Of all the CFS, I don't like it here the most. Whenever I bought something here, it was all cold, once they didn't fill it with Twister sauce. There are too many young people aged 13-15 who just take up seats and do not order anything, they sit for several hours. When the promotion is 5050, a lot of promotional dishes are prepared in advance and they lie for a long time, cool down, etc. I understand that it saves time, but not as much as here. Very slow service. The last two times I just ordered two Twisters and potatoes, after I still had about 5 orders, as a result, my order was given last (and so twice), although according to the idea my orders should have been given first. There were also constantly dirty tables, I had to wipe everything myself with wet wipes. I don't come here anymore, even though I'm close to home.

It's just terrible, I bought a cheeseburger and French fries in the end I got a dry bun, the sauce was felt only towards the end, 1 thin pickled cucumber, dry strips and no onion I did not find potatoes at all, no crust just potatoes soaked in oil. The order consisted of two baskets, a cheeseburger + 2 sauces
The staff clearly couldn't do their job, as there were ~30 orders in the queue
• Very dirty! I had to look for the cleanest place and clean it myself so as not to sit in the mud. Not a single KFS employee was visible in the hall .
• Two original (NOT SHARP) legs and sharp strips were selected in two baskets. As a result, everything was spicy, the breading was improperly done, and it was also unbearably spicy. The money was not paid to eat and cry from the pungency!
• The order, even after such a long wait, was not checked thoroughly (the second sauce was missing). At the moment, the KFS does not professionally serve its customers
It's not the first time I've seen dirty tables and a large number of orders that can't be served on time
I give one star and hope for any changes.

Most of the tables are occupied by teenagers with alcohol and without an order! There are people who smoke vape! But families come here! Almost everyone comes with their own alcohol! Tables and under the table are not cleaned. Toilets are a nightmare. Mountains of empty beer bottles and no toilet paper. Dust and dirt are everywhere!!! Where is the cleaning schedule on the door?

Yesterday we made an order at 20:59 - we waited for it until 21:45) For almost an hour) When I came up and asked if it was possible to hurry up, I was told that the waiting time was an hour and 10 minutes) and why on earth?) and why can't you warn about this in advance, when forming an order?)
Okay....we ordered a Duet Basket) we put everything except potatoes)
We discovered this when we left the KFS, fortunately we ate nearby, returned....they gave the potatoes away... apologized... and thanks for that)
The food was already cold.
If it were possible to put -100, then I would. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired - alcoholics, teenagers and a sea of beer are all around.
I will never come back here.

I have to wait 15 minutes or even more. Until you come up and become indignant, the workers will not move. Discourages any desire for the next visit to this fast food.

But since I work part-time as a courier and often go there to eat during pauses, I will give a star for the fact that the staff is understanding and if the courier receives an order, they get into the situation and try to speed up its preparation, which is very, very helpful during periods of heavy loads.
