Our pet loves Gryzli treats very much. The store where we always bought them ran out of them. I found this product online in HyperZOO at a good price. I immediately liked that the product can be booked without registering on the website. Which I did, specifying the quantity - 5 pieces (screenshot attached), and indicating that it would be pickup from Uborevich, 95A. I booked the product at night from Saturday to Sunday, hoping that we would arrive to pick up the order on Sunday. On Sunday morning, an employee of HyperZOO called me back and informed me that there was no such product in the store on Uborevich Street, and that it would be delivered only on Monday. I asked to cancel the order because it was inconvenient to go there on a weekday. But on Monday, I receive a text message that my order is ready and will be stored until Thursday. The employee also called back with the question: "Will you pick up the order?" To which I replied: "We'll try to pick it up before Thursday." One day, I asked my husband to drive an extra 30 km after work to pick up the order. Imagine my surprise when the seller handed me one pack of the ordered treats!..))) And that's what we were driving for?))) I couldn't prove that I ordered 5 pieces, because I didn't register on the website, so the order wasn't saved. I only had a screenshot of the order.
Conclusion: the store is not bad, the prices are good, the staff are responsible, but inattentive.
