It's a great place!!! The sea is beautiful, with its own coral reef!!! There are plenty of sun beds, enough for everyone. The food is excellent and varied, the drinks are for every taste. Room cleaning and bed linen change every day. The rooms are cozy, there is everything you need. The staff is very courteous, friendly, courteous, almost all Russian speakers. The animators are great, every day there are various entertainments (aerobics, volleyball, dancing, etc.). Every evening there are various performances. The territory is clean and well maintained. It is very convenient that there is a taxi, upon request, for a few dollars they will take you where you need and bring you back. We had a wonderful rest!!! Next year we'll go on vacation here!!!!!

I liked the hotel. It is more focused on family holidays.
Advantages:
1. Excellent entrance to the sea due to the sand and the absence of corals and hedgehogs at the entrance. We swam barefoot, without corals. A smooth set of depth, which is important for a child. There are also a couple of coral reefs where there are a lot of fish. I also saw a stingray and a small moray eel
2. A small hotel is important to me, I don't like crowds
3. There is animation for children and adults. Quite a good one: fakir show, dance numbers, miss hotel, etc.

5. Quite tasty and varied food for four stars
6. Availability of a heated swimming pool
7. Various activities: volleyball, yoga, dancing, darts, etc.

Minuses:
1. Queues at the canteen for lunch and dinner. It is necessary to come either in advance or in the afternoon of lunch / dinner
2. In winter it can be cool and uncomfortable to leave the sea because of the wind. But the sun beds have wind barriers, which we actively used
3. Generally friendly and helpful staff. In a restaurant, the waiter may not bring wine for a long time, but this is standard for Egypt and is solved either by a more active reminder of himself or by tipping

We stayed at this hotel in November 2024. I really liked the hotel! The territory is magnificent, the cleanliness was amazing. Our room was large, I was surprised that there is a separate children's room and there are decorative bars on the window. Both beautiful and safe. The room was cleaned every day. The bed linen was changed every other day. The food is good and delicious. Not spicy, more European. There were always enough tables, the waiters were polite and friendly. The beach is clean, there were always enough sunbeds, the sunbeds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel's territory is very comfortable, in terms of the sleeping area and the entertainment complex, located at different ends. Very quiet hotel, cozy!!! We are thrilled!!!

I am returning to this hotel for the second time.
I really like the location. Clean, cozy, detached buildings. Good approach, sandy beach. You can swim with a mask and see the fish. And to see the beauty of the red sea, you can use the services of the diving center at the hotel, and windsurfing enthusiasts will also not stay away and will be satisfied.
Nice spa area.
There is no shortage of dishes, even if the hotel is completely full, there are no queues at the restaurant, there is a lot of everything and everything is very tasty.

The charm of winter Egypt. Hurghada, the Mercure Hotel.
The hotel was chosen based on reviews, most of them were simply excellent. They mostly correspond to reality, and the price-quality ratio is optimal. However, in some reviews they write about large stones when entering the sea - they are not there, or good water slides - they are not there either.
The hotel consists of 18 snow-white buildings, which have not only numbering, but also their own zodiac sign located on the facade. We lived in the Capricorn building (close to the sea and all the infrastructure).
The buildings are 2-3 storeys high, in a large enclosed area, on the first line of the beach. The houses are very atmospheric, with large terraced balconies and wooden bars on the windows.
For me, the main thing is always the beach and its proximity to the buildings. The hotel has a very large, wide, sandy beach. Every day the beach is cleaned, cleaned of algae and debris. The water is pure turquoise. There are many surfers in the bay. There are yachts at the pier, they invite you to boat trips. Those swimming with masks saw a lot of colorful fish, they said it was very beautiful.
The entrance to the sea is sandy and sloping; it gets deep enough close to the shore and you don't have to walk dozens of meters to take a dip.
There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, there are always free places (according to an approximate estimate, at least 400 beds). The locations of the sun beds are diverse: along the coast, on a prominent cape, under an awning. Every 2-3 sun beds are fenced off with a wicker screen - it is very beautiful, comfortable, creates a feeling of isolation and protects from the wind.
There are also two bars on the beach: one with drinks: tea, coffee, juices. In this bar, you can wonderfully sit in comfortable blue armchairs under a canopy overlooking the sea. The waiters are very pleasant, they speak English well, they are polite and friendly. There is another bar on the beach, where you can have a snack: they make French fries and burgers, and offer fresh vegetables. The menu includes fresh juices, fish, and ice cream for an additional fee.
The hotel's restaurant is located in a separate area; there are many places both outside and inside.
The only disadvantage is that drinks (tea, coffee, juices, water) can only be taken in one place, somewhat remote from the main tables of the restaurant, and there is no way to pour yourself tea or coffee in the open part of the restaurant. Walking with cups and plates on the veranda is somewhat difficult. Of course, it's easier to stay in an enclosed area, but it's so nice to have breakfast at a table with a wonderful view of the sea.
The choice of dishes is not striking in its variety or sophistication. But everything is fresh and quite edible, although sometimes there are too many unusual spices for us. Mostly rice, chicken, there is meat and fish. Potatoes are cooked specifically, but not very well for my taste. There are fruits (pomegranates, melons, oranges, guava), and fresh vegetables. There were no watermelons at all. There are few salads. Cheeses, sliced sausage. Lots of sponge cakes, halva. There is a choice of wine: white, red, pink, beer - they are brought by the waiter on request.
The menu for lunch and dinner is very similar. There are two types of soups: vegetable puree soup and bird tongue vermicelli soup with carrots.
For breakfast, the usual set includes oatmeal and cold rice porridge, omelets, scrambled eggs, yogurt, sliced bread and rolls.
They cook meat and cheese pies and pizza all the time.
My daughter really liked the food, I didn't have enough regular potatoes without seasonings, but these are small things.
There are two more a la carte restaurants on site: Italian and Oriental. It is necessary to make an appointment in advance (three days in advance). Visiting cards are given upon check-in at the hotel. You can go, especially to Italian: very tasty spinach soup, good shrimp, excellent beef and pasta. I recommend you to visit. The waiters are also very friendly and sincerely happy to make your visit to the restaurant memorable.
The hotel has a bar where cocktails and sangria are served in the evening. There is sometimes live music in the lobby. They play the piano beautifully, including Russian romances and classics.
There are daily shows in the amphitheater: "Mr. Hotel", for example. Dancers, jugglers, and a fakir perform, swallowing fire and lying on sharp nails and broken glass - not for the faint of heart, but impressive!
There are animation programs such as darts, dancing, yoga, and water aerobics. The animation team is multinational: Russians (Maxim), Czechs (David), Tunisians (Bibu). The guys are trying very hard, charismatic. They actively attract lazy vacationers to physical activity.
Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area and around the pool. He doesn't catch fish on the beach or in buildings anymore. This is a small disadvantage, as I had to connect paid packages from Megafon, which ended surprisingly quickly.
Overall, I really liked the hotel: nice rooms, large balcony. Quiet, clean, cozy and somehow European. There are no noisy companies or loud discos.
The room has a TV (4 Russian channels), refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer.
A pleasant contingent of vacationers. A hotel belonging to the French Mercure or Accor hotel chain is expected to attract many French people, in general, most of the vacationers are Europeans. French, Icelanders, Swedes, Germans, Spaniards. The situation is calm. I am very fond of married adult couples from Europe. You can't help but notice how similar husband and wife are to each other in these couples, helpful and kind to each other.
The hotel has several shops: souvenirs, leather, textiles, teas, papyri, pharmacy. In the pharmacy, the prices of medicines are inflated several times (for one drug it was almost 10 times), compared with the same medicines in Hurghada (I had to buy during the holidays, so I could compare). The hotel also has a doctor's office.
The staff is polite, correct, very friendly, but categorically not intrusive.
There are no comments or complaints. The manager at the reception, Saif, noticed himself, polite, speaks Russian, and is ready to help.
The rooms are cleaned daily, towels and linen are changed. Who cares - every day there is a new present in the form of a swan, a heart or a puppy, covered with petals.
The hotel itself is of a seasoned style, comfortable and comfortable. The reception area is very beautifully decorated, and there is an inner shady courtyard with shops in a circle. If you need to exchange money for Egyptian pounds, there are cash changing machines right in the courtyard. The machine did not accept the old dollars (for information). In some stores, they take old-style dollars, and in others they only ask for new ones.
The hotel has a large well-maintained territory, lots of flowers, a great lawn, palm trees. The alleys between the buildings, beautifully illuminated in the evening, encourage walking. Everything is well lit, very beautiful.
Hurghada, where there is a very beautiful promenade, can be reached very quickly (15 minutes) and cheaply (2 dollars) by taxi. I ordered it myself via the InDrive app (downloaded it to my phone), they arrive within a few minutes.
We went on an excursion to Luxor. The journey takes about 5 hours. It's amazing to see firsthand what I read about in history textbooks at school. It's a long way off, but it's worth torturing yourself a little.
Weather: we were in the second decade of January. It's warm in the afternoon, 25 degrees. The sea is 22-23 s. You can swim and even quite comfortably if there is no wind.
If it's windy, you don't want to go into the sea, or rather go out. But the towels that are provided at the hotel, like blankets - huge, warm - are very helpful.
In general, it is important to properly equip yourself for a trip during the winter season: a jacket, shawl or shawl is mandatory, it is better to have a sweater or what used to be called an "Olympic jacket", it will not be superfluous! In the evening, all the guests are warmly dressed.
As the guide who accompanied us to the hotel said upon arrival: "It's winter, IT's VERY cold, but it's good that there is such a nation as Russians - they are not afraid of the bitter cold, they come to us in such cold weather and even swim!"

The hotel is clean and nice. The sea is also clean. Delicious and varied food (seafood on Saturdays). Fruits are generally more varied for dinner than for breakfast. Хороший отель. Территория чистая. В номере каждый день убираются. Пляж шикарный. Со своим рифом. Можно взять маску и ласты напрокат за 10$ в день.
Из минусов: 1. Питание на 3+, 4-. Большое разнообразие. Все красиво, но есть особо нечего. Из всех блюд 1,2,3 можно есть. Каждый день ел одно и тоже. Сыры, колбасы, сосиски не с'едобные. Супруга весь отдых получилась с изжогой.
2. Вечерами делать совсем нечего. Основная масса народу сидит в лобби с телефонами в интернете (он только там). Мы уходили в номер смотреть телевизор. Если отель для 40+, то хоть бы какие-нибудь настольные игры купили что ли.. (шашки, шахматы, нарды..)
Короче. Спокойный отдых (купаться, загорать и кушать..)

The hotel is just great! I definitely recommend it. The staff, the beach, the food - 🔥🔥🔥 (can even compete with some fives). Very beautiful interior in common areas, well-maintained territory. For us, the proximity to the airport was a big plus (about 15 minutes on the way).
Of the minuses, perhaps, only room cleaning - they forget about the dust on the ceiling lights, decor, etc.

Excellent quality for their price, rooms are clean, spacious, plumbing works flawlessly, good air conditioning. The food is varied, but there are not enough greens, the meat is cooked delicious, we have never eaten as much fish as here. Alcohol, as in most hotels, was not an illusion.
The staff is friendly, cocktails are in the way normally, everything is positive.
There are plenty of sun beds on the sea, everyone occupies the main pool, but there is always a place on the second one. We didn't waste time looking for a sunbed.
The evening shows are diverse, someone will like them, we did not go to the disco.
The only downside is there are days when the music is turned on before midnight, but it was uncritical for us.
In general, I definitely recommend it.

From the first minutes we liked the hotel, we arrived at one o'clock in the morning, we were fed, checked into a room. The sea is gorgeous, 3 beautiful large pools. A very large spacious territory, a lot of beautiful places where you can take pictures, you have never seen worn furniture, everything is new in perfect condition. The food is good, the alcohol is excellent, in the evening every day there is a show program, children are entertained, excursions at pleasant prices, if they are ill or something is insured through a guide, everything is solved calmly, the air conditioner in the room works without complaints, cold and hot water goes in the shower, water is brought. The food is standard as in good fours. They clean swans out of towels every day, and so on. Thank you very much to the doctor, I needed the help of a doctor. A very friendly doctor helped us. There is no Wi-Fi at the reception, but this is a good reason to take a complete break from the phone. I give the hotel 5 stars. we had a rest from June 12 to June 20, 2024. We had a rest in December 2023. I really liked the hotel. The hotel has its own beautiful sandy beach. The rooms are not new, but they are quite normal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the work of the animators (Nikita, Rai, Rinat and all the others). The guy is also Egyptian. Great guys.
The food is always delicious and fresh. The waiters are always polite and look impeccable. I especially liked the waiter named Ahmed. A real pro.
Lifeguards are constantly on duty at the beach and at each pool.
During my vacation, I met several Russian-speaking people who have been staying at this hotel for more than 7 times. We tried different hotels but stopped there. In the reviews earlier, someone wrote that this hotel has a soul. I confirm the hypothesis. That's the way it is.

We are having a rest now with the whole family at the hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Reception respect immediately sent me to lunch upon check-in, and then checked into the room. The restaurant has very tasty seafood, pastries, meat just melts in your mouth, everything is very tasty, the waiters are very attentive and guess all your desires :-), they clean the dishes on time and monitor the completeness of your glass of wine, which is very pleasant, everyone speaks Russian. The rooms are large and comfortable, cleaned every day and very well. On the beach there is gorgeous sand and just a crystal sea, comfortable sun beds. We stayed at the hotel with a family and a child in early October 2024.

SEA AND BEACH
There are no complaints. The beach is clean, well cleaned. The sand is very pleasant. The approach to the sea is good. My child (2 years old) didn't even need aquashouses, he went barefoot. The depth is good if you walk a little further from the shore. Snorkeling was done every day - even on the territory of the hotel there are corals. There are all kinds of different fish and the corals themselves are very beautiful. Take a mask and go pro/phone and enjoy swimming. But don't forget - your back burns out very quickly! There is a bar, shower and toilet on the beach. There are always plenty of sun beds. There are soft mattresses on the sun beds, although they are already tired (torn somewhere, dirty somewhere). Towels are issued by cards. By the way, the towels are very soft and pleasant to the touch.

The food is good. There are always several types of meat (and not just cooked in different ways, namely a varied meat menu - chicken, beef, duck. There has also always been fish in different variations (the fish is the freshest and very tasty). Side dishes for every taste. Vegetables (fresh and stewed). Fruits (in October there were melons, bananas, grapefruits, pomegranates, quinces). There have always been dates. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. There are a lot of sweets and all sorts of different ones. The children's menu is a little sparse - there is always one side dish and some meat/fish. There is one name from the children's, because everything is peppery and spicy, just like in adults. It was difficult to feed a 2-year-old child with healthy food. There are queues for lunch and dinner, but they have never stood for more than 5 minutes, somehow everything is fast. There were always enough dishes and tables. They clean up very quickly, the waiters try their best. The only drawback is THE SHORTAGE OF ORDINARY NAPKINS! Only reusable rags and not very clean (sometimes they were either poorly washed or reused). And in general, sterility is very bad in the dining room (dishes are not always clean, cutlery lies on dirty reusable napkins). My child and I went with wet wipes (and wiped the handles before eating, and cutlery, and wiped something on the table / chair). There are plenty of high chairs for children. The room is not hot, it is comfortable to be in.
In addition to the main restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) there was fast food (fries, pizza, burgers). There is also a snack in the form of buns, cupcakes.
It is very difficult to stay hungry :)
ROOMS
The rooms are old and in need of repair. But everything is working properly. We didn't sit in the room, just slept, it didn't bother us. If you need comfort and aesthetics, it's better to look for other hotels. Everything is simple and old here. They cleaned every day, Nestle bottled water was brought every day (0.5 bottle per person every day). In the bathroom, only soap, shampoo, and shower gel are available from consumables (bottles with a dispenser are reusable, of poor quality). Water pressure without interruption. The toilet smelled of sewage in the evenings.

Not obsessive animators. The evening shows are not interesting at all. But sports events (stretching, yoga, volleyball, water gymnastics) are very worthy. Animators are always ready to chat, but at the same time they are not very intrusive. There is a kids club for children from the age of 4. There are several playgrounds on the territory - on the beach and near the Kids Club. There are practically no children in the kids' club, so we were not interested.

This is the main advantage of this hotel! There are always three lifeguards on the beach - on the tower in the middle, and on the sides. They do not just sit, but watch and, if necessary, correct vacationers, because some swam behind the buoys. And it's not worth doing this, because there is a dangerous area behind the buoys because of the large corals. Lifeguards are also on duty at each pool from morning to evening. Security guards walk around the hotel (especially in the evening) and keep order. When we checked into the hotel after the transfer, we were asked to go through the security framework and enlightened the luggage.
RECEPTION
Always friendly boys. They speak Russian. Any issue is resolved quickly. You can ask for an iron with an ironing board in the room, they will bring it quickly. Quest relation girls also promptly answer all questions and orient you where and how best to get there. We used the services of a hotel taxi, very comfortable, fast and safe. Abdul's driver speaks excellent Russian. He also talks about Egypt during the trip.

It's not big, but everything is there for a comfortable stay. Most of the rooms overlook a quiet area, because there is no one building. The hotel consists of many three-storey cottages, which are scattered throughout the territory. But everything turns out to be compact and convenient. And most importantly, everything is arranged wisely.
Almost all the staff speaks Russian on site. And those who do not speak understand sign language or English very well. The room has a TV with Russian channels. There are two a la Carte restaurants on site, you need to make an appointment in advance.
There is a lot of space for children. You can run and jump everywhere. If you are going on an excursion or to the airport before breakfast, you can order a lunch box at the reception in the evening, they give you no problems. We arrived late at night - we were fed. We left early in the morning, before breakfast - lunch boxes were packed for us. There were a lot of people in the hotel, but it was comfortable. There were no queues anywhere except for lunch and dinner. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pools. There is a main pool (where all the movement takes place), and there is a calm, quiet pool. Everyone treats children well. There are many shops on the territory of the hotel, they have almost everything. But be careful!!! Check the change in dollars!!! They give change in torn or taped bills!!! Then they say it's not them and refuse to change it. And in Egypt, torn and taped dollars are not accepted anywhere!!! We will have to return it to Russia.
The hotel guide gives little information, you have to find out for yourself. We went with Fun & Sun, the guide's name was Mohamed.
The impression of the hotel is good, but no more. We will not return here, because for the same money you can go to a slightly better hotel (there are many such hotels nearby).

We recommend the hotel! Compact, beautiful, green, cozy. The animation is just for 5+, the guys are trying their best, entertaining vacationers from morning to evening. We had a rest in August of this year. A good hotel, wonderful responsive staff, always with a smile, indifferent, they will help you tell you if something is needed, the rooms are nice spacious, a little tired, but it did not spoil the impression, everything was clean, bed linen and towels were changed when we asked without problems, we lived in the building numbering started from 31 , pool view, the food is quite good, you definitely will not stay hungry and there is always fish and meat, the beach is good, there were enough sun beds for everyone, the entrance to the sea is a small shell, the territory is beautiful green, it is clear that they are caring for, the animation is not annoying, everything is in moderation.
Wi-Fi at the reception and lobby is free, it even reaches the pool a little, there is no rest of the territory, so if you need to be always in touch, buy a SIM card.

Летом в прошлом году отдыхал там (9 дней). Отель оценен на 4 звезды, но на самом деле отель на все 5 ЗВЕЗД!!! Первая береговая линия, и это огромный плюс. Еще очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал (был случай, когда у нас заела дверь и не хотела открываться, моментально, в течении 7 минут ее починили!). Когда мы вначале заселились в отель, было такое время, что главный ресторан был закрыт, но повар в баре при бассейне хоть и не понимал конкретно то, что мы говорили, приготовил нам вкуснейшую пиццу и бургеры на 5 человек, огромное ему спасибо, если бы не он, мы бы умерли от голода. Выбор еды небольшой, но и немаленький. Еда не роскошная, но вкусная. Про сам номер: чистый, претензий нет. В бассейнах мы особо не купались, но могу сказать что они нормальные, и спасатели как и у бассейна, так и у моря за всем следят. Вобщем: если бы можно было бы оценить на 6 звезд, то я бы так и сделал!!!

- We stayed at the hotel from November 22 to November 29, we really liked the hotel, it was beautiful, calm, very well maintained. The room was standard, at the reception I asked for a sea view, said that it was my birthday tomorrow and we had a room with a gorgeous view! The food is excellent, on Saturday there was a fish day in the main restaurant-crabs, shrimps, various fish impressed me very much! The rooms are not large, but very comfortable, cleaning and changing towels every day. Excursions from guides have not been taken for a long time, it is 2, or even three times more expensive than from 1sttouroperator, we took a boat trip to paradise island, safari. As always, everything is on top and the organization is even better than through hydra. On all excursions we had an individual transfer, they gave me a birthday cake and turned on a Russian song happy birthday!!! I was howling with delight! Thank you - 1sttouroperator very much. We also ordered a taxi through them, the hotel is far from civilization.
I will definitely return to the hotel for gorgeous sunrises!
The only comment to the hotel ... no way to congratulate on a birthday, we had a company of 8 people, during the vacation there were 3 others, no one was congratulated either in the room or in the restaurant, this is of course the first time in Egypt)!

My friends and I decided to celebrate the New Year 2025 not at home, but to go somewhere warm, sea, sun, sand. We chose the Egypt MERCURE HURGADA 4* hotel and did not regret our choice for a minute. This hotel is located 12 km from the airport. We got to the hotel quickly in 15 minutes.
At the hotel, we immediately plunged into a cozy, comfortable atmosphere, away from the noisy streets. We were greeted at the reception by hospitable staff who quickly accepted us and gave us the keys. We were moved to the third floor (almost the roof), but it's even good. The room is bright and spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. The territory of the hotel is impressive. In addition to small cozy sleeping buildings, there are many green lawns, flowering shrubs, and various palm trees. The hotel has swimming pools, one was really under renovation (well, January), the second is for those who like cold water, the third is heated and plus a children's one.
The Internet was available at the reception, in the room, in the area of bars, pools and restaurants.
There are shops for every taste on site. If anyone wants to go to the city, then this can be done either by taking a sightseeing tour, or simply by ordering a taxi directly at the hotel. For those who like to buy medicines abroad, we recommend visiting pharmacies with Russian-speaking staff. THE PRICES WILL PLEASANTLY SURPRISE YOU!
The main advantage of the hotel is the beach on the Red Sea coast. Fine, crumbly sand, gentle sun, crystal clear sea. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and in the pool area, enough for everyone. During the day, animators organize a variety of leisure activities for vacationers. Every day there is a new entertainment program for both children and adults. Those who do not like to go to bed early have the opportunity to go to a disco, which takes place in a separate room and does not interfere with other vacationers.
The restaurant has a variety of delicious food. Fruits, vegetables, salads, fish, meat, pizza, and more. The breakfasts were standard, everyone chose according to their taste and color, lots of pastries, sweets. The waiters are attentive, friendly, they serve beer, wine (white, pink, red).
We would like to mention the New Year's festive table separately. The evening started with a large assortment of cocktails: blue, white, red, orange). The drinks were in beautiful glasses, as well as beautifully carved melons and coconuts. Everyone who celebrated the New Year had a pleasant surprise: a gift bag with attributes for celebrating and creating a mood. We enjoyed the large amount of seafood and strawberries on the New Year's table.
The AZUR bar makes delicious cocktails, makes Turkish coffee, but it costs $2 for a fee, and pleasant music is played. Vacationers gather here in the evenings to listen to live music and play board games.
There are two more restaurants serving Italian and Oriental cuisine on site.
We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the MERCURE HURGADA4* hotel! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and acquaintances, and perhaps we will come back here again.

I really liked the hotel, we rested from 11/23 to 11/27
We were with a small child and constantly had a problem with what to feed, there are a lot of spices everywhere, very salty. This is a minus. And the rest is a great beach holiday, the sea is beautiful, warm, the beach is sandy, it's nice to walk. There are enough sun beds for everyone. Animators are not intrusive. The room was cleaned every day, we noticed this from the child who is a garbage generator. The towel was changed every day. They brought water in the morning.
We were satisfied, except of course the weather, there were strong winds

It's worth the money. A small cozy room, daily cleaning. The territory is small, but well maintained, green. Clean pool, varied food, but without frills. Cocktails made from local alcohol are strong, but for those who do not drink alcohol, it does not matter. Soft drinks, coffee from the coffee machine in unlimited quantities. A clean big beach. I would like Wi-Fi in the room, and not only in the lobby, but this issue is solved by buying an Orange SIM card for 300 Egyptian pounds (purchased without documents)

We had a rest in early to late May, with my wife and son. The staff is excellent, a lot of Russian speakers, helpful, kind, always in a good mood, always help. The numbers themselves are already a bit outdated. The auditorium is beautiful and perfectly clean. There was no bed in the room for the child, although they initially booked for a room with three beds, as it turned out later they did not have such rooms at all, only femels, and this is another amount, but thanks to the staff the problem was solved. And in just 10 dollars, they moved a full-fledged bed. The food is also a little sad. It is there, but every day it is the same pasta, rice, peas. In the photo, I present to you how they said their national dish, but I called it throw what you have. Preferences that this dish was made from what was left after dinner or lunch .Melon , grapefruit, dates are made from fruits . sometimes there were sliced apples.
But the beach is generally magnificent. That's why this hotel was actually chosen and we were not mistaken.

Nice hotel! Friendly staff (welcome drink is brought to all visiting tourists). Bracelets are worn at 10:00 local time. We were checked in at 12:00 (it's good that we didn't have to wait until 14:00). The room is always clean (thanks to Mustafa). The middle balcony (there is nowhere to dry things, take a rope and clothespins with you!) The room has a kettle, refrigerator, tea, coffee, cream, sugar (added every day). The bathroom is combined (toilet paper, liquid hand soap, shampoo, shower gel). There is a wardrobe, a safe, clothes hangers. Water is given depending on the residents (we were given 3-4 bottles of 0.6 liters for two). There are 3 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel (heating has been turned on since 27.10. In the central one for sure, in the other 2 I can't say). 2 free restaurants (Italian and Arabic) by appointment. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and near the main pool. The animators are great (morning exercises, darts, squash, volleyball, football, yoga, aqua aerobics). We left on 31.10, a Halloween party was planned for the evening. There is no animation for children. For lunch, it is better to go either to the opening (at 13:00), or much later (preferably closer to 15:00, since there may be a queue at 14:00, 14:30).

I am currently staying at this hotel and I want to note that the beach here is good, the sea is beautiful in general, as everywhere else, there are zero questions.
About the hotel: I have a standard room with a view of the pool: the furniture is very tired, the mirrors and the glass door to the balcony are dirty-in some spots and streaks. The balcony is small with terrible furniture and ants. They are cleaned mediocre, but fresh towels every time-which pleases. The territory is not as huge as it was written in other reviews. From entertainment: animation for 30 minutes every evening. Animation of the COLLECTIVE FARM level, to be honest, I have not experienced such Spanish shame for a long time)!
The food is normal, there were no delicacies, seafood for 5 days of my stay. There are few fruits: melon, dates, bananas, apples. There was a mango once!
If you want freshly squeezed juice, pay, although it is assured that the hotel has an all-inclusive system.
The service is mediocre.

A strong 4k! Better than "liquid" vodka.
There is a great beach! The menu is quite diverse: fish, beef, chicken, liver, pastries, cheeses, yoghurts, vegetables, fruits. There are no complaints about food at all! It should be borne in mind that there is more variety in food in autumn.
The staff is helpful, the room is cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained - I am very surprised how everything blooms and smells, nothing sticks out/falls off anywhere, the lawns are green/mowed everywhere. The beach is a virtue, but it also has a drawback: there is no such space, it is not as big (as it seemed to me). Apart from the size of the beach, I have no desire to improve anything in this hotel at all. Yes, the rooms are small and not freshly renovated, but! everything works and the room is cleaned cleanly! Yes, one of the disadvantages is that the beds creaked at the slightest movement, they could have changed them at least.
From the hotel to the sea is just around the corner - I really liked it! Everything is nearby: hotel, reception, restaurant, disco, swimming pools (and there are 5 of them! Two children's and three large ones) and the beach!
There is a nearby rental of equipment: boards, wings, masks, etc.
There are small reefs on the beach with a mask, you can look at the underwater world, but it's better to go diving in the sea.
When we were on vacation with our family in April, there were more than 50% Germans, then about 30% Russians, and all the rest: French, Ukrainians, Turks, Arabs, Chinese, etc.
They relax both in couples, families, and young people.
Animators are especially worth noting: they organize several events a day and so on throughout the rest! They won't let you get bored - a fact!
This is a really STRONG 4* hotel! I don't even know why it's not 5*? Maybe because of the size and freshness of the renovation of the rooms.
I went on vacation for the 6th time, and this hotel deserved to come back for a vacation.
Therefore, I recommend it!

We were from September 1st to 9th. We arrived at 11, were treated to a drink, gave bracelets, we prepared summer outfits in advance and went to rest, ate at 13 and went to check in. The room is great, everything is there, they clean well, we even met the employee who was cleaning, very friendly, asks if everything is okay, helped me several times with the key card, inserted the wrong side.
The territory itself is well maintained, clean, tidy. The beach is nearby, excellent entry. There is always a guard.
I especially want to note the atmosphere of the hotel, which appears in the evening. The chandeliers, doors and windows of the hall look invisible during the day, but as soon as it gets dark, a magical and fabulous world opens up.
Every evening there is a great program, then fakirs, then musicians, then dancing, very interesting numbers. The animation is great!👍 warm-ups, yoga, water aerobics, volleyball. Everything is unobtrusive and in an easy way. The pools are great, we were at the main one.
Food, 5+, very good vegetables and fruits, fruits are very tasty (melons, apples, bananas, orange, davali and mango). The convenient location of the bars on site, inside the main bar, is also convenient.
There are shops on the territory, of course, the prices are higher, but it is understandable. I remember the friendly and pleasant seller Roman, I left a pleasant impression, thanks to him.
I definitely recommend the hotel. 5 stars plus ...
There was a single moment, not very pleasant, a pianist sometimes plays in the hall, plays very well, different music. One evening she was asked to play a Ukrainian melody, so she not only started playing, but also singing in Ukrainian, and those who asked began to sing along with her, a very controversial behavior, I think this is unacceptable... Play music, but sing... it became unpleasant from such a situation ...
And there are also very disciplined crows on the territory, which unobtrusively coexist, giving their own flavor. I fly closer at the opening hours of the snack... They don't get impudent... there was one crow, without a beak, I named it sweetly, Frankenstein, because when I saw it for the first time, it was not immediately clear what it was. So I thought they would offend when feeding, but no, they share food and fly away, I mean, it was very interesting to watch them...

We stayed at this hotel at the end of October. The room stock is old, but we did not come to sit in the room, so the sea is warm and clean. The entrance to the sea is gorgeous, it is possible with children, there are no ebbs and flows. You can swim with a mask and watch the fish. The food is not bad, it was a fish day. Every day there is beef, chicken and fish cooked in different ways. The staff is polite, they can understand Russian. Most of the vacationers are Germans, French and Russian speakers. We plan to return next year.

We stayed at the Mercure Hurghada Hotel in mid-October 2024 in a standard room with a garden view. I join all the positive reviews about the hotel, but I will find fault!
What you didn't like, what can be improved:
1. Hospitality – Arrived at the hotel around 12 a.m. After a long journey, they didn't even offer a glass of water.
2. The beach is poorly cleaned, cigarette butts, bottle caps and the presence of pesky flies remain near the umbrellas. Tired sunbeds, not all lower positions have a fixed backrest. Mattresses on sun beds are not wiped from the sand at all, although specially trained people walk with rags and arrange sun beds in the evening.
3. Room – There is only shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. There are no toiletries such as toothbrushes, cotton swabs, disposable razors.

I stayed at this hotel from 26.05 24 to 6 . 06.24, I am absolutely delighted! Beautiful view from the room! The cleanliness of the rooms, the sea, the beach, the pools, all the staff are smiling, friendly, excellent, varied cuisine, I want to try everything!!!))) All the animators are just great, from morning until late at night they entertained with games, dances, evening shows (it definitely wasn't boring)! A wonderful hotel! Expectation and reality... that's exactly what's for the better! They have been since December 13, 2024. The first time in Hurghada, we used to go only to Sharm and to a good 5*, but this hotel was just different, the food can be said to be 4+, fish is always different, beef, chicken, on Saturdays there was squid, crabs, fish, shrimps, and so on for fish day dinner. Fruits according to the season, it's a shame that it's strawberry season, but it's never happened.
The hotel is really clean, even though it's old, they clean the territory well, although crows shit right on the deck chairs, but they seem to be washed. The rooms are mediocre.
The beach is nice, clean, and the sea is amazing.
BUT there is practically no animation, a couple of times a day, and that's it, in the evening there is nothing to do, in the evenings everyone sits in the lobby or near their phones, as only there wi-fi catches, and that's it, a couple of times a week in the evening the music is weak, at 21:30 in the amphitheater there are some small performances, no that's about it, and then everything, the disco is only at 23 o'clock, no one lives to see it, there is no desire to wait on Dubak Street. They asked why it was so late, and not immediately after the amphitheater, where many would have gone to dance, but the answer to this question was that it was so established here.
The rooms are really very outdated, there is no place to dry clothes, they took a rope with them and somehow clung to two chairs on the balcony, it was very inconvenient. And of course, no one ever cleans the balconies, it's just dirty.
That's how it is.
Therefore, if you lie down / sunbathe / sleep / eat for a relaxing rest, then you can. If something is more active, then definitely not here.
The star was removed for the lack of a normal animation program!
