The package has not been delivered to Russia since 17.02. 2021. Employees in Belarus are pushing the responsibility onto their Russian colleagues. No one can provide clear information about the delivery status, they do not call back, but they say dial and find out. Since March 2, the parcel has been at the terminal in Russia and cannot reach the recipient! The paid re-delivery was agreed on March 16, but as it turns out, the company's employees arbitrarily postponed it to March 23! Without notifying the sender and recipient! At the same time, money is charged for every day of storage! Due to the current situation, the event was disrupted!
If it were possible to put 0, then this is the most appropriate rating for this company!
I do not recommend it in any case!

Disgusting delivery service. I made an order in a Moscow store with delivery to the post office. When I arrived to pick up the order, the box did not open. 3 days of calls to the support service, and in response - wait, we will call you back. On the third day, the cell was still opened remotely after another call to the technical support service.

Just a terrible attitude towards customers. The telephone staff themselves do not understand what the order number is, they are not able to change the phone number in the order so that it is possible to pick up the parcel from the post office. For 4 days in a row, a request was submitted to change the phone number and for all 4 days there was only one answer, the request was submitted, wait. No result. They just don't care. If you can not use the services of this company, it is strongly recommended to do so.
Good service, prompt delivery, low prices. I use it often, so far without overlays. I hope it will continue to be the same.

The worst delivery service. It began with the conclusion of a contract. I filled out a "kilometer" application on the site with data almost about illegitimate children, and as a result, the manager called me back and asked me to fill out the contract with the same data (rewrite). It is impossible to get through to the manager (you need to call, ask the manager and then he will call you back in 30-40 minutes). The first order was damaged steel parts (they were dropped from the plane on the fly, apparently). The second one was done at 11 a.m. They didn't pick up for 2 days in a row - without calls and warnings, they just canceled. The reason is "the courier Vasily is very busy, your order is postponed to tomorrow. If he's more free, he'll probably take it away." I hope that we will never see your office again
This is a nightmare, not an organization!!! When they didn't deliver the packages on time, this is the norm. I didn't pick up the phone, but called back an hour later as soon as I could be in touch. To which they told me that they would not deliver the parcel. The courier left. Delivery is indicated from 9-18, and it was 13:00. Finally, I contacted the operator and again the result was zero! Don't mess with me!!! This is a disaster in the 21st century!!!

This office chooses the delivery points at its discretion - the Stone Age. They force people to go to another area of the city. I had to enter into a dispute, after that the order was delivered to the point I had specified in advance and at my location. The delivery date has changed by a day. I had to arrive twice for the order.
The service culture is zero. Employees do not behave ethically.
The operator didn't even apologize!!! On your mind.
Very, very bad, the delivery time is not met, delivery is not carried out on weekends.

There is always a delay of several days (although the order is already with them), due to the fact that "it is inconvenient for the courier to deliver at your chosen time." Are you serious?! Is the whole afternoon after 15:00 an inconvenient time?
Of the latter, they just lost my parcel. For a month I listened to the vague answers "we didn't lose her, we didn't find her.".. As a result, no parcel, no money, not even an apology...
I don't understand how such an office still exists.
They delivered my parcel from AliExpress, I don't even really know why they did it, but it's true, usually parcels from this site go within a month, through this transport company the parcel was delivered to me for 2 months. Moreover, when I called and found out where my parcel was by the track number, they replied that it was still on the way, although the day before they called from the same shopping center and said that the cargo was ready for delivery, when I came to pick it up directly at the shopping center itself, they replied that the cargo has not yet been registered and they cannot issue it according to the regulations, and then I generally picked up the parcel 5 days later, already in citylink
In recent months, the work has deteriorated and generally shows a disregard for customers. For several weeks they could not pick up the cargo from the suburbs of Tula (Russia), they say the sender does not work. At the same time, the courier did not even show up on the sender's territory.
Technical support staff ignore customer complaints and show their indifference to the problems that arise. They refuse to connect with higher-level employees.
The cargo is at the terminal in Minsk for the fourth day, and the operator says "I'll find out in the transport shop," etc., while not even trying to apologize.
I do not recommend dealing with them.

Terrible company. They got the address wrong themselves. They mistakenly indicated another one and did not return the product. They tried to steal the driver along the route, it didn't work out, I didn't wait a second. The office offered only another day.
The attitude is not caring, there is no interest in the result.

Motto: Never on time, we don't care about you, when we want, then we will deliver when it is more convenient for Us, not for you. Everyone who leaves good reviews here, do not believe it, they are definitely bots or employees of the marketing department!
There are no obstacles to the office, but the delays are terrible....I had to watch for a week how couriers did not pick up the parcel from the warehouse - I went to the terminal myself.
Couriers do not want to perform their direct duties. The invoice clearly says that the delivery is targeted, so they are cunning, and lie that the delivery is to the entrance.

Packages lost or rendered unusable during transportation, unclear delivery schedules, incompetent specialists - this is the Belarusian DPD. Unfortunately, the customers of the Ozon store have to endure all of the above points, since there is no alternative delivery of goods to Belarus. In other cases, I highly recommend not using the services of this organization.
