I want to say a huge thank you to the cleaning lady Alice! A real sorceress and a fairy of purity! She heard all my wishes and did 1000% of the work! Everything was perfectly clean after that! The oven, which I couldn't clean for several years, glistened from the inside! All the surfaces in the kitchen are clean without plaque, the capricious speckled tiles on the floor have been cleaned, no plaque in the bathroom on the tiles and plumbing!

This is the first time we have applied to the Freshroom cleaning company. We ordered the washing of windows and window frames on the loggia. The loggia is large, 10 m2, with almost panoramic windows and an impressive glazing area. Our case was really difficult - there were traces of adhesive tape on all the frames, which stuck tightly, and the sealant with which the windows were sealed. We explained everything honestly and even sent a photo to the company so that there would be no surprise for those who would come.
Sasha and Yana arrived, the guys are just amazing - neat, clean and obviously perfectionists. They've been messing with our windows and frames for two (!) a hard day's work. We managed to wash, clean and bring everything into almost perfect condition.

We ordered a general cleaning of the one-room apartment before the eviction. The apartment was half empty and in good condition. But even under such conditions, there were huge questions about cleaning.
1. No lamp has been dusted. How can you not do the basic things during the general cleaning?
2. The employee broke the socket, the frame was all cracked, she didn't even report it, they noticed later, they had to replace everything. The socket was quadruple, and every socket was broken. What had to be done to break the entire frame of the quadruple socket?
3. The socket was not enough, the rim on the locker was also torn off, and the answer to the question of what happened was "it was like that". As an outcome, we had to glue it ourselves.
4. There was a mirrored wardrobe in the room, the mirrors were not just poorly washed, but all streaked and small spots of mascara had not been wiped off. I had to point out with my fingers exactly where to clean, because the employee said "I can't see anything," after that she began to rub everything in a row.
5. There were gray streaks on the laminate in the room all over the area, and something sticky was spilled and not cleaned near the closet.
6. In the bathroom, the shower faucet was covered in sticky plaque and fine hairs, the most interesting thing is that it was clean before cleaning. Again, the questions are, what kind of cleaning does it leave behind dirt that needs to be cleaned?
After cleaning, the manager asked about the cleaning, but the response was ignored. They did not receive any response or explanation of the situation, nor did they receive simple apologies for the incompetent behavior of their employee. When ordering cleaning, the last thing you want to do is walk around and point out what hasn't been done or cleaned up, and then also rake out the joints.
In general, we were disappointed with the cleaning and quality of service, we did not think that so many joints could be made in a small apartment. After reading other reviews, we understand that apparently such a "cleaning" in this company is not uncommon, it's a pity we didn't see it earlier, we chose it on Instagram with a beautiful picture.

They once called a girl for general cleaning in a small studio, they said that the cleaning time would be 8 hours. At the end of it, there was no desire to particularly check the quality of cleaning, since the young man and I were tired from work and we just wanted to go to rest. The next day, they began to notice that somewhere the dust remained on the shelves, and in prominent places, some kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, floors were not cleaned, and much more. I wrote on Instagram to solve this problem somehow, since the money was not small. The next day, the admin sent another more professional girl, who cleaned everything up with high quality and we really liked it. but!! Recently, the cleaning gen was needed again, I left a request as much as a week before the required date. Apparently, they called me once when I couldn't answer, and after that my application went into oblivion. This is the first time I've come across the fact that when ordering a service, they call only once and never call back.
I didn't like this cleaning company, I don't recommend it.

This cleaning has completely deteriorated. I used to use the Freshroom cleaning services, everything was fine. Yesterday I ordered a general cleaning of a 2-room apartment and a book sofa cleaning. Taking into account the discount, 353 rubles came out.
I specified what the surcharge would be for heavy pollution, and the manager replied that 30-60p was the maximum. We agreed that 2 cleaners would arrive and cleaning would take 6-8 hours.
Today, 1 Cleaner arrives and says that the fat is on the lockers, in general, pay an additional 200 rubles on top. Seriously???
Cleaning now only goes to clean apartments?
Then what is your functionality?
550 rubles for 8 hours, it doesn't fit in my head.
The sofa was cleaned, I paid, at least everything is in order.
The cleaner left and said that they would contact me and send another one. It seems like we agreed with the manager to send a fresh one instead of the general one, for 158 rubles, including a discount (110 is stated on the website), but there is still no call or other cleaner.
The day was ruined, the service was not provided, I had to go grocery shopping and prepare for the meeting of the guests, and now I'm looking for a more responsible service.

The floor was most likely either not washed, or not washed everywhere (there was a stain on the floor that was before the cleaning), the refrigerator doors were also dirty.
The request also included cleaning the Christmas tree, she didn't have time to do it that day, and we agreed that we would choose another one that would fix everything that was left with the tree, as a result, she also refuses to clean the tree, says she won't have time and finish it yourself.

We ordered a general cleaning, moreover, we contacted the administrator in ADVANCE to explain all the subtleties and details, where and how to clean it. We were asked to send us EXPERIENCED cleaners, as the cleaning was going to be big. Having met with the cleaners on the day of cleaning, we ADDITIONALLY conducted them around the apartment, stating all the requests and requirements BEFORE starting work. After the time expired, the apartment was rented at about one o'clock in the morning and in a terrible, dirty condition (photo attached). After our indignation, we agreed to come and continue cleaning the next day. One of the cleaning girls apparently had no experience at all in cleaning (wherever she cleaned, there were stains, grease and dirt and had to be cleaned again), nor in communicating with clients (behaved unfriendly, even rude). The dirt was not cleaned in even the most easily accessible places: with them, we had to take a damp cloth and run it over the surfaces to remove dust, showing that they had not been cleaned there. We will never order freshroom services again.

I ordered a general cleaning of the entire apartment. For a second, 600r is very expensive. I'm still cleaning up after them, they haven't even wiped the TV, and I'm generally silent about the dust on the coffee machine and other devices. I had to go and poke at the acceptance for another hour of work, for example, the tile at the door, the bathroom is dirty, the map on the wall is dirty, the children's bed in the form of a house with boards is all in dust, even the shelf above the bed and so on. The cleaner complained constantly, I had to ask them to do their job. By the way, even washing or steaming curtains during general cleaning is not included.
I will never contact this company again.

I consider the service unproven, because for 320 rubles they wiped the floor with a mop without even vacuuming it. Garbage bags were left on me, things remained scattered and so on
Cleaning in Gomel is much better.
For the unproven service, the manager did not immediately respond to me at all, and then offered a modest discount on the subsequent order, which of course would not be. Horror.

We ordered a general cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. We bought into a lot of positive reviews.
Orders are accepted and processed very quickly and professionally.
A few days in advance, the manager contacts you and asks if everything is in force. Customer focus is on top.
2 cleaners come to you, look at the front of the work and then you can be free for a fairly large amount of time (around 5-6 hours).
We had problems with washing the shower stall and facades in the kitchen.
Everything was washed, everything seems to be fine, but tomorrow it was a sunny day - and it turns out that the painted facades were washed with something scratchy, like the sink. It's not very visible on a wet surface, but when it dries up, it's a fiasco.
When asked in the messenger what we will do, the company just reads and does not answer anything, customer orientation disappears and ..... silence.
I'm happy for people who are lucky, but there are also stories like mine. People don't care what they clean or what they do, telling life hacks on Instagram about cleaning.
And so here's my new life hack - take a hard sponge and remove everything you see before removing paint, varnish, coating - and VoiLa, fat, stone and scale are gone.

I rarely write bad reviews, but I can't pass it by here. I ordered cleaning in the apartment I was moving out of. There is no furniture at all, except for kitchen cabinets and a chest of drawers. Firstly, we agreed at 10.00, the cleaner was HALF an HOUR late without warning, I had to call myself and clarify if everything was in force at all. I have clearly calculated my time, there is a truck under my house and waiting for me to transport things, as a result, I had to overpay the movers because of this situation. Secondly, the cleaning took 6 hours!!!! In a one-room apartment without furniture!!! There was no general cleaning, but I paid for the cleaning of the balcony and the window in the kitchen. The balcony was not cleaned, the windows were not washed. By 4 o'clock the landlady of the apartment came, and the toilet and bathroom were not cleaned and the corridor too. This is for 5.30 hours!!! The first time I called a cleaning company. Friendly specialists. We did a dry cleaning of the sofa and armchair, telling how it is carried out. We did a general cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom. And it would seem that everything is great, BUT the whole IMPRESSION was spoiled by the BREAKDOWN of the switch in the shower stall and the handle on the shower stall. And those who did the cleaning didn't even consider it necessary to report it. I found it a couple of hours later. As a result, the REPAIR of the mixer in the shower cabin cost MORE THAN THE CLEANING ITSELF!!!!

I used the cleaning services for the first time and, after this experience, I doubt that I will use them again.
The first "cleaning after repair" took place on April 5. The cleaning results, to put it mildly, were not satisfactory. Dirty floor, stains on the doors, no wet cleaning and, unfortunately, this is not the end. It was decided to call the manager and ask questions about the quality of cleaning, for which, by the way, we paid 450 Belarusian rubles. The manager apologized very much for the current situation and offered to change rooms for free on April 9th. This calmed me down and I expected that this time the result would please me.
The same specialists were sent and the woman began to tell us that the tiles in the bathroom are not washed, because "apparently they bought the cheapest one." For me, of course, such information became news and I did not understand what it was about at all) By the way, the shower system rusted after the first cleaning (I attach photos before and after). The second time, the floor was washed without white stains, but the doors and doorways, along with part of the kitchen cabinets, seemed to be untouched until they were pointed out during the second cleaning.
Unfortunately, I no longer want to contact this cleaning company from the word at all. When applying for cleaning services, you expect that professionals in their field will come who know how to wash matte surfaces without streaks and remove any level of contamination to the maximum, but you only get excuses why it cannot be washed and accusations of cheap materials. Turning to the Freshroom team, I would like to say that having adequate and pleasant managers is very good, however, you should also not forget about good cleaners and, setting such a price for your services, be kind to provide these services efficiently.

I ordered the cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom for my mother.
I didn't get a discount, although they have discounts on other things and on Thursdays until December. So a young girl came with one bucket, rags, a mop and three bottles of remedies. Without a stepladder and a steam engine. I immediately stipulated what to wash (kitchen: countertop, apron, cabinets outside, oven inside and microwave. The bathroom has cabinets outside, plumbing, bathroom and sink, mirror and tiles to wipe. There is a bathroom and a tile in the toilet.) They announced the price and said that the kitchen was freshly cleaned, and the toilet and bathroom were general. One person will come to do the work and it will take 3-4 hours.
Mom rated the cleaning well. But when I arrived, I saw this: the apron, cabinets (doors) and sink were washed. I washed the microwave outside and rubbed Dasha that I had erased the paint near the handle. I didn't even take the oven, the refrigerator only had walls, because I didn't get to the top. I wiped the cabinets on top, but the sticky layer remained. The grease splatters on the apron and the bottom of the lockers remained. I washed the floor and the window sill. I wiped the tiles in the toilet, washed the toilet, and I'm not sure what I washed the plastic back wall because there is dust on the counter doors.
I washed the mirror in the bathroom, like the sink and the bathroom (but they didn't shine at all like they were washed), the plumbing was dirty and the floor under the cabinets was not washed. I washed the hood from above, the grilles had to be washed themselves.
When I showed the photos to their administrator, they offered to send the same girl to fix it. My mother refused their services because she was disappointed. To which they offered me a 20% discount on the next cleaning. I refused.
I'm waiting for the company, because the work is not done. But they probably aren't going to. I will add a review after their conversation.
P.S. Mom said that the girl came to her as a student and she worked in this company for 1.5 months.

I chose a company for general kitchen cleaning from ~ 5 companies, the Freshroom was bribed by very quick answers from the administrator and the discounted price is lower than others. And I did not lose!!
5 minutes before the appointed time, the staff was at the door, the girl Alina cleaned the kitchen all day (old fat on the panels, oven, extractor hood, dried dirt around the trash, behind the baseboard under the cabinets) - cleaned sooo carefully, took into account all requests, took everything out and carefully put it in its place! I also cleaned the stains on the refrigerator door, which I had not been able to remove myself before. The wooden panels were not damaged by chemicals.
I haven't seen my kitchen so clean at all, it seems 17 years ago we stopped by after my grandmother)))) I searched for "shoals" for another week just in case - I didn't find anything worth mentioning! Thank you very much!
At the same time, I ordered the carpet and sofa dry cleaning: the second master did it quickly. Not all the stains have been completely removed from the sofa, but the sofa is already 30 years old :) There is no smell of chemicals left, everything is fine.

The only thing that has no questions about cleaning is the windows and a well-cleaned floor.
There was dust on the walls that had to be removed, a dust raid on the plumbing, apparently it was too lazy to climb higher, they did not consider it necessary to open and remove the sink at all, only superficially. It is unclear what she paid 650 rubles for. Probably for the broken mirror on the wall. Which supposedly was already like that.
