I recently visited KFC and was very satisfied! The staff is polite and always ready to help. I ordered chicken and French fries, and they were just amazing! The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the French fries are perfectly toasted.
I was especially pleased with the clean and cozy hall. The prices are quite adequate, and the portions are large. I recommend it to all lovers of delicious food!

We went to get our favorite milkshake and twister. The filling of the twisters is very meager, the twister itself seems to be from the refrigerator, not even warm! This is not a cold snack and does not match the price. There's only one name for Milkshake. At least I could taste it before. Now it's like a watered-down drink.Moreover, they ordered two identical ones, but one is similar to what they ordered, and the second one is generally something like vanilla. There was no one at the checkout, they came up later and paid off.
The hall was almost empty. After some time, a small group of guys came and sat down next to each other. There were swearing, shouting, and vulgar phrases all over the place. We sat and drank beer. I don't consider this to be the norm. We left the institution, and we won't be coming back here. It's very unpleasant to be here

When asked if someone could come up, they answered "no" from behind the doors. A book of complaints was requested, which employees must submit upon request, and I obtained the book of complaints the third time. The employee refused to introduce himself, but he was different in form, most likely the guy was the manager. And I also want to note that there was no queue. Yesterday we bought French fries for children, they were underweight. Of the claimed 60 grams, one portion with a package was 56 grams, and the second was 34! 34 grams! Are you serious? And these are not the only cases of poor quality service, as far as food is concerned. Tech support companies are not responding, and it is not even known whether they take this into account or not.

The room is rarely cleaned, apparently, therefore it is dirty enough, the tables are greasy, the garbage containers are usually overflowing, you have to tamp them down. Sometimes there is no water in the toilet and it is impossible to wash your hands, by the way, there is often no paper. In short, I don't like this place at all. I have been observing this for several years. I won't eat anything else here, I'm squeamish. And, here, the service staff (cashier) I like very much.
