We will not visit it a second time.

The restaurant is for older people , the generation who needs high - quality service without newfangled frills . I called to book a table in advance, they didn 't pick up the phone, we arrived , there were enough seats , no one met us at the entrance to the hall , I didn 't understand if they had an administrator position, they chose a table by the window and sat down . The waiters are friendly, the order was prepared quickly enough. Nothing super fancy, delicious chicken meat , I tried mutton from my husband, it's fine too. The shrimps are delicious, but they were superfluous, we ordered too much. After lunch, quite a lot of people gathered, almost a full hall, all 40+. The place is good, the Windows have a magnificent view of Minsk, the interior is decorated in bright colors, neat furniture, chairs. When we paid off , we just got up and went out , none of the staff even turned around , nothing like that , but a little different from the same Hilton or Marriott. Everything is simpler here, but you can have a great rest and have a delicious meal, do not hesitate. We sat in this comfortable atmosphere for almost 4 hours and did not notice how the sun set . A check for two for about 200 rubles , without alcohol, but with plenty of food, meat, salad, soup , appetizer, juices and fruit drinks . We were at lunch, I can't say anything about the evening program , but it's there, with music and performances, and we should visit it another time, in the evening. In general, not a restaurant option for sure. Next, there was an order for pancakes with sausage. These are not pancakes, but pancakes. I didn't feel any potatoes, but there's plenty of dough. The sausage was too salty. And there was beer. I've never had such a lame beer. It's like opening a bottle of cheap lada and leaving it overnight and drinking in the morning. we had a rest in Minsk. We left the Panorama restaurant on the 22nd floor for the last evening, which was completely ruined. I didn't like absolutely everything, from the "hospitable" cloakroom attendant to the receipt, which was carried for 20 minutes. The food is tasteless, the serving is "off", the service is long.
There is something to compare it with. We have not been served in any other institution in Minsk for so long! And the food there is tastier and cheaper!

Moscow may be making snobs out of people, but honestly, I'm not used to that. The interior of banquet halls, unfortunately, has nothing to add to this. Fresh, high-quality, but not at all interesting. The situation, which had already become almost hopeless, was unexpectedly saved by the kitchen. Pancakes with ribs are a godsend: the optimal combination of Belarusian and simply delicious cuisine. The best dish of the whole visit! Carbonara paste for a child - do not come off. It's good that he got a lot, and I got it.

I do not recommend it! It's a disgusting restaurant. The food is just a nightmare! Serving in the canteen is better. They forget to bring the dish. It takes a long time to wait. Even the receipt was carried for 20 minutes.
We ordered a hot appetizer with eggplant. We waited for about 40 minutes, because I think we forgot about them. The dish is worthy only of a slop bucket. Slicing for the fuck...bitter...overcooked. We ate only the cheese on top. The salad is sliced and served to fuck too.
I was choosing between a Panorama and another restorn for my birthday, it's good that I chose another one. And my friend and I decided to go on the last evening in Minsk. The disappointment was indescribable. Well, we didn't go there for a birthday.
There is only one advantage, only the view from the window, that's all.

After reading positive reviews about this institution, we decided to visit it. The main goal was to try the draniki, because we are tourists and we would like to try the national cuisine and how we thought it was worth starting from such a cool and popular place. To be fair, the salads turned out to be quite tasty. The view is gorgeous. That's where the advantages ended. For the hot meal, we ordered: pancakes with pork ribs, pancakes with turkey sausage. The pancakes were disgusting, there was no taste of potatoes at all, the taste of ordinary pancakes, my guess is that they overdid it with flour. The turkey sausage was delicious, the ribs were bland. The toilet surprised me the most: plastic transparent dispensers with a sticker on them, standing on the sink and an empty metal dispenser on the wall, a non-working immersion hand dryer and the cheapest toilet paper. This is not a RESTAURANT level. Well, the service is ordinary, not restaurant-level. The officer saw that some dishes were almost not eaten, he did not even ask if we liked everything. The prices that this "restaurant", as they call themselves, puts up are not worth it. And we are not Muscovites, as many people think that they are supposedly spoiled by good establishments. Even in our small town, in an institution that calls itself a restaurant, you will be satisfied with both the food and the interior, starting from the entrance to the institution, ending with the toilet.

Of the cons:
1) Outdated interior, the menu looks like in a roadside cafe, printed on paper and inserted into files;
2) The dishes are completely average, you will not get any culinary pleasure;
3) The price tag is very high, it does not correspond to the content at all;
4) The waiter guys are friendly, but they don't "pull" in behavior and service. There may be a shortage of drinks.
Unfortunately, there are no alternative establishments nearby, so the restaurant enjoys its monopoly on hotel guests, which does not stimulate the improvement of the quality of service. I do not recommend it.

We stayed at the Belarus hotel, arrived in the evening and decided to have dinner at this institution. They position themselves as a restaurant, but in fact they are far from a restaurant! The food is terrible! The vegetables in the salads are not fresh! It's hard to call draniki even draniki! And all this is unrealistically expensive!

We wanted to sit with a large company (15 people). Immediately, the administrator hesitated and asked with a displeased face: and what do you all need separate accounts for ? Did you not understand what the problem is? ( They never explained it to us). We were accepted after all , we agreed on one account .
The choice for vegetarians is not great (delicious pancakes, eggplant serving is beautiful but the dish is delicious).
