A great place for a chain establishment.The service is probably better than that of similar competitors.The food is delicious and affordable. In the cafeteria, the cutlets are already 5 rubles each, and here you can also buy a burger for 3.3 with cucumber sauce and onion. There is a disadvantage, it's coffee, not only is it expensive, but it's always tasteless, but it's a small thing and I don't see the point in lowering the rating for it!

I come here several times a month and more than once Valentina treated me like a client, was very polite and did her job well. Personally, I don't often see such a service in cafes/ restaurants, etc. It's nice to have your comfort taken care of.

The equipment in the gym is not working at 30%, I will not list it in detail. Last time, 2 double cheese, 2 small potatoes, 2 coffees - bring 17 minutes to the table (the seller himself insisted), at 13.20 on Sunday, the hall is empty, 2 people are sitting at the table, 40% of the room is empty. It looks like there's just no staff.

I read on the receipt that the cashier Bidenko's name was Irina, and I looked at the badge. Now I always come for coffee at McDonald's and ask Bidenko to be called.
I ask the management to award Bidenko with a prize in the amount of 300 rubles, as well as a diploma for cultural polite professional service to Minsk residents and guests of the capital.

I am a frequent visitor to this institution, and for the last 4 months I have been bringing a check in the amount of 400-500 rubles per month with an average check of 22 rubles. The order waiting time is 10-15 minutes, as in any restaurant, I ask for a glass of water to drink while waiting for the order. When asked to pour a glass of water, they always responded positively, but today they refused my request, saying that I could buy a bottle of water, that is, I would have to wait 10-15 minutes at best to drink water, which is provided by default in any customer-oriented institution. I will not come to this institution anymore.
Also, sometimes the waiting time for an order is about 30 minutes, that is, the next time I come here, if I am very thirsty, I will need to wait for my water for about 30 minutes, I think this is a move.

This is the third time that an order has failed to report items from an order. This time I decided to check right away — the number of positions converged, but instead of **a double Big Burger** they put **a single**. I only noticed it at home, I was too lazy to go back.
The company should take a more serious approach to the quality of service and staff training. Such mistakes spoil the impression and make you wonder if it's even worth ordering here again.
I lost my money and my mood. 😢

Although I don't eat fast food, the place is nice. The reason: friendly staff, comfortable plywood furniture, convenient working hours. It is relevant in the early morning and late evening. In summer = a comfortable terrace.
Minus: since this is Belarus = tasteless food, lack of spices and salads. The staff does not know that calorie content is not about sweet, not sweet.

At first, it was planned to give three stars for a review by contacting the company, but after 10+ unsuccessful attempts to leave a review in the MoyMak application.by - I give 1 star .(I used the code from the receipt, but it does not fit in any variation.I'll put a photo) and had to leave a review in support of the application - zero reaction! This is a secondary negative - when I wanted to complain about the shortcomings🤣🤣🤣
The primary complaint: we stopped by Derzhinsky at Mac Drive on 10/23/24. we were very hungry and took burgers and a combo lunch. The issue was not fast - but this is normal now. Upon receipt, I asked the employee if they had put everything in, received an affirmative answer and we left. After 15 minutes of unpacking the packages, we found that there were no French fries that went into a combo and the cherry on the cake - I relaxed and allowed me to add mustard sauce to this very potato (hot initially did not want it) - but the irony of the latter was not in the package and there was no limit to my frustration!!! But to be fair, the Big burger was delicious and the pie was also top!
Summary: Complaining is not so easy and there is no reaction yet - this means that the owners are not interested in improving the service - which rejects! Everything tastes normal there - that 's the service stuff !
