I have been using their services for 8 years now, and I hope to work with them in the future. Today, the phone went dead, which is on an installment plan, all the problems were solved in 5 minutes, the phone was taken for remortgaging, and for the time of repair they were given another one instead. Thank you again, you are the employees of the MTS store.

They said it would start working tomorrow at 10 a.m. (since the transition was from another operator), as a result, the SIM card partially earned. Inbox and internet. But the outgoing call writes a call failure. I contacted the office. All the experts there shrugged their shoulders. I've tried everything I can. As a result, clicking the network modes. The call is working. But it was enough for a day. After that, the call failed again and that's it. I contacted the specialists through my mts. They told me that there was nothing they could do to help, contact the office. I went to the office. There, once again, all the experts thought together. And they didn't come up with anything. And they started referring to the phone (the phone was bought new 5 days ago. At the dealer's office) they said come with a passport, we will make a replacement, etc. And once again, I am out of touch due to MTS. I will have to change the operator. And I will not recommend anyone to contact MTS

MTS personal account in the mobile application is often unavailable, and it has become impossible to view the BALANCE through the *100# service. It's very inconvenient. Sometimes there is no signal coverage on the road. It's disgusting. Our country is not so big that it would not be possible to cover its entire territory with a stable signal in the 21st century.

Pros: they give smartphones on credit for 24 months to pensioners. This is a rarity in our times. There is a patient and responsive staff, for which they are greatly grateful. Cons: poor choice of smartphone accessories - they could not buy either glass or a case for the new device. They are sent to Chinese stores. And the most disgusting thing I regretted was that I asked for advice about phones. The girl purposefully led me to the idea of buying Huawei. She bred me for a long time and correctly. But when I asked to tell me about the assortment of another brand on their showcase, I regretted that I had entered this salon. She had a tantrum. The conversation turned two tones higher and I was given to understand that I had just climbed down from the tree. I was asked to explain in detail why I need this and not that! Why should I explain something to someone? Apparently I broke the girl a percentage of sales. You need to control yourself! So if you come across rudeness, don't be surprised.
