4 stars for huge queues, there are always a lot of people, not everyone can sit down, you have to wait standing, but for the kids there is a table with pencils to draw. The staff is polite, they do their job well.

There are no complaints about the building at all. Definitely 5 stars. But there are complaints about the prices of equipment (smart phones, tablets) and some tariffs.
The staff of the center selflessly earn their bread. No matter how many different questions I had to deal with, all the questions were always explained and problems were solved.

It feels like this is the only MTS center that half the city goes to. The people are constantly in darkness. So if you need something not essential there, it's better to go to any other one.
