A good hotel by the sea, friendly staff, the food is just excellent, for every taste, there is a water park on the territory. The beach is nice, but the entrance is pebbly. Those who are sensitive, it is better to buy special bathing shoes. The rooms are somewhat shabby, but it doesn't matter, it's still all day on the beach or pools, and in the evening there are discos for children and adults. We had a family vacation in June 2023. We received a lot of positive impressions. I recommend staying at this hotel!

A nice hotel with excellent cuisine. There are several nuances that have confused me personally, but I do not consider them fundamental. I didn't have enough: quiet on the territory, green spaces and interesting places to visit nearby.
Vacationing in September 2023, the hotel would be full, despite the end of the school holidays. The slides and the water park are wonderful, nightly shows and animation, a lot of entertainment for children.
The kitchen and catering facilities are on top. The food is all over the place, and everything is very tasty. The pools are warm and clean.
The sea was cloudy from time to time. In general, the beach was not impressed. In this sense, I prefer the area of Kemer or Fethiye.
I didn't like the location at all. Nearby - well, nothing. That is, there is nowhere to go outside the territory. We rented a car and drove to Belek Side. The nearest shopping is in Manavgat.
If there are no plans to get out of the hotel, this is a great option. Otherwise, it's better to look for something else.

It was at the end of April, the kitchen was gorgeous (except sausage) meat, fish, poultry, salads, sweets, vegetables for every taste, standard fruits, cool ice cream, coffee and sad juices. The service is good, everyone is polite and friendly, the animators are just wonderful, all lighters! Children's and adult animation is provided separately, but all interesting and often everyone visits both, every other day live music performed by invited artists and every other day just a disco, children also have dances with animators or performances of artists every day, games and contests are held both around the pool and on the beach. At the time of my visit, the beach was uncleaned with branches and small debris, but few people went to swim in the sea, it was still cold, there seemed to be a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas, but with full occupancy of the hotel it is not clear whether it will be enough. The entrance to the sea is made of stones, although the beach is sandy. There is a pier with stairs. There is a base of all sorts of entertainers on the beach, such as a parachute, a banana, a pill, etc., these comrades are rude, it was cold to ride. There are several pools on the territory, one indoor - but WITHOUT HEATING, which makes it absolutely useless because it is even colder than outside. Free sauna and hammam. There is a paid Jacuzzi, but outside and also without heating! The guys just opened after the winter (the hotel does not work in winter), they slowly washed the interior, restored vegetation, literally one floor was inhabited and then perhaps not completely, street bars and part of the interior were just starting to launch, in recent days they opened a club area. Of the paid attractions on the territory: you can buy a hookah, take the children to the vending machine room, buy massage, fish peeling, tattoos, hairdressing services, souvenir shop, clothing store, excursions, car rental. There is a good playground and roller coasters, next to which there is a shower and a toilet for children indoors. There is a small gym. A very small area, almost 20 km to the city, they don't save you for a walk, animators)

The first and most important thing is that the hotel is located at a distance from any locality. It is absolutely impossible to go out for a walk anywhere. The nearest town, Side, is a 30-minute drive away.
The second important point is that the hotel is designed for Turkish tourists. All the animation, all the music and all the entertainment program is designed purely for Turks. Evening shows are also a purely Turkish theme, absolutely without Russian and foreign music familiar to our ear.
The animators at the hotel are very sluggish and inactive. Neither adults nor children were attracted at all. Animators in the game room, this is generally a separate story. Not only is there only one Russian-speaking person, the girls who work there walk with kilometer-long nails and vulgar makeup, which naturally scares children away. It is impossible to leave your child there at all. In the playroom itself there are two constructors, skittles and one battered ball, there are no toys for girls at all. The game room is very "shabby" and dirty. All pencils are blunted and it is impossible to draw with them. The children are left to themselves. for example: one boy (Turk) stands and throws kegs into the constructor. Naturally, all this is scattered throughout the game room, including flying into other children. Not a single animator said a word to him that he shouldn't do that.
There are slides and swings next to the children's room. they stand on the sand, which is not cleaned. the child comes out of this playground all gray, dirty and dusty. It is also worth noting that on the day of arrival, a rope was torn on one of the swings. In all 10 days, this swing has not been done.
All pools are located on the territory of the hotel and have the same depth of 140 cm . That is, it is almost impossible for children to swim in it.
If we talk about the pool in the children's water park (35 cm), then the water in it is icy, relative to adult pools and the pool in the adult water park.
⁃ The beach is very dirty, the garbage is cleaned every three to four days. For example: on the day of arrival, we noticed that there were children's sandals near the trash. on the last day, we specially came up and looked at these sandals standing there.
The room is very small and dark. This number definitely does not pull five stars. There was no shampoo, gel, or soap in the room upon check-in. There were also only two towels for four guests. Each time, we had to take all the necessary bathroom accessories ourselves from the cleaners' carts. The mini bar was refilled 2 times, and our requests to replenish it were simply ignored.
The safe did not work in the room upon check-in. This problem was solved only three days later by replacing the safe. Moreover, talking with other guests, they realized that this is a common problem and many guests did not have a safe working.
Also, one of the beds had a broken leg, the bed was wobbly and the staff did nothing about it.
Cleaning the room is a completely different story. Upon arrival, there was a lock of black hair in the corner near the door. We decided not to touch it and see when it was removed. Before leaving, this strand was also lying.
There were only two things that smoothed the situation:
⁃ Clear sea
⁃ A pretty good restaurant with a wide variety of food and sweets.
To summarize all of the above, the hotel can only be given three stars. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A nice family hotel with a large water park for children and adults! The beach with small pebbles, the passage to it through an underpass is very comfortable. There are a lot of free sunbeds on the beach, but you need to look for them by the pool because they take up a lot, but they never come. They are fed 24 hours a day, everywhere and for every taste, lots of fruits! There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
Of the cons: room cleaning is weak and tips will not change anything (do not spend money) and very slippery tiles by the pools and on the 0 floor - be careful.

!!! They were in early June 2024. The hotel is super! Yes, maybe someone will say old rooms, but it didn't matter to us, since they only slept in the room. Our room was a Doublex Family Land, two-storey on the 1st floor. You enter the room, there is a large double bed and a sliding armchair, there is a balcony, then you go downstairs, there are two more single beds, or rather a bunk bed, they also brought us a small plastic cot for a 9-month-old child. As a result, 6 of us (3 adults and 3 children) stayed in this room. Not every hotel offers such an accommodation option. The room is clean, cleaned every day, everything (air conditioning, faucets, hair dryer, etc.) worked. The territory is green, but most of it is occupied by swimming pools, which is good, since the hotel is large, there are a lot of people, but there is a place to stay, although we took a place by the pool early in the morning before breakfast. The road to the sea is not noticeable at all, you walk along the shadow through the territory to the aquagorks, then an underground passage with one small staircase and go straight up to the beach. My grandmother was with us for 70 years, she did not get tired, she was glad that the sea was so close))) Aquagowns for different ages, very cool!!! It was impossible to get the children out for 10 years. One condition is that if you want to let your children go on adult slides (they have been since they were 13), you need to write a statement at the reception desk that you are responsible for the children yourself. The food is good, varied, there is a baby, but not much choice, fruit jars and sweet milk from a box with a straw. What made me very happy, ice cream is available around the clock both in packaging and by weight, everything is delicious (in other hotels they usually give it on time). Delicious waffles and desserts for every taste. There are many bars, including on the beach. Everyone is very friendly, both the staff and the vacationers, I was very worried about this in connection with the current situation. There are Poles, Germans and Italians nearby, smiling, playing with our child))) everyone came to relax, not spoil each other's mood. I also want to say that anyone who wants to buy a product made of fur, leather, has a great opportunity. There is an outerwear store at the beach entrance, there is a wonderful young woman Polina, a Russian, who will tell you everything, advise you, and is very accommodating. She also offers a free trip to the leather and fur factory shopping center on the beach, I strongly advise you to go with her. The guides offer a longer trip to the gold store, a textile store with a check-in. I recommend this hotel to everyone, we all really want to go back there again!!!

I'm vacationing here for the second time, the first was in 2019, this year I really liked the hotel, compact and clean. 19.06-06.26.24 The family returned again, I liked the fact that more ice packs were added, there was a night disco under the sky with tables very clean, convenient service is just great, everything is quickly cleaned, food changed 70% every day, autumn is delicious and satisfying for children there is something to eat and adults around the clock, alcohol delicious drinks cocktails beer is also always there and a lot and tasty, its own pastry shop, very tasty desserts in general, the Turks are well done. Slides for children are a class there and adults can ride, adult slides are very steep, straight adrenaline 🤪the first line is the beach has its own sand and a little shallow vodka, on the beach you can also have a snack at the bar, there are always places. Absolutely ordinary Turkish hotel. There is a wide variety of food, the staff is adequate, the rooms are tired. Good water slides for both young and adults. Hookahs are weak. The pools and the beach are fine. It is recommended to come in September, when there are fewer people. Cats funny do their business with burying on the playground (big sandbox). Well, the price tag in the store at hotels is probably 3 times more expensive.

We rested in this hotel from 17.10 to 26.10. We arrived at 09.00, we were booked and offered to go to breakfast and told to approach 12.00 o'clock for check-in. The territory of the hotel is not large (there is nothing beyond the territory of the hotel, this must be taken into account, this is a big minus). Breakfast I do not know how to describe it in the first place, there is no variety of constant queues at what time you will not come, there is a queue for eggs, there is a queue for pancakes, there is a queue for vegetables. And so throughout the whole vacation you are standing everywhere in a huge queue. It's time to check in for 6 people, I'm a husband of 3 children and a grandmother. We have one ticket but 2 rooms. They give us the keys, and to our surprise, a room on the second floor with a view of the sea and the pool, thank you for that. The rooms in the vouchers were ordered nearby as there were 3 minor children, but we were given rooms with a difference of 30 rooms. One number is on one side of the other on the other. At the request to change the room, I was told that you should be glad that you are on the same floor. The attitude towards Russians is generally disgusting, alcohol is poured to Europeans imported, you then order the same cocktail, you are poured local drinks) and I have observed this more than once. Although 90% of Russians are resting. The water in the water park is icy, the sea is deep, the beach is pebbly, the entrance is not convenient, there are a lot of sun beds, but no one washes them. What surprised me the most was that the animators go and ask to write a review about the hotel, and put 5*, I was extremely outraged. In 9 days, we had only 2 performances (the performances were great, but there were only 2 of them) check-in at the hotels was 100%. Upon our arrival, our agent said that most of the staff was fired at the end of September, so do not expect a miracle. Room cleaning, I don't even have anything to say, it wasn't there, they threw out the trash, sometimes they changed the towels. The bar was replenished only 2 times during the entire stay. There was always ice cream, it was delicious. Food on the beach, at the snack bar, pizza. Everything is not very tasty, I don't know if we were just unlucky) there is nothing for lunch, dinner is again kilometer-long queues for fish and meat. There are no places to find. The children's restaurant is just the name, everything is always cold, there is no soup and sausages. True, there was always juice and cocktails (but if you didn't come to eat in the first 40 minutes, then there are no juices anymore) there were also purees for a few days, and yogurt. Then, as the shift changed chefs, they stopped giving it. And it didn't taste good at all. We left with a feeling of joy that we were going home. I'm definitely not going back to this hotel anymore. If you are planning your vacation in the second half of October, then you definitely are not here. They say it was better here in the summer.

This is the first time I am writing a review of a hotel in Turkey, because this is the first time I have come across such terrible service for such a lot of money.
The hotel is old. The staff does not speak Russian. Practically no one. We flew like to a family hotel, and indeed there were a lot of people with children. The hotel is just like a family hotel. What struck me?! Children's menu! he's gone. In the children's area of the restaurant there was not even porridge for breakfast - banal rice, semolina, but at least some kind. But nuggets and French fries are all around! There were not even soups for lunch in this children's area. Stupidly they dragged food from an ordinary adult restaurant.
We were there for 11 days - all 11 days ABSOLUTELY THE SAME FOOD. And not to say that it is delicious. We never ate cooked potatoes - every time it was half raw. Mashed potatoes are generally diluted powder! Of the advantages, only a barbecue for dinner.
Restaurant 24/7 - menu - sandwiches are COLD! The burgers are overcooked. The notorious French fries and nuggets. That's it.
Now to the numbers. The rooms are old. We flew with the twins for 10 months and I begged for cots with a fight!!!! They seriously believed that children could sleep on an unfolded chair!!! Upon arrival, they said that the cots would be given only in the morning) it was very interesting where the children needed to be put to bed the first night. But after my explanations and the scandal, the cots were still given out.
Room cleaning is not available. They hung a sign saying "clean up", the staff safely hung it inside the room and closed the doors. The garbage was not cleaned for 2 days. Until you have a fight at the reception, no one will come to you to do the cleaning.
Shampoos and other consumables were not left even once, although I asked.
Beach towels are the maximum junk.
Our flight was rescheduled from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. - I have two infants in my arms and the hotel refused to give me 2-3 hours in the room! Demanding 80 euros for 2 hours. I consider this rudeness and maximum disrespect to the guests. I did not ask to be left for a day, I asked to give the children the opportunity to have a lunch nap and so evict us.
The pools are great. The slides are gorgeous.
The way to the beach - there is not even a ramp! Every day, four times a day, we had to carry strollers with children up the stairs. And it's slippery there, by the way.
I do not recommend the hotel at all!!! I don't recommend it right now.
The hotel store is just a bunch of wreckers. They sold me a defective phone case and also told me to save the receipt so that if anything could be changed. I went to check the case for water resistance - it leaked. I brought it back, they shook their heads at me saying no, go away, we won't change anything for you, you deliberately damaged it and came. Both laughter and sin.
Some kind of work was constantly going on at the hotel. You swim in the pool and next to it they saw the tiles with fortune and all this dust and dirt flies at you and the children.

The beach is terrible cobblestones (cut my leg), there are no free places in the dining room ((( We had to pay 150 rubles for a room change since we had a duplex and the view was supposedly of the city, but in fact some pumpkins… Shampoos were not brought to the room-I had to take them out of the cart myself! I do not recommend the Italian restaurant-a very very long serving almost left hungry! In a word, it's not worth your money!

Lots of entertainment, cool slides, both for children and adults. The beach is pebbly, barefoot, of course not very much. Well, there's nowhere else to go nearby, you have to leave. We had a rest from September 1 to September 12.The weather and the sea are great.The hotel is nice, but the renovation is not fresh.The buffet restaurant is wonderful, there are plenty of places.The coolest places on the street, in the evening there were spiritual gatherings.The food is not varied, but there is a lot of it.Therefore, it is possible not to repeat yourself too much.There is a lot of meat, a lot of sweets.Almost everything is delicious.Drinks are about nothing.Everything is chemical.I didn't like alcohol and cocktails either.Ice cream anywhere in the hotel.It's delicious.You can eat anytime and everywhere.Excellent children's animation.Yes, and an adult.You won't be bored if you want to.Wonderful service (except rooms).Dirty dishes are quickly cleaned in the salt room, drinks are offered.All the garbage is always taken away on the beach and by the pool.At night, everything is washed and in the morning you come back clean.In general, I can give the hotel a four, no more.THERE IS ONE BIG BUT!!!Intestinal infection.Children are constantly vomiting there.We have seen it repeatedly both in the dining room and on the street.Who they met complained about intestinal disorders.We left with happy thoughts that it was okay.But upon arrival, we went to the infectious diseases clinic.Unfortunately, we will remember a wonderful vacation not only with positive emotions.

A gorgeous hotel. Very comfortable for a family holiday. The children are delighted. We were from 7 to 13 June. The sea is a bit cool, but you get used to it quickly. Of the cons: 1 of the days was given dirty towels for the beach, otherwise everything is super. The service is excellent!!! The animators are also great fellows, there is no intrusive service!. I heartily recommend it.
