They called back the next day in the first half (Monday), said that "the site was hacked, troubleshooting is underway," and one item is not yet available (air conditioner for fish). I missed it, it's not critical — I didn't plan to put the fish in the aquarium right away anyway. The courier delivered everything on time, everything was in one piece.
Further, due to the lack of some decorations and food, it was decided to place another order here (two weeks have passed since the first order, by the way). The personal account still does not work, you have to form an order without a login. Okay, the shopping cart is formed, the order has been sent. A call the next day from a store employee — there is no necessary position (the site indicates that the product is "In stock"). Okay, I'm clarifying if there is another product — the store employee offers an option: she cancels the order, I myself re-create the karzine. Done: after a while, the call again — one item is again out of stock, the second is there, but the size (pebbles) is smaller in one package (out of three to order). Okay, I think, but it's already starting to piss me off: if not everything is available, then why the hell not indicate it on the site? I agree to the order, because pebbles and food are a priority, decoration is not critical. Confirmation of delivery: from 10 to 12. The day of delivery, the time is 12:18. There were no calls from the courier. I call the store itself: the staff does not know where the courier is, they assumed his delay in the warehouse. After 20 minutes, there were no calls from either the courier or the store.
Apparently, the store is a typical overbought, which does not import itself (according to the foreign trade register). Plus, importers are listed in lots. According to the "Card File Buy" service and the trade register of the Republic of Belarus, the organization has 2 Online stores (domain address plus Online store), plus the legal /actual address: Uborevich, 95. Here the question arises: the rest of the stores (Russiyanova, Filimonova, Pushkin Ave.) are linden or are registered to another legal entity/ IP?
Anyway, the lack of synchronization of "warehouse—store—Online store" is a minus, it can be seen that savings on software are affecting. It is not known if these products are available at all, or if this is done only to try to keep the customer. There is also a question about the culture and courtesy of the store's employees and the courier, who think that not warning about delays is the norm.
I do not consider it necessary to buy anything here in the future, it is a waste of time and nerves somewhere. If you want to buy something and really value your time, walk past this store.
I made an order in an online store for an aquarium. The order was accepted quickly, helped with the selection of soil, grottoes and plants for it. The delivery was fast, I was satisfied, I will order more)

Minuses:
1. Long wait for the order,waited 10 days
2. They promised compensation in the form of treats for animals for waiting, but they never brought it.
3. I ordered for more than 200 rubles, chose a backpack as a gift, as a result, the backpack was not brought.
4. I called about this for two or three days, they said they would sort it out and call back, in the end no one figured it out and did not call back.
A good store. There are minor flaws, but this is due to a recent discovery. There is everything in principle and in a good assortment. I use it all the time, thank you.
