We were visiting Minsk, looking for a cozy place to celebrate a birthday. We stopped there. Positive:Delicious food, large portions, I think in Minsk in many establishments so) I left a minus star for my job as a waiter. Unfortunately, an institution of this level should pay attention to the work of its staff. I didn't even want to leave a tip for such a service, but upbringing and good mood did not allow this to be done, of course, the sediment remained. I definitely wouldn't have come here a second time, There is something to compare with, in less pretentious places in Minsk, the waiters are more friendly than here. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the name of the girl serving to mark here.

Long wait for the waiter. Closer to paying the bill, completely ignore it. At first I had to wait half an hour for attention to be paid to us, then just leave the money and leave, which I naturally did not like.
Also on this day I had a birthday, which I warned about in the direct instagram of the institution. The compliment felt like it had been forgotten) and was taken out only at the end, when we were completely full. The sediment of course remained. The food is delicious, but there is no attention to the guests. There is no desire to return anymore.

Relatively not cheap. To eat, without alcohol, you should expect from 80 rubles., if you are not very hungry) You can hold a meeting at any level and not fall into the dirt. A good restaurant in the center of Minsk. We managed to visit on a day off, the waiters kindly provided a table with almost full load. There is a wine shop in the restaurant, it was very convenient to take a bottle of Burgundy wine home after dinner. I liked the eggplant salad and cod with scallop from the kitchen. I recommend the restaurant. Good cuisine and wine.

Minus the point for the waitress and the lack of a bonus for the client for his Birthday (when booking a table, we clarified this point). It is extremely strange for an institution of this price category not to feel comfortable in the role of a client.

We were at lunch. The salad with chicken and oranges is disgusting. The sauce was vinegary, the chicken looked like a chopped sausage, not very high quality, both in appearance and smell. Visitors. In particular, some companies are stupid... girls in the company of the same girls or extremely young people. Which, even exclusively by their presence and appearance, already irritate peripheral vision. And it's okay if you're dressed appropriately. The companions of these individuals have sneakers and jeans. Or a bike with a hood. Mm. You tune in to a restaurant, and you see a contingent of a pub.

This picture is definitely frustrating.
I definitely recommend the establishments for lovers of cuisine and bar. But for particularly irritable people, described what you can see when visiting)

We went in the evening on 08/05/24 we met 2 girls with a haughty stone face, looked at the poor, took them to the summer terrace, at the request to put us at a large table (we were alone), the girl gasped and said: these tables are dirty and will not be cleaned soon, so sit down at a small table.We didn't care, we are understanding people. We started choosing dishes, a guy with a sincere smile came up to us to take the order, but we were not ready yet, they asked us to come over in 5 minutes. A couple of minutes later, a noisy company was seated next to us at a "DIRTY TABLE", the tables there are very close, it immediately became uncomfortable. The waiter who came up to us earlier immediately began to take their order. When we were ready, the waiter disappeared, we sat for another 10 minutes, not waiting for someone to come up to us.And they began to leave, at the exit, these 2 girls were sitting in their phones and discussing something with laughter, they did not even notice that we were leaving, thank you, the desire to return to this institution was completely gone, I do not advise

Let's start with the prices: they are above average here, on average for a dish of 30 rubles.. marriage veal brushes, very tasty, fresh orange delicious (10p for 250ml)
Pizzas are inexpensive and delicious. The cocktails are very beautiful to look at)

The menu has been replaced and it is not as perfect as it should correspond to this institution. Risotto with scallops - it's good if there was 1 scallop familiar to us, it was sliced and put on top. The napkins were removed from our table just before the bill. We asked the waiter to come over in 15 minutes, she did not come at all. As they say, Fabrik is no longer the same.
