I really liked the cleaning. We ordered a general cleaning after the apartment had been empty for 5 years. Everything was thoroughly washed, even the smell in the apartment immediately changed to a pleasant one) The windows were especially impressed, even traces of paint on the windows were washed, which is several years old, in general, I would never have washed the windows so thoroughly myself. I am very happy with the cleaning, the hob was cleaned qualitatively, it has not been like this for a long time :), the oven was washed, no stains, stains from funds and the like. Our rough kitchen floor, which no one else has ever been able to wash properly, is clean, fresh and pleasing to the eyes)
Even such little things were done that many people do not pay attention to: they washed the cat dishes, the children's table from felt-tip pens (I can't imagine how), the cat's column from wool, prints of children's hands on the TV, dust and wool under the sofa. In general, everything is carefully as I needed it) and the house does not smell of chemicals, after cleaning, a big plus.
I'm happy and Master Elena is a big smart girl!!!

We ordered cleaning in this company, two very nice girls came — Kristina and Inna. We told them what needed to be done, since the 2-room apartment was renovated, there was nothing to breathe in it, construction dust was felt, and our family was allergic. The girls started work at 10 o'clock and coped in 6 hours. When we returned to the apartment, we were incredibly glad how fresh it smelled and how everything shone, especially the windows. I chose a cleaning company based on reviews and was not mistaken. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of cleaning. We ordered fresh cleaning, window washing, and gen cleaning of sanitary units, an oven and chandeliers. The girls even took away what I didn't expect. After washing the windows, we wiped the floor on the balcony and the surface! The windows are shining, the frames and window sills are clean inside and out. the dust was wiped in every corner, the oven is as good as new and even the baking sheets! I am a very demanding person for cleanliness and after other wedge-shaped companies, I always had a place to clean up, to wash. My sister ordered my cleaning and I'm absolutely terrified. We wanted it to be clean and fresh, but in the end it was a complete horror. Not only did the cleaner not even throw out the trash, but he also left a rag and sponge behind. There were some stains on the facade and the refrigerator, either from hands or from rags. The floor is not washed behind the doors and under the batteries. If you want a normal cleaning, then I do not recommend this company.

I ordered a dry cleaning of the sofa (+ 2 sofa cushions as a gift), and two mattresses. Master Denis did his job perfectly! I really liked his approach to work, and most importantly the result! The sofa, as it turned out, which no one remembered anymore, is a couple of shades lighter)) mattresses used in children's beds and which have not known dry cleaning since the moment of purchase (about five years) got rid of yellow spots, which could not be avoided a couple of years ago, and traces of food and drinks. I definitely recommend it!

The company makes a conveyor without quality. The cleaners are constantly messing up, then the computer will be turned off, when important information is loaded there, then it will break accidentally and will not say, then it will forget the remedy, it will be late, it will confuse... It's like the cleaners come to hard labor - to get out and get out quickly, they don't even check if they've wiped all the dirt or not.
They also offered to order a guy 20 years old to clean. Clearly the man is not a professional, what is he doing there at all?! They refused, but were left in shock. I ordered a general cleaning of a one-room apartment after a tenant who introduced himself as a programmer, with his wife and a small child, turned the apartment into a barn in 5 years. Everything is stained with grease, fungus in the bathroom, the kitchen is polluted with traces of vital activity in the trash. There is nothing left of the apartment, with a good repair. I would never have thought that an adequate person at first glance would be able to live with a small child in such conditions!
I contacted this company. I would like to immediately note the correctness and politeness of the manager who accepted my application: they immediately understood what problem I was facing. We discussed everything and discussed the amount in advance.
At exactly 9 o'clock in the morning, the cleaners were at the entrance. 2 positive girls Elena and Veronica, looked at any nuances that raised my blood pressure and answered with a smile: "Don't worry, we'll clean and refresh everything :)". And so it turned out! I would never have thought that you could clean an apartment like this in 12 hours! It was impossible to find fault with anything. Everything was really done very well! Apparently, because of their extensive experience, the girls know where more attention to cleaning is needed, in which places there may be dirt that I would not even think about. What happened in fact: they cleaned the yellow traces in the toilet and on the walls (everything was yellow), cleaned the ventilation(!!!) toilet, bathroom, kitchen from clogged howls, all plumbing is shiny, tiles are washed throughout the apartment, the kitchen is cleaned of greasy stains, all dirt has been cleaned from the containers of the cabinets, especially the top of the shelves and the refrigerator were cleaned well. The windows (of eight pieces) are all washed on both sides, the dust behind the cabinets and inside the cabinets is removed, all wooden doors are cleaned of dust and greasy traces, fungus and black marks are removed from the windows, long-term plaque and black marks are removed in the bathroom, all mirrors are polished, the kitchen hood and refrigerator are cleaned. I may have forgotten something, but this is what a GENERAL CLEANING really looks like. I attach photos BEFORE cleaning, I didn't have time to do it after, but believe me, there's nothing left of it.
An important point is the after-sale service. After cleaning, I accepted the apartment, the manager immediately called me and offered to send a cleaner tomorrow at 17 o'clock if I found any flaws, but everything was cleaned perfectly!
I ordered mattress dry cleaning from the same company the next day - they did it just as cool. Full range of services!
The result: adequate cost of services + high-quality service + after-sale service = 5 points from me and iron recommendations to all my friends. The best service I've had to deal with lately!

I ordered dry cleaning of furniture (corner sofa and 2 armchairs). A guy with 1.5 years of work experience arrived (according to him). He carried out the dry cleaning of the sofa, occasionally talking on a mobile phone, holding the phone in one hand and a cleaning vacuum cleaner in the other. Occasionally, I even put off the working vacuum cleaner to use the phone. The quality of the work does not correspond to the information and photos provided on the company's website. It was said that the sofa is not new, what do you want. THE TERRIBLE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED. I do not advise you to contact this company for furniture dry cleaning.
