I chose a cleaning company based on the reviews of my friends and was not mistaken!
I am 100% satisfied with the quality of cleaning and service. We ordered general cleaning and window washing.
The girls have cleaned up everything they need and even more!
The windows are clean, the window sill is clean, the frames have also been cleaned.
The dust was wiped wherever it is necessary and not necessary))
I didn't recognize my kitchen at all, I thought my stove couldn't look like that anymore)
I'm usually a very picky person and I can always find something to dig into, so I didn't have high hopes, but the company exceeded my expectations by 200%.
I was afraid that I would have to clean up after the girls, but I didn't need to)

The only thing that has no questions about cleaning is the windows and a well-cleaned floor.
There was dust on the walls that had to be removed, a dust raid on the plumbing, apparently it was too lazy to climb higher, they did not consider it necessary to open and remove the sink at all, only superficially. It is unclear what she paid 650 rubles for. Probably for the broken mirror on the wall. Which supposedly was already like that.

I was looking for a cleaning company in Minsk, being and permanently residing in Moscow. I trusted the reviews and was absolutely not disappointed! Manager Anastasia quickly got in touch via messenger, explained everything in detail, with interest and professionally, and we began to cooperate. It was necessary to clean the apartment of very elderly parents who resisted cleaning by "strangers" to the last (those whose parents are old and what it's like to get along with them understand what I mean). In order not to "scare them off", it was necessary to develop a flexible scheme of regular cleaning, that is, gradually connect general cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, window washing, etc. to the supporting one. Fortunately, the company has such options, and Anastasia intelligently built and organized everything. Marina, the cleaner, was very well chosen for us, who liked my parents with her friendliness, accuracy and conscientiousness from the first cleaning – they literally "let go"! The next time they were waiting for her. And by the time of the general cleaning of the kitchen, Anastasia (thank her very much!) I connected Lera, a very conscientious cleaner, to the Marina – together the girls cleaned so heroically (in the heat of + 30 and without air conditioning) (there is no other way to say)) the kitchen, that it is simply unrecognizable! The amount of work was not great, Marina and Lera worked from morning to evening, at 10 o'clock, - they were exhausted, of course, but they went to the end until everything was done. And the parents waited patiently - but the result pleased everyone! It was a celebration of purity! I really want to express my gratitude to Marina and Lera once again for the general cleaning of the kitchen! We agreed , the cleaners arrived and found out that cleaning was urgently needed and it was burning . The price has increased to 1000 rubles . They also cleaned this room after repair for 600 rubles , and here it is more expensive to wipe clean unused premises from dust . They pointed it out to them and were ready to say goodbye to them - they agreed on 650 . Cleaned disgusting! Ruined the chair ! For 650 rubles , dirty walls were left , neither tables nor couches were washed ! They stood on the stand with dirty feet and did not wipe the sand !

Disgusting cleaning. I just don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. Dust is wiped only at a level not higher than the head and if the surface is empty, the bath is not washed, the floor is streaked, the bed is not changed or made. It is not clear at all what is included in the cleaning. I came to the apartment after cleaning, I started to wipe the surfaces myself after the cleaner. Customer focus is zero. I do NOT recommend using the word at all!!! I've never seen worse cleaning!!! There are truthful reviews on another site, negative ones, it's a pity I didn't read them right away...

I ordered from Freshroom.by general cleaning of a two-room apartment, then maintenance cleaning.
Everything is fine - the administrator is promptly in touch, pleasant cleaners, arrive on time, clean up conscientiously, prices for standard one-two-three are acceptable, a pleasant discount system for regular customers.
They tore off stains on the hob, deposits on the bathtub and toilet, which another cleaner could not wash before.
The only remark is that I want more loyal and transparent prices for small extras.spaces such as a balcony and a dressing room. I understand that when there are mountains of trash and dirt on the balcony, this is one conversation. But if everything is neat there in general and you only need to wipe 2 sq.m. of the floor for 2 minutes plus dust off on one free shelf, then + 15 rubles is clearly too much. The same goes for the dressing room.
I hope the company reads the reviews and will take these points into account in the future.

I can't find fault with that. I ordered a general cleaning of a two-room apartment, 4 specialists worked for about 6 hours and the result is very cool. All the nuances were immediately told, everything was cleaned in all corners, crevices, drawers, meticulously and neatly. Kitchen appliances (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood) are cleaned to perfection, as new. The bathroom and toilet, of course, too, they even managed to clean the traces of concrete in the toilet bowl ...)
The apartment in Stalinka and, accordingly, it has large and high windows - after cleaning, they seem to have never been so clean before, including on the balcony.
There was a moment with regard to pseudo-washable wallpaper - they checked it in an inconspicuous place and decided not to wash them eventually, because there is a risk that traces will remain. I was pleasantly surprised by such a scrupulous approach to cleaning, it is completely worth the money :)

I ordered a dry cleaning of the mattress on one side. There were stains from the puppy's urine on the mattress (they were about 5 days old), a master came and cleaned it. I told the operator in advance what these spots were and how long they had been there. Everything seems to be fine, but the smell remains. If the stains are fresh enough, then the smell was really removed. Once again, a master was sent to eliminate the smell for free. The master sprayed the product only in the second part, where there was a smell. When everything was dry and a week and a half had passed, the mattress was in a yellow divorce. It is most likely from the remedy. The master was sent to eliminate it once again, and as a result, two weeks later I change the bedding, the yellow divorce and urine stains became less noticeable, but they are still on the mattress. All questions were discussed in advance with the operator and they knew which spots the masters were sending to. I probably needed something bleaching. Bottom line: the master visited us three times, there is no smell, but yellow spots and a stain on the mattress remained.
