Why do I need an online order at all if it doesn't work!!!

Very bad: in order to wait for an online product that was already in the store, I had to wait 15 minutes. It was easier to come, find it on the shelf and buy it
The choice is so-so, the price tag for some positions is off the scale, contracts for pre-order positions are poorly executed, the customer is not protected by anything, deadlines are not fixed, a delay of 2-3 months does not lead to a store penalty. Cash desks often do not work when there is an influx of visitors, self-service cash desks are made, but I have never found them working. One of the advantages is good parking, polite staff, convenient working hours. There is a rental tool, if you are lucky with the availability - there are popular positions dismantled.
There is a rather meager assortment in the shops of OM. For example, chemicals for the garden, paints. There is much more choice in competitors' stores. It is possible only in the store on Borovaya Street. I didn't go to other stores in the chain

There are, of course, both Belarusian and Russian manufacturers. But that's not it! Moreover, the supply of high-quality sanitary equipment to Belarus did not stop. Apparently, this is the understanding of the issue by the supply department. Unfortunately. And the assortment is very poor.
Recently, the loyalty system for customers has changed for the better. Discounts, free shipping, promotions.. The quality of staff work has changed for the better. Of the minuses: the number of newcomers among the staff has increased, who cannot always competently answer a question. I hope this is temporary, there is room to grow🙂
A lot of things! I liked the store! A large selection . We went to the expo for housewarming gifts, we didn't buy anything. For that, we bought a lot of everything in oma for ourselves and as a gift in 5 minutes
