Huge, but strange for an individual accustomed to Russian service: on the one hand, it is very convenient that the airport is combined with the railway station, on the other hand, it is unusual that you have to pay for off-line registration (15 evro), for a bag that is 2 cm larger (46 evro), a ticket can only be bought in the service -in the center (queue), more than half of the employees do not know English. . At the same time, everyone is benevolent and tries to help. Not 5, but 4 for sure.

Very good logistics inside the port. There are two hotels where you can relax, and of a very good class. There are capsules. Very clean. There are places where you can have a good meal, and the quality of the food and the assortment are very decent and represent German cuisine. Boarding planes is clearly organized. The distances inside the port are decent, however, so it's better to prepare for the flight in advance.

Terrible big airport! I constantly fly from it, I can never calmly find the transition from terminal 1 to the second. It went on June 29 according to the arrows, the blue arrows ended at some small hall, not related to the transfer to the train.I went downstairs with my suitcases: the staff only speaks German.I went to look for a shuttle bus: there is a sign in English that the shuttle operates at night and the schedule is at night. Last summer, we left by shuttle in the afternoon for the second terminal without any problems.

The airport is the bottom. Of all the docking hubs, the most useless. There was a docking at 10 o'clock at night, so: nothing works, there are no vending machines, it is impossible to steal. There was only one drinking fountain, and that was if you had a bottle. You can only sleep on the seats, I put 2 stars for the sun beds. There is a zoo for smoking and that's it, there is almost no staff anywhere either. It is not adapted for night docking from the word at all.
