My husband and I tried this place last Friday. It's fine. Not particularly good but not bad. The vibe seems to be aiming for a medium quality/slightly above average restaurant you might find in a hotel. We had a reservation but it took the staff of three hostesses five minutes to find it. When we were led to our table the hostess walked about 3 meters ahead of us. It was weird. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and helpful. The coat check lady was super nice maybe the best person working at the place.
To start we had beef croquettes (the best thing we ate) and split a cheeseburger and the entrees were a pasta lamb dish and 'crab' sausages. All was fine but given the price you'd be better off hitting up a grocery store and cooking by yourself from scratch.
Overall a strange experience. Aside from our waitress and the coat check lady, no one was particularly friendly. The hostesses offered no “hello” or “goodbye.”
Perhaps the restaurant is some type of Veblen good experience so people pay a lot for an average meal to see and be seen. Tons of staff strutting around acting pretentiously.
The drinks were good; cool engraved ice cubes but most upscale restaurants in Minsk have that.
Can't recommend unless your friends think the place is somehow 'cool' and you're willing to pay for their approval. I’d take a pass and go somewhere else.

There are no questions for the staff - everyone was friendly and attentive.
Beautiful interior and guests, pleasant atmosphere, spacious.
But the kitchen spoiled the experience.
The menu is absolutely not informative, which does not specify the composition of the dishes.
I ordered shrimp risotto - it tastes 5/10, ordering a dish for 47p I want to see more than three shrimps.
My husband ordered lasagna, the dish looked beautiful, and he also rated it with a low rating of 4/10.
We concluded that this place is not "about eating."
But the fun started when we got home:
my husband started vomiting and diarrhea.. and the next day, due to poor health, he did not come to work. They didn't go to the hospital, but it was obvious food poisoning.

Great! Modern interior with unusual design elements. In the evening, there is a beautiful view of the city from the panoramic windows. The atmosphere is conducive to sitting longer. The pizza "Four Cheeses" was spectacularly served and cut in front of us. The pizza is really delicious, the thin dough and toppings were not spared. We ordered a glass of wine and were pleased that the waiter poured them out of a bottle in front of us, which is not often found in restaurants in Minsk, where they immediately bring already filled glasses from the bar and it is unclear what kind of wine is in the glass. We recommend you to try the desserts "Condensed milk Fondue with two types of ice cream" and "Nut brownie with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel" – light and delicious.

I found the restaurant by accident, Googled it with high ratings and reviews.
Everything is beautiful at the entrance, the interior is also stylish. That's where the advantages end.
The menu is absolutely not "selling", just a piece of paper with text in A3 format.
It took a long time to choose what to order. It just didn't attract anything.
I ordered salmon tartare - the dish was brought, I try it - and I see a rotten avocado. It feels so-so, I'll tell you. Moreover, it is obvious that the cook did not overlook this, but deliberately did it, hoping that it would do anyway.
The waitress came, shrugged, offered to replace the dish.
The meat tartare was brought - it was much better, but there was no avocado either :D
We ordered pizza with jamon and pesto, the most expensive on the menu. There was no pesto at all.
The waitress brought it, cut the pizza with scissors (well, this is a joke at the restaurant), dropped some ham on the table with the words "oh." So he lay there until the end of dinner…
The pizza was clearly burnt at the edges, black "bubbles" are visible in the photo.
When the waitress was told about this, she began to justify herself, saying that they had such an oven, such an idea of the cook and blah, blah.
In fact, it is obvious that she was overexposed.
We also took salmon with rice to venus - well, it's fine.
In general, there are three dishes - two with outright joints and besides, not wow.
The dessert was brought as a compliment - delicious, no doubt.
It brightened up the impression a little.

I recently visited Fabric restaurant and I really enjoyed my experience. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant was stylish and cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere for the evening!
The menu at Fabric was varied and offered many interesting dishes. I ordered several different dishes, and each of them was cooked superbly. The ingredients were exquisite and the dishes were beautifully decorated. The chefs clearly had great skill and creativity in cooking.
The service at Fabric Restaurant was top notch. The staff was polite, attentive and ready to help with any questions.
In addition, the atmosphere in the restaurant was unique. There was pleasant music playing, and there was a very pleasant sound background. I enjoyed lunch in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, Fabric Restaurant offered me a wonderful culinary journey. The great atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service created an unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend visiting Fabric Restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great place for a pleasant lunch or dinner.

The cuisine is excellent, the chefs and their skills are excellent, but there are questions for the staff and a very strange choice of music to accompany it.
The waiter forgot about our desserts, we waited for them for an hour, I understand everything, evening, day off, full boarding, but carrying desserts for an HOUR after we have already eaten the main dishes is too much. The accompaniment is a separate topic, I don't argue, maybe I was unlucky, and it was on this particular evening that there was a DJ with near-club music, but it broke the atmosphere very much.
Overall, I was satisfied with the visit, the dishes were worth the money, a decent assortment of both dishes and alcohol, but it's still worth working on the selection of staff and music.

Every time we go, everything is wonderful. It was February 6th. A wonderful woman greets us at the entrance and hangs up our jackets. The food is amazing, I really liked the Kamchatka crab sausages!! Amazing dish: crab sausages, mashed potatoes and avocado salad. It's a masterpiece. Suluguni cheese pizza for an amateur, of course. The waitress is very nice and smiling. The place is very nice, cool interior , a large selection of dishes . A separate respect for pizza (made in a real oven ) and also respect for strawberry lemongrass lemonade . We got there on the recommendation of friends, we visited three times while on vacation in Minsk. Great place, great breakfasts, delicious pancakes, it's a pity that only on Saturdays. The main menu is excellent, I celebrated my birthday, everything was very tasty. The amazing pizza and condensed milk fondue is a masterpiece. It was my first time in this institution and I had unforgettable emotions. Starting from the interior of the restaurant, ending with the food. Everything is clean, tasty, fast and beautiful. I am pleased with the variety of cuisine: I really love their Neapolitan pizza and delicious rolls. I will especially note desserts - it is always some kind of aesthetic pleasure. We like to enjoy cocktails and hookah on the terrace with a young man, and by the way, a DJ plays in the restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays! We celebrated our birthday on Friday in the company of friends. There was a pleasant atmosphere and a cool DJ. All the dishes that the waiter advised were insanely delicious, especially we want to highlight cod and duck (desserts) . I was pleased with the choice of alcohol and affordable prices for wines. I celebrated my birthday here yesterday. I liked the atmosphere of the place, the beautiful renovation, the large cozy hall divided into zones. The lighting was dim, but we were provided with a table lamp on request. The dishes are delicious, and the portions are large, and the pizzas are wonderful. There is a cool themed photo zone at the entrance to the hall by February 14th, it looks not worn out and tasteful. I would like to return to this place again, my guests and I really enjoyed it here.

Fabriq is cool. In fact, a good level and elegant design. Perhaps the format of the establishment is a little different from mine, they are rather closer to a bar-restaurant-club. I just stopped by for lunch. On the plus side: perhaps the best service from those establishments that I tried in Minsk.
When there are no places nearby in many fashionable establishments, they will always put you in and feed you)
