The food is good, I won't say wow, I've been to hotels where they served fish in salt and ice cream cake, and grilled vegetables in front of us, gave crayfish. There were no such delights here, but there was a lot of food! Everything is delicious, they gave me shrimps and mussels, it suits me. In addition, food and drinks are available around the clock! Cocktails are not very good, but tequila is very good😅
The service is at the highest level!!! They can be said to be removed from under your feet. The room service is also at the highest level! The waiters are all polite, ready to communicate!!!!! The rooms are clean, towels are changed every day, bed linen was changed 3 times during our stay - this is very cool! The beach didn't upset me much, it's rocky and it's not comfortable to go into the water without slippers, but that's not what upset me. Algae and grass are not removed from the measure, it accumulates and it does not look very ((( the sun beds are not comfortable, there is no soft layer, it will not work for a long time, but the sun beds are corrected every evening and the garbage is removed from the sun beds throughout the day!

For both adults and children. This is a real water park, we bought up a lot. There are also those that take your breath away, and there are more calm ones. Actually, I forgot to mention animation. She's good, she's there, the evening shows are generally gorgeous, DJs, discos, karaoke, a separate conversation about children's animation. She is bombastic, children are not given paid T-shirts, etc. they are just engaged in, but there are no Russian speakers in children's animation, although 80% of the hotel's guests are Russians🤣
We didn't even hear about animation at first. They didn't know what, where, when, and then they swayed, found out and started hanging out. We returned on July 13, the hotel is excellent all inclusive,the staff is friendly and polite,food,ice cream,booze, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks flow like a river, all kinds of varied food,a lot of fish dishes, meat,sushi,crabs,squid,desserts.The sea is a 5-minute walk away.The room is cleaned every day , the bar is replenished daily with a variety of drinks.The child had a birthday, the hotel congratulated, a cake, fruit and wine were brought to the room for adults🤣 We are very happy with our stay and the hotel.

The main disadvantage (for me, anyway) is the beach across the street, across the highway. There is a tunnel from the hotel, but you will hear the sound of passing cars both in the room and on the beach.
The food is of high quality, the vegetables are cooked very tasty. For lunch, the choice of food is small: one chicken dish, one beef dish, grilled sea bass. By and large, this is quite enough, but not for this price. If the hotel cost at least 30 percent less, then yes - you could say that everything is great. There's more food for dinner. There are no watermelons! Just a shock))) the desserts are delicious.
I was at Cristal in Belek - it's heaven and earth.
The rooms are old, there is no kettle in the room. But there are disposable slippers)))
The SPA is a mess, but the hama and massage are great.
They don't have time to clean up. At 14.00 we only reached our room, but at that time we came to rest - as a result, the room was not cleaned.
Positive:the water park on the territory is cool for children, there are many food outlets, the food is high-quality, delicious.
Summary: if you take a hotel for some kind of promotion, with a good discount, I recommend it, you can go, for the full price, it's not worth it...

I have been reading reviews about all the offers from the tour agent for a very long time and honestly did not consider this hotel. Then, somehow everything was quickly resolved and we took a tour from July 6 to July 13, 24. We flew through redwinks and fanansan. There were no delays, everything was clear. The bus was waiting, we got on and went. We took everyone to the hotels for 3 hours, this is a minus. But a separate transfer is 6000 rubles, so it's fine and so. I also drove back everywhere for 2-3 hours. That's how lucky you are! The hotel itself is huge, with more than 4,100 rooms. We lived on the 4th floor with a view of the field, the sea on the left and the mountains on the right. The balcony is not big, the chair under my husband broke, they replaced it without any problems and did not say a word. The room stock is normal, not bad. My husband did not like that there are no carpets in the room and the audibility is strong everywhere. These moments did not bother me. Cleaning reached us after 3 o'clock in the afternoon, it is not always convenient, since the child was resting.The bar was replenished daily. Towels were changed. For the beach, we received towels at the spa. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are of the same type, but there was a lot of food until you try everything. There wasn't enough delicious fish, it was grilled and red at the end, but not enough. The rolls are not very good. The rest of the food is fine. The staff is helpful, they will always prompt, help, and clean up. The staff is supervised by managers, wonderful people. There are great bartenders in the bars, they make delicious cocktails. The alcohol is good, imported. Animators for both children and adults are wonderful. There is a children's playground where you can leave your child and relax in peace, he will be brought to you anywhere, or they will dial a whatsapp. They will feed, play, make a grimm, take you to the toilet. There's a show every night. The sea is a couple of minutes walk through the passage. Clean. The entrance is excellent, but if you are very sensitive, take aquashouses. Turkish, but there is an interpreter. He calls doctors if necessary and through him you can order medicines with delivery. You can get to the bazaar by bus, for three it cost 540 rubles there, and there we did not figure it out, we got to Novomall by taxi from the bus stop in Mavgat for $ 8. The round trip cost us 2,700 rubles, this is to Novomall. There's a great souvenir department, and a Russian-speaking guy from Kyrgyzstan. A girl in a niqab speaks Russian at the pharmacy. She suggested that it was better to take it. Positive:

We arrived at the hotel on 06/04/2023 to 06/13/2023. I will start by saying that I have been vacationing in Turkey for several years and there is something to compare it with. We have 3 adults and 2 children on vacation. The hotel is filled with
50/60%. The room stock is tired and in need of repair. Upon arrival, they were given a room on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building with stairs down. I want to say that it's just a horror, the cage, the rooms are small, all the furniture is right next to each other and in addition to this horror there are cockroaches. I started talking to them, they smile and shrug their shoulders. They began to demand to change the room, changed to the 6th floor number 6145 with stairs to the top. The extractor hood in the bathroom does not work in the room, they stayed in this room. They clean the room, you can say they don't clean anything, they only change towels and take out the garbage, they don't even go up to the 2nd floor to clean the room, they don't wipe the floors at all, dust is everywhere. Of course I'm shocked by this. I went to raise the issue of cleaning the room and there was nothing to talk about, although I put $ 1 as usual, they took the money and did not clean it properly. The food is normal, you won't be hungry. On the beach and by the pool, the dishes are cleaned poorly, dirty, the tiles are slippery, children fall, there is no safety equipment. Today, on 06/08/2023, maskites appeared, the territory was not treated from them. We went to the show with the children, so everyone ran away from there, because in one word they ate and this is a 5-star hotel. We went to the Ala carte restaurant of Italian cuisine, there was no service. The daughter-in-law is still sitting eating, but they are already removing the plate from under her nose. Of all that was served in the Italian restaurant, I liked the dessert, that's all. Of course, they apologized at the exit. Sun beds on the beach and by the pool without mattresses, plastic. I want to note that the beach is also not cleaned as it should be in 5-star hotels. Entering the sea is not very convenient, stones and pebbles. The hotel is for 1 time visit. For that kind of money, we could set up a service. Of course I won't come here anymore. There are hotels where you can return, but I definitely will not come here.
