I ordered a parcel at the post office, they delayed it for five days, promising delivery every day for the next one. I had to call every day, they didn't warn me about the delay themselves. On the sixth day, I called, again the tech.the reasons and the impossibility of delivery, they said to come pick up from the warehouse. I arrived, the workers are not the most friendly, they searched for the parcel for more than half an hour. Despite the fact that I paid for their delivery, I had to go to the outskirts of the city, wait until she was found and that minus 2 hours of life. I will never use their services again
On 28/12, the order from Ozone arrived in Minsk and until 31/12, the DPD could not transfer it to the pick-up point. We rescheduled the delivery to 03/01, when it was obviously too late. I had to go out of town to pick up the delivery.
