Nice hotel. I took off the star for the fact that we were leaking from under the shower stall, and it was never fixed for us in 9 days.
The food is good-grilled fish is different every day. There is a lot of different meat, vegetables, fruits, dried fruits. The sushi was delicious.
The service is good: the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed, the restaurant is cleaned quickly, the beach is only dirty.
I am happy with the drinks: delicious Turkish champagne and imported whiskey. The cocktails are not delicious.
The beach itself is big-there are a lot of places, a lot of sun beds.
The water park is good, the staff monitors the safety. The slides are interesting, the back does not hurt.
There are plenty of bars, the bartenders are friendly and nimble.
The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the safe is free, the Wi-Fi in the room is excellent and free, a large wardrobe, a dressing table, a good bathroom.

We have not visited a dirtier hotel yet, in 4 days the room has never been cleaned, the bed has not been changed. To change the bath towels, I had to find a maid cart and just exchange dirty towels for new ones. There are no shampoos and body gels, there is a dispenser with liquid soap in the shower. There are mountains of garbage in the corridors and in the elevator, dirty plates with glasses everywhere. At the same time, the hotel staff, including the cleaners, calmly collect plates of sweets in the cafeteria. The hotel is on the outskirts, if you want to go to the shopping center, then you will be happy to be offered a round-trip taxi in euros or you can shop at a local store, where there is a surcharge on goods and a Turkish lira/dollar transfer at a low exchange rate. The food in the restaurant is not delicious, the cheeses are treasured, you can find something at the grill, but our child of 6 years was poisoned by cutlets on the first day of arrival.
Among the advantages: a large beach, there are enough sun loungers. Pleasant and positive bartenders on the beach and by the pool in the evenings.

The hotel is generally very large, there are a huge number of bars where you can eat and drink 24/7)) The food is excellent, varied, lots of meat, cheeses, etc. A huge disadvantage is that the hotel is located in a remote village - there is no place to walk at all. Managavt is 20 km away, you can walk there. It is better to pay in dollars in stores - they will turn out to be much cheaper. Prices have certainly increased due to inflation. The rest in the hotel is clean as for seals, you eat and lie down)) In general, it is better to go to Bali for this money, and yes, this is not a joke considering the cost of a tour to the hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned perfectly, the Turks are hardworking as always - respect them. The drinks are not of very good quality, as if diluted with water. There were a lot of Englishmen in the hotel - noisy comrades, like Gypsies))

MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM THE SAFE
So, I've heard about this, but I never imagined it would happen to us. The safes in the room are cheap coded, after each opening you need to enter the code again in a new way. And accordingly, there is a universal access code that the hotel's service department knows and can "secretly" give to anyone....
It was the LAST night before the flight (coincidence? I don't think so!), when we found out that our code doesn't fit the safe, an error appears. Hmm, I thought strangely and was very wary, because literally at the beginning of my vacation I heard from a Russian girl who works at the hotel store that thefts from the room safe are REGULARLY found there!
Next, we called the reception, they calmly told us to wait for an employee, we had to call 3 more times, since no one came for a long time. As a result, the employee opened the safe and left, and we found 20 thousand rubles missing, and dollars and euros were not touched. And tomorrow morning it's already departure.
As we assume, the safe was opened, the money was stolen and another code was set so that the open safe would not be conspicuous.
The situation is very unpleasant and spoiled the whole impression of the hotel. The tour guide from the tour operator Loti was informed about the incident, we are waiting for an answer from them, although I doubt a positive result.

Nice hotel, but far from civilization. The promenade along the beach and behind the hotel is about nothing. For a quiet and relaxing holiday with children, that's the thing. They asked to transfer us to another hotel. We were offered Crystal Verde in Boguskent. It was more fun there. The village comes alive in the evening. It is close to Belek on Dolmush.

We are currently resting at this hotel. On the plus side: the food is delicious. They try to diversify it somehow. Everything that we've tried is delicious. The only thing that is not very tasty is baking, I mean, pastry. She's ordinary. I didn't find anything delicious for myself. But this is for an amateur. I have increased baking requirements because I bake well myself.
The water park is super. The water is really cool, but when you run in, you kind of get used to it.

The linen is changed every day.
The safe and Wi-Fi are free. Hamam too. Only massages and masks are paid.
Of the disadvantages: only sound insulation. Everything that happens above is very audible, especially if there are not controlled children there.
Beach: sand and a strip of pebbles. The sun beds are free. There aren't that many people in October. The water is clean and warm.
Many of the staff understand Russian.
The room stock is a bit outdated. But it didn't bother us at all. I don't see any point in overpaying for this. For us, the main thing is good food, a beach, a water park and a clean room. There are no complaints about cleaning.

There is nothing near the hotel except 2 supermarkets, there is nowhere to go for a walk, only by taxi, bus to manavgat, (km 20) or Alanya (km 40) But you can walk along the beach to the right of the hotel - there is a hotel there Flora Garden . Very beautiful territory, palm trees on the beach - a great location for photos)) 2. Entering the sea - pebbles ((inconvenient, but you can buy special shoes and remove this minus))). The beach itself is sandy, very spacious, there were always enough sun beds. Overall, the hotel is very good.

The best hotel. We had a rest in July, we liked absolutely everything!!! The food is delicious, honey combs are given for breakfast, which few people are interested in, but it's even good, it was very tasty. You can eat at any time. On the beach, near the pool there are places where they make pizza, burgers and much more. There's about 13 to 16. There is a night meal.You can go and drink coffee with all sorts of buns at any time (go from the main exit on the left side)
The rooms are clean and pleasant. The water park is just a miracle, especially the butterfly! The feeling of flying is great. The staff is helpful, lots of entertainment. We wanted to go on a bunch of excursions first. As a result, we realized that the hotel has enough entertainment) A sauna, many shops, there is a place with slot machines. In general, we had a great time. I wanted to stay for another week. I advise everyone .

The room is practically not cleaned, a glass of coke costs the 5th day, no one makes figures, and they take $ 1 each.
The refrigerator has a mini bar (cola, sprite, cold teas, mineral and plain water). The floors are dirty, Towels in the right amount are barely achieved.
In 6 days, the bed linen has never been changed, it is stated once every 3 days.
The main restaurant has a huge selection of food. The food is not bad, for an amateur. Fish, meat, shrimp, chicken, side dishes, vegetables, ice cream, fruits and so on are full of everything.
Very good pastry shops on site. Pasta, rolls, cakes, chocolate, mousse, everything is very passable. Delicious coffee, burning chocolate. Lots of drinks for kids.
Alcohol is not bad, cocktails are also for an amateur. Standard whiskey kolla or rum kolla are not so bad. But they make other cocktails for foreigners, for some reason there are no such cocktails for us... The guys in the bars smile, understand and speak a little Russian.
In the period from 5 o'clock to 7 it is unrealistic to eat somewhere, only pastry shops work. Food is closed everywhere.
We went to Alaska to Italian, drinks were brought 1 time. They did not approach or offer any more, although they approached other tables more than once (again, not to Russians). The service did not like the words at all. I was eating fish and they began to take a full plate of it from under my nose with words like there will be dessert right now.. an arrow with food was taken from the child, for which only 3 pieces were eaten.. food was brought to the child last of all. When asked to approach the senior to complain, immediately say that they do not understand Russian.
In general, the attitude is different, very different and felt.
The animation by the pool does not suit Russians, everything is offered to foreigners. Punch, cocktails, drinks were delivered on a trolley, they were also offered only to foreigners, it was not pleasant.
There is practically no animation, there is absolutely nothing for children to do. Everything is painted on paper in the game room, but in fact nothing happens there.
In the evening, the shows are almost the same, one evening there was nothing, everyone was pumped by midges and everyone ran to the rooms or cafes in the building. The pool bar had been treated with something, and it smelled like a horse had passed... They didn't look for a long time, but apparently they treated them from midges so that they wouldn't fly, but it was just tin, it was impossible to be outside.
There was live music in the club under the sky. Cool.

They weave braids, the prices are cosmic. 2 braids of $ 50... I don't know how, it's very expensive for us. Hookahs are $20.
In general, if you are not picky, then you can relax, you will not stay hungry, and you can swim in the sea in the pool and ride down the slides. But if you only take a burning one at a very good price. 300-350 000 hotel is definitely not worth that kind of money!
In general, there is no desire to return to this hotel anymore. We expected more and better from such a network, service and cost.

The territory is large, there is a private beach through a tunnel. The entrance to the water is small pebbles and sand. You can do without special shoes, but this is optional. The beach area is clean with sun loungers. There is also a separate bar with snacks and drinks. Children's animation is good, but without imagination, it's the same all day, even dancing at a children's disco is the same. The food is varied, there is also a separate cafe with sweets. One of the disadvantages of the hotel is the location!!! You can go to Alanya or the nearest outlet from here, but you have to stand on the road for a long time, 30-40 minutes. And the journey takes about 1 hour. You don't get hit every day. In general, it will do for a relaxing holiday with the family, but we will return here for the second time.
