I connected a phone number for the child, this number receives a lot of SMS from different sources, settlement transactions from the card, debts and warnings from banks about non-payment and lawsuits against the owner of the number. When I contacted them, they told me that these were my problems, call the banks and tell them that the number belongs to another person. I think this is not normal, they did not even warn that the number was in use and there may be such moments

When contacting the office, they said that these are the prices of operators in Dubai. A question! Why does A1 1mB cost 11p 4 times cheaper! After activating the card, they came to the MTS office, they said that they had run out of phones, but there are a lot of them in another office. When asked if you need to run there urgently or you can reserve a phone so that you don't run out there, they said: "No need to run, come to that office tomorrow, they are guaranteed to be there, there are a lot of them, tomorrow you will definitely buy yourself a phone for this promotion." The next morning we came to that office, and there was a surprise: the promotion is no longer valid today, yesterday was the last day. The result: we were left without Vivo and without Honor, the girl has tears, the whole family is upset.

We visited this salon (08/19/2020) in order to buy a phone.The consultant guy turned out to be very polite and attentive.They knocked out a ticket for a purchase.A girl came up to our request to show other color solutions of the phone, since only one color was presented in the window, she said: "I'm not going to open the packages for you, suddenly.you won't buy it."The seller was shocked by such outright rudeness.They left with nothing.We went to the salon on Frunze, where they treated us with attention, showed us everything.They bought it there.Thanks to the sales consultant!!! Maybe the salon for Builders should carefully select staff?

The consultant did not take into account the fact that I am aware of the terms of the promotion (a gift in the equivalent of 90 Belarusian rubles), I chose a certain phone model on the website, but when they come for a SPECIFIC model, they try to sell you a completely different SPECIFIC model (I will not advertise). Next comes the process of purchasing the product, and again not a word about the terms of the promotion and the gift. There is an opinion that the operator either does not know about the terms of the promotion himself, he may have forgotten to say, but it is quite possible that he himself would not refuse a gift.
