The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very center of Sharjah, in the evening it is very beautiful, but in the late afternoon Arabs come out with families and have picnics, with kettles, pots and a huge number of children. It is a long walk to the beach, there is a transfer from the hotel at 10:00 to the beach, at 13:00 to the hotel or by taxi in one direction 13.50 dirhams. To catch a taxi from the curb. The beach is ordinary, the sand, the water is super. Sun beds 10 dirhams, umbrella 30 dirhams. There is a construction site behind the beach, the view is certainly not very good. The staff speaks broken English, they do not always understand what is wanted from them. The room is large, cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are changed. Tea, coffee, water, cream, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel complement every day. There is no toothpaste or brushes. The food is varied, you will not stay hungry, but breakfast for us was not delicious, only soy and national bean dishes, dinner was normal, there was chicken, fish, pasta, mashed potatoes. The hotel guide Olesya is wonderful, she will offer you excursions for every taste and budget. The hotel is beautiful, but you need to wash the windows and clean the garbage behind the hotel. In general, more than 4 stars, and then with a stretch, I would not give it. I forgot, there is not enough light in the room, there is a floor lamp and lamps on the bedside tables. There are no Russian TV programs.
I liked the hotel! They were in November 2024. We took breakfasts + dinners. There is a large selection of breakfasts, a smaller selection of dinners, but everything is insanely delicious. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, it takes 5-7 minutes to drive. If you take a taxi 400-500 rubles one way . The beach is cool, there is fire for children in general, up to a depth of 300 meters) an umbrella on the beach is 30 dirhams, a sunbed is 10, on the 2nd day we bought an umbrella in marquite for 28 dirhams, almost everything with them is there, convenient and profitable. According to the hotel itself, it is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, it's great! Among the shortcomings are very dirty windows from the outside, I understand everything is not so easy to maintain them ideally, since the hotel is all mirrored from the outside, and I would refresh at least the wallpaper in the rooms, it would already be fresher) but the pros in general of the hotel experience and of the general amenities are higher than the cons. We walked along the embankment with the children every evening, it's right across the street, it's very convenient, there are a lot of children every evening. And about going to eat, there are many cafes, shops nearby, a delicious pizzeria is not expensive from the hotel to the right, pizza is from 10 to 30 dirhars, and many local cafes where you can have a cheap snack.
We had a vacation with my husband on February 19th . We really liked this hotel, the location of the hotel is very good, namely in the middle of the city, overlooking the Lagoon! The room was clean, cleaned every day, towels , gels , shampoo, soap were changed every day. The room has an ironing board, iron, electric kettle, TV, large wardrobe and bedside tables. They brought water every day, coffee, tea, sugar . The food is delicious in this hotel, and every day there are different meats, fish, seafood pasta, delicious cakes, and a variety of fruits (bananas, apples, oranges, melons, watermelons, and pineapples) . The hotels have good-natured and helpful staff. A blanket and towel are provided to the beach , and a 5-minute bus takes you to the beach . The hotels have a gym, sauna and three swimming pools. If you asked me if we would like to come to this hotel again, the answer is definitely yes!!!! 5 stars justified !!!
Excellent hotel! Very hospitable staff, responsive, any wish is immediately fulfilled. They don't charge a tourist tax (this is the first time I've met with such a person). Cleaning and change of linen and towels every day. Shower kits were put up every day. The rooms are large, there is a seating area (armchairs and a sofa, a table). A rich buffet: amazing restaurant-level pastries, natural juices, porridges, meat of several types, fish, lots of fruits, and I can't list everything. The hotel is located opposite the lagoon and the beautiful promenade. On the ground floor, near the reception, there is a beautiful girl Olesya (who sells Tours in the UAE), a Russian speaker who will always help with translation, for which I thank her very much. The rest turned out to be wonderful. Let's come back here again.
An excellent hotel, the only thing that is already needed is renovation for the rooms, the view from the window to the bay is just wonderful for walking, a super place, 2 swimming pools, good varied breakfasts, but dinner damn nothing at all for the first two days there was only water from the drinks I had to contact the manager, put tea and a Thermopod,
The place is great. The center of Sharjah, right by the lagoon, everything is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent, correspond to the status of the hotel.
The breakfast is excellent, the choice is for every taste, there is a lot to choose from and for every taste
I stayed at this hotel from 25.02 to 05.03. The hotel is located in the center of Sharjah, next to a beautiful lagoon, a great place for evening walks. There are many shops, a pizzeria, a fish restaurant and other places within walking distance where you can always find food for every taste. I had breakfast included. Breakfast is standard: omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, salads, cheeses, sausages, pancakes, waffles and other pastries. Fruits are always melon, pineapple, watermelon, bananas, oranges. Coffee from the coffee machine. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the lagoon. The room is large, the bed is comfortable. There is a safe, a hairdryer and everything you need. Cleaning, of course, makes you do better. The furniture in the room is tired, but everything works. The staff is friendly. A wonderful girl Olga is sitting on the ground floor at the entrance. I took all the excursions from her and recommend them to everyone. She is very responsive and always ready to help, she will tell you where everything is, just a lifesaver for tourists!!! Summary: the vacation was a success, I'm happy. In general, I recommend the hotel, the price corresponds to the quality, it must be understood.
A great hotel, everything is clean and lovely, the staff is responsive, taking into account the variety of Bad English, they always helped with an interpreter. It was necessary to change the bed linen, they did it immediately upon request. I recommend it!
The hotel isn't bad, but it's a little old. The smell of dampness is present. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice. There are buses to the beach, but there are a lot of people who want to, they can't fit everything, we took a taxi to the beach a couple of times. We bought excursions to hotels from Olesya, we really liked the attitude, she can also tell us where to change money and where there are good supermarkets, as well as souvenirs. The location of the hotel is excellent, we walked a lot.
Great hotel. There is a swimming pool on 2 sides of the hotel. On the roof of the building. The view of the bay side is simply gorgeous. The breakfast is normal and full. There is a free shuttle service to the beach. The beach is just great, the water is clear and warm. There is a good promenade, cafes, shops around, but there are also disadvantages. It is in the hotel that the windows do not open and it is impossible to check the room. Only the general air conditioner, which is not cleaned, and there is no fresh air. This is a real problem. Especially for those people who have lung problems and asmatics.
It was great once, but the years are doing their job. The food is almost like everywhere else in hotels of this class. The hotel is not located in a very good location for recreation, it is more suitable for business trips. The staff is very friendly.
The hotel is beautiful, but old. The location is five plus! There is a place to walk in the evening. Nearby is Al-Majaz Park with dancing fountains. The staff is English-speaking. The food is delicious! Two pools on the 2nd floor - overlooking the lagoon and overlooking the mosque. A sauna was announced, but it did not work.
The reception staff is completely non-customer-oriented. The shower button didn't work well, she said so and there was zero reaction. Strange. It is better to approach the counter, near the elevator, the guys there are very good, they immediately solve issues. The overall impression is good.
At first, I was very upset that we were a little off the sea, but every evening walking along the embankment, we said "class" and thank God that we were not there in the wilderness
There is a beautiful Olesya sitting in the lobby of the first floor, gentlemen Belarusians-she helps a lot just like that, from the bottom of her heart, but at the same time the gentlemen from the agencies do not like her and offend her-I think she is the best. She always helped with any question, and of course we took excursions from her!
We took breakfasts and dinners and we had enough. The food is without frills, a little bit insular, but we never stayed hungry
In general, a good hotel, not 5 rooms, but very good
If you are going, please contact Olesya. I hope she reads this and smiles-thank you, Olesya, for everything!!!!
Plus only the location. The hotel itself is tired, I don't know who gave them 5 stars or why. We were on New Year's Eve. A New Year's Eve dinner for 11 thousand was added to the price of the tour, which could not be refused. As a result, there was a buffet, and those who arrived before everyone else managed to get themselves some delicious food. The others ate what was left. Among the entertainment programs, there were two contests "who will bring the first man's shoe and who will bring the first woman's bag" and 4 repeated Russian songs.
We were promised a Russian-speaking staff, but there was none.
We paid for a room with a view of the lagoon, we were accommodated with a view of the construction site. I had to figure it out.
The room is cold, damp, the windows do not open, there is no way to check.
The furniture is old, the plumbing is too.One towel per person, which is not enough for a 5🌟 hotel.
There were humidifiers all over the hotel, and sometimes the smell made my head hurt. So they interrupted the smell of dampness.
Food for 3. There's a queue at the canteen every morning because there weren't enough tables. Then I had to wait a long time for either coffee mugs, coffee, or dishes. Nothing was replenished for a very long time.
The food was the same for 6 days.
A day later, the room keys stopped working and I had to go to the reception to re-program them.
There was only one transfer to the beach, there weren't enough places for everyone, and he had to make two trips. They took me to the beach at 10, picked me up at one o'clock.
In general, the hotel is like in Turkey 2🌟
We stayed at this hotel in October 2023. I liked the hotel. The location is good - on the shore of the bay, near a beautiful promenade, in the evening nearby singing fountains. There is a place to walk in the evening. The restaurant at the hotel is small, the choice of dishes leaves much to be desired, but you will not stay hungry. Of the minuses, there are no Russian-speaking administrators, they take a minibus to the city beach, which is constantly packed, one of the two pools worked. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
The location is great. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach. A large embankment. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I'll be happy to come back again.
I recommend visiting this 5* hotel. We took breakfast and dinner, and it was even enough. The food is very tasty, there are many Russians, the staff is Russian-speaking. Very convenient location, the reservoir is close, there is a place to walk, a huge supermarket on the way to the sea, 30 minutes to walk slowly to the beach. If you walk along the reservoir, you can come to the canal, this whole street is a promenade. Not far from the Sahara shopping center, all the shops that are not in Russia. Al Khan beach is wide, but they are allowed only from hotels, they showed a voucher at the entrance. The locals also go, but not much. Mostly tourists. There are a lot of Russians.
A good city hotel, but not a 5*, is already tired. The breakfasts are delicious, there is always enough food. The hotel has a swimming pool, a transfer to the beach and a transfer to the Sahara shopping center. The staff speaks English.
The hotel is nice, but very tired. It was a former Hilton, but it doesn't seem to have been invested in it since then. They simply do not wash glass facades. Because of this, the view from the rooms deteriorates and the hotel itself does not look good from the outside. The staff is friendly. The food is without frills, but you won't stay hungry. They take a bus to the beach, there's an eternal crush to get on it. What's on the beach, what's back. They make two or three flights. If you don't want to wait - taxi 15 dirhams))) The biggest plus of this hotel is its location. There is a place to go for a walk in the evening, there are many interesting places within walking distance.
Everything is disgusting! Attitude first! They don't want to do anything, they nod their heads and without result! Everything that was written from the negative, everything is as it is, and rooms without safes, and without electrical outlets, and an ice pool, and food, kick-ass how terrible everything is,.... The shower is disgusting, barely grated, the watering can is not removable, it is impossible to wash me, I have no hot water in the shower at all,, I don't take food at breakfast if it ends, so if I don't go at 7, later is not an option... No one speaks at the reception by the handle, a separate guide if there is of course, which does not always help if you ask, again... And so it's not a rest, but a constant strain....
The hotel is in a good location. The staff is very attentive, all issues are resolved very quickly. The only thing I didn't like was that the windows wouldn't open and the glass was dirty. The pools are very good, the food is the same, everything is very tasty. There's no variety, but it's delicious!
Minuses:
1. The hotel is really old, from the rust on the bathroom mirror to the stains on the wallpaper, from the damaged chair to the crooked lamp, because it is missing one leg. But if you are not too picky a tourist, then you will have a great time there.
2. The smell in the room - it feels like the rooms have been smoky for a long time. They spray it with hotel perfumes, but it doesn't really help. The windows don't open, as they do everywhere in the UAE, and the air conditioner takes air from the room itself and just drives it around in circles. You can only ventilate by opening the door to the corridor, if, of course, there is fresh air there :) Things will have to be completely cleaned after the hotel, but you can quickly get used to it on the spot. After an hour, we didn't pay much attention to it anymore.
3. Cleaning is not very good. Upon arrival, they asked to vacuum the carpet in the room, as the carpet was very dirty, and in the first minute there were 2 needles, hair, threads, and small debris on it. You can't walk around with your shoes off, and I don't recommend it. They vacuumed quickly, but apparently they didn't come in with a vacuum cleaner all 10 days of our arrival. They give you slippers (some, but you can ask for a second one), there are no bathrobes.
4. Dirty windows on the outside, and there's nothing you can do about it. They probably wash it several times a year, since the hotel is high-rise. They got used to it quickly and hardly noticed.
5. Ice pools. Both. Temperature of Lake Baikal. We dived once and saw a couple of times that the children were splashing, but it was really very cold.
6. A small drawback with drying any underwear: swimsuits barely dry, since there are no batteries or a balcony, they were placed on the windowsill, where there is more sun. There's a dryer right in the bathroom, but there's a lot of humidity. The rest of the things were dried on a laid-out ironing board (it is in the closet), since the room's space allows you to live freely with it.
Positive:
1. Spacious and awesome room (we had a view of the Khalid Lagoon, 611) with stunning views. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Impressive both day and night. Fountains are visible, it's a pleasure to wake up with such a view. There is more than enough room for two people. The sofa was a separate kind of thrill - to relax in the evenings and look at the city. A very large and roomy wardrobe, lots of cabinets and bedside tables, large and small. You will definitely find a place where to place all your belongings, including suitcases. Large, comfortable bed, sleeps well. There is a kettle in the room, a tea and coffee set, water (and we bought our own in 5-liter eggplants additionally), cups.
2. The location is amazing. A taxi is caught in 10 seconds immediately at the entrance to the hotel. The embankment is across the street, the atmosphere is very conducive to walking and romance. There are also grocery stores, pharmacies, currency exchanges, cafes, restaurants and everything you need. We walked to the beach by 3 different roads (there are better ones, there are worse ones), and we took a taxi and a free bus. The bus goes there at 10, but the queue starts to gather in 20 minutes. They take everyone in turn until everyone is picked up, it's usually 3 buses. Back from the beach - at 13 o'clock, the same thing, they pick up everyone, and the queue is ready for 20 minutes. Beach towels are provided by the pool on the 2nd floor (via elevator), in fact - on the third.
3. They take you to Alkhan beach. We liked the beach. If you go to the very end, where there are changing rooms and toilets, there are 3 times fewer people there and it is much quieter. There is everything you need: decent showers, changing rooms, toilets. Rescuers are constantly on the lookout. The sea is beautiful (February 10-21), the water is warm (I'm still that cold). The sun is very active and treacherous. It seems that you are sitting, warming yourself, nothing bakes, in the evening the result of sunburn begins to appear, turning into burning. Be careful.
4. The food at the hotel is a separate song. Just a solid five. If, of course, you come for breakfast or dinner (we had breakfast +dinner) at the end, then you may find that something is no longer there. If you don't stay too long, there will be a complete set. Again, if something is over, go to the waiter and ask for it. They are constantly preparing and delivering all this, but sometimes you will have to wait until it is ready. The breakfasts are great: lots of different delicious and juicy greens (arugula, iceberg, sprouted greens, various kinds of salad leaves), snacks (hummus, etc.), cheeses of various types, from maasdam to cream cheese, by the way, everything is delicious; both chicken and beef sausages, fried bacon (not pork, but very tasty), boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, plus scrambled eggs of various kinds prepared by your cook; tomatoes, cucumbers, various pickles, stewed vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini; meat dishes: chicken, beef or lamb, olives, olives, apples, bananas, awesome melons, watermelons, pineapples, oatmeal, various fruits from cans (peaches, pineapples, etc.), yogurt, fried rice or with vegetables, beans, 2 types of soups, chicken sausages (not very), various additives (jams, honey, nutella, lemons, dried fruits, nuts, etc.), local fried pies, pancakes (a chef prepares on-site for you upon request), various types of bread, croissants, butter, local dishes such as shakshuka and whose names I do not know, sweet pastries: very tasty croissants, snails, muffins, buns. Tea, coffee, milk, juices, detox water. And it's just breakfast :) The menu is updated every day, but the main dishes are almost the same. They can cook meat dishes in a different way, add salads, such as Greek or caesar, add cakes or pastries. There is less choice for dinner, but awesome desserts are added: panakota, various cakes and pastries (red velvet, black forest and others), good meat dishes, usually from 3 types of meat - chicken, beef and lamb or lamb; fish is very tasty in batter every dinner; pasta (bolognese or alfredo), baked potatoes . The soups are delicious vegetable soups - I tried tomato and pea soups. In general, the food is just a separate compliment. My stomach quickly adjusted to the fact that it took three plates per person for dinner, they didn't get poisoned, there were no disorders, only they went to the toilet more often :) Of course, you can never arrange such a belly feast at home, there is a huge variety.
5. The staff was all friendly in my biased opinion (I work in the field of quality control of service). Everyone helped as much as they could, smiled, and greeted, from the janitor to the concierge. Many issues were successfully resolved with the staff: the adapter to the outlet was brought at the first request, the safe was set up (an adjuster was sent) immediately. Cleaning is done instantly. I took my things to the laundry - it's expensive at the hotel, and concierge immediately offered to take them to the neighboring laundry. For 2 large items, I first named 20 dirhams, we haggled for 10. I gave it to the laundry myself, and the next day I took clean, ironed clothes from the concierge on hangers and in a protective bag. All issues were resolved quickly and kindly. We arrived at 11 a.m. from the airport, and check-in started at 3 p.m. They checked into the room right away without any extra charges and without a single request. We left at 4 p.m. instead of 12 p.m., and we asked for an extension ourselves - we paid 100 dirhams for the extension. Cleaners make up the bed every day, remove all visible debris, replace cream, tea, coffee, put water (who has 3 bottles, and who has all 5, and if desired, you can take more by "catching" the cleaner in the hallway), replace towels, put shampoo, shower gel, body balm, hair balm, toilet paper, they ask if they need anything else. They asked the scales to weigh the suitcase before leaving - they brought the floor scales. There was no tip, the ratio was 5 plus.
6. We didn't take excursions, as we traveled a lot on our own, but a Russian girl Olesya is sitting in the lobby, she has good prices for excursions, who cares. We traveled by bus, ferry (in Sharjah), metro, tram, monorail, and abrah (in Dubai). There is a Sharjah aquarium not far from Alkhan (beach), a scheduled ferry departs from it, and you can get to Dubai. We used 2 GIS during our trips (you can download a map of Sharjah in advance). There are 2 stops within a 20-minute walk of the hotel: Al Wahda rd and Al Qasba 2. From them, they boarded a bus to the Dubai metro, having previously purchased a silver NOL card (you can buy it in Sharjah, for example, at the Sharjah Al Jubail Bus station on the other side of Khalid Lagoon, where it can be immediately replenished). The subway was sorted out quickly. There is a crush in the evenings, but you don't have to get into it, wait for the next train (they run very often), usually an empty extra train is allowed during rush hour. There are many places to get to by metro, especially if you are not afraid to walk or take a bus later. In Dubai, it is also cheap and convenient to take a tram ride from Dubai Marina (only 3 dirhams travel), to Palm Jumeirah we went by monorail (there is a round trip ticket, that is, to go there - to take a walk - back on the same day, 30 dirhams), having reached the monorail station by tram. I really liked the boats: there is a boat station almost immediately at the exit from the subway from Sgeyek metro station (green line), from there there are open and closed maneuvers according to the schedule. The fare is only 2 dirhams. They walk to Festival City and to Creek Harbour, which has a beautiful promenade, I recommend you to take a walk. A taxi from Dubai is not cheap, but it was also taken, you can calculate the cost as follows: you will be charged 5 dirhams for boarding, 20 dirhams for crossing the borders of the emirates, another 5 for disembarking and the rest is 2 dirhams per kilometer. It is cheaper to travel around Sharjah, and they charge 3 dirhams for boarding and disembarking. If it is in Sharjah, and not in Dubai, that you need a good shopping center with European brands and a good set of shops that we are familiar with, then you can go to the City Center Al Zahia. There are no people there at all (unlike the crazy Dubai Mall), you can shop around quietly, a pleasant place. Keep in mind, it seems they have prayer time from one to two, the shopping center will be open, you can stay in it, but all the shops and food court will be closed. You can have a picnic at the hotel (despite the formal ban, locals drag their carpets (!) from home and drink tea, coffee and nibble sunflower seeds in the evenings, play with children). A very cozy atmosphere, I must say. You can feed the seagulls, of which there are many, sit on a blanket on the grass or on a bench (whichever you like), walk around the three islands on the Khalid Lagoon (an island with a butterfly house (paid), an island with a concert hall and an island with a water park (paid)). We are thrilled with the trip, although this is not the first time in the Emirates, and we remember the hotel with warmth and pleasure, I recommend it.
Of the advantages:
- It's a very beautiful lobby, I would even say gorgeous. An incredible staircase.
- The breakfasts are good, but they are basically the same in all UAE hotels. These are scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, muesli, various fruits, pastries, etc. They are monotonous, but I don't like variety at home for breakfast either) Children will also find something to eat.
- The dinners were also generally good, there are plenty to choose from. You won't stay hungry. The restaurant in the hotel is small, there were few visitors for dinner, and sometimes they waited for breakfast until the tables were empty.
- A very friendly pool worker, unfortunately, I don't remember the name anymore, he's just wonderful!! The
hotel is located next to the lagoon, where you can go boating, as well as watch a fountain show. There is a small park nearby. There are many shops nearby.
Of the cons:
- The mosque is nearby! Very close. And from our window, the neighboring mosque is visible) And this is at 5 a.m. and at 6 a.m. you will wake up to a mullah. Either take a view of the lagoon with an additional fee, or choose another hotel. 😬
- The rooms have one huge bed or 2 small ones. If there are more than one child, then they have nowhere to sleep. The sofa in the room does not fold out. Another bed for 1 child is brought on request. Other children will sleep with their parents. 🫤
- The room stock is tired, this is not the level of a 5-star hotel. The carpet is old, it cannot be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner alone. The bathrooms are in need of renovation too.
- There was nothing special for the children to choose for dinner, the dishes had specific seasonings. We ate rice and fruits:)
- The pool is not heated!! That's probably the main disadvantage for me. They said the heater was broken. But I don't think there was one. We were in December (and in December the water is already cool), the pool is icy. There are two of them, one in the sun, it is even more or less tolerable, the second is in the shade, it is very cold there.
The hotel is not on the first line, there is a bus service to the sea every day.
The hotel does not have its own walking area.
In general, everything :) I give it 4 stars.
Good location, excellent breakfasts, transfer to the beach. Check-in on arrival (in the morning) took off the star for the cold pool. I think that the pool in the top five should be heated. Overall, everything is fine.
It is not a bad option for not expensive. Close to the airport, as well as to Dubai. The price in shopping malls is cheaper than in Dubai. The beach is nearby, the transfer is very convenient. There is a place to walk. I recommend.
The hotel is urban, there is no territory, it is not new, the rooms are in a classic style, a little shabby, they do not give adapters to sockets. At breakfast at rush hour, there is a queue for the coffee machine. This is where the cons end and there are many more advantages:
- The location on the embankment is very beautiful in the evening, near fountains, a walking area;
- Luxurious lobby, friendly and helpful staff;
- Comfortable large bed, constantly replenished hygiene products (shampoo, body cream, etc.);
- Good breakfasts - fresh, high-quality products, fried pancakes, omelets, there is a selection of greens and vegetables, cheeses, fruits, olives, several types of hot dishes and some kind of porridge;
- It takes 10 minutes to go to the beach, the bus carries, there was enough space for everyone;
- and a bonus)):In the lobby, a friendly Russian girl sells excursions and gives good advice about the hotel and the surrounding area. Within walking distance there is a bus stop to the Dubai metro, food shops, everything can be found on maps, 2Gis .
In its price range, it is an excellent option.
A wonderful hotel! Large rooms, friendly staff, great views from the rooms, infrastructure nearby. Two pools on the roof of the second floor. There is a bus to the beach. You can ask for an adapter for sockets. I recommend Olga, who is sitting at the entrance, will offer excursions, tell you where you can go. Among the disadvantages: there are no public transport stops nearby.
I liked that there are two pools that are located on different sides, and you can swim when there is no sun, or vice versa, choose when there is sun.
The food was so-so, I won't say that it was delicious, especially the choice of drinks suffered.
They gave me breakfast at the airport
Overall, the attitude is good.
But I wouldn't stay here next time.
+ excellent location, the beach is within walking distance and there is a shuttle service, the food is not very varied, but good.
- heated swimming pool

February 25
We had a vacation in February 2025.
Great location.
Delicious breakfasts and dinners.
The check-in was slightly overshadowed by the fact that instead of a paid view of the lagoon, they checked into a regular room.
The next day, the room was changed, but I had to go to the reception several times.
There is a mosque not far from the hotel and in the morning at around 5 a.m. the morning prayer begins, the sounds of which can be heard, this must be taken into account. But I guess it doesn't bother many people.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cleaning every day.
The bed is gorgeous!
The bathroom is dilapidated, of course, it requires restoration, but in general it was not critical for us.
The sound insulation is excellent, you can't hear the neighbors at all.
The view of the lagoon is very beautiful.
The pools on the 2nd floor did not impress us, but we are not fans of pools.
The bus leaves for the beach at 10 a.m., we left earlier by taxi, the price is 13.5 dirhams
30 minutes walk to the beach
I recommend the hotel, it's a great option.
Very convenient location on the shore of the lagoon. Transfer to the beach, but if desired, you can also walk. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby. You can walk to the city center.
Breakfasts for 4 - I would like to have more variety.
A good and almost always free sauna. There is a Russian-speaking staff.
But the room service is very so-so - they may even forget to clean your place for several days in a row.
We have just returned from this hotel. I liked everything very much, the location, the food, the room, everything is super! The bus went to the beach, towels were given out, the room was cleaned daily. Special thanks to Olga, the tour agent, who helped with all questions, took us to the fish market and trains for free! We also took excursions to Dubai and Abu Dhabi from her, cheaper by 30% than from our tour operator. The hotel staff does not understand Russian, they solved all the issues with Olga and just communicated well. Thank you for a pleasant stay! We'll be back!
Nice hotel and the location is very good not far from the center. And the view too.The hotel has 3 small pools and a hammam. The food is not bad.The staff is polite
We liked the hotel, delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, excellent location on a beautiful embankment near the park, lots of cafes and shops. The perfect beach with white clean sand is 5 minutes away by free shuttle. We would definitely come back again.
A good Opel. Clean and beautiful. It is located almost in the center of Sharjah. There is a place to go out for a walk in the evening. They take a bus from the hotel to the sea at 10.00 in the morning and back at 13.00. The food is excellent. There are plenty to choose from. A Russian-speaking girl is sitting at the hotel, she will help with all questions. Thank you very much to her.
Everything seems to be fine, but sometimes they forget to clean the room and put the water on. Today I was in Oman all day, nothing has changed, we didn't even come in, I returned in the evening and there is no water in the room. I will go to the store to buy.
Even the standard rooms are large. The standard ones overlook the inner side, the categories above overlook the lagoon. The room has a tea set, cosmetics: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, both on the 2nd floor, facing different sides, you can choose whether to go to the shady side or to the sunny side. There is a sauna. The breakfasts are decent, the standard buffet set. The only drawback is that you have to ask for room cleaning, for 5 stars it's strange.

Great location. Good cuisine. Spacious (from 30 sq.m.) rooms. Humane price list. Overlooking the water is a thrill. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms as well. Dinner until 23.00. No nasty bracelets. Private parking . The rooms are a little tired, but cozy. Such a chic from the past. The hotel is cool for its price.
Of the advantages :
- view of the embankment
- cleanliness in hotels
- excursions are cheap and not tedious (through Olga she works every day from 10:00-16:00), guides offer two or three times more expensive and some of the places are not needed.
Of the cons :
- lunch and dinner , everything is spicy , tea , cafe is not present when not present, water is poured . What kind of joke they have is not clear ( regarding lunch and dinner )
Breakfast, you will be standing in line, because the coffee machine is alone and it breaks down. Also in the morning, you may not have enough tables and will have to wait.
- at the reception, in general, the girls do not understand why, they only understand Arabic , it is not a fact that your request will be fulfilled , they will simply score on it . Therefore, decide everything through the guide.
- the pool is cold without heating. Drinks are not sold at the pool , so take some water or drinks with you
- shampoo, conditioner, constantly running out until you tell them to put it on. ( it 's better to take it with you from home )
- at the sea, you are taken at 10:00, brought at 13:00, if you want to stay, then only go back by taxi or on foot, no one will come for you. It takes about 30-40 minutes to walk.
The beach itself , ancient times .
We only pay for the view!
After Hilton left , it didn 't get any better, but it got worse ...starting from cleaning and ending with breakfast!
And they don 't take you to the beach anymore ... but to the public one !!!
I'll start with the fact that the UAE is not exactly my priority country for holidays, the first time I was there about 4 years ago in Dubai, it "didn't go down", I had too little greenery, colors, too much glass, concrete, sand ... in Dubai we had a city hotel, 4 rooms, they took 5 rooms in a Cartoon ...) well, this 5 ka turned out to be worse, the hotel is old, of the 5 there is only a hall in the style of "expensive, rich" with a huge dusty chandelier, gold paint on the ceiling, walls and elevators with natural wood ... this is all from "luxury")))
I read a review here, who-he wrote that rest in the top five is a special philosophy, etc. Well, this hotel didn't smell like this philosophy, well, there can't be 5 rooms with washed, stale towels, washed "gray" bed linen, a sagging mattress, yes - the furniture and decoration of the room may be outdated, but the carpet is stained, mold in the bathroom is too much.
The dining room... yes, it is the dining room, it does not look like a restaurant- swinging tables, greasy chairs... day after day, too, the menu, in a hotel in Dubai (as far as I remember the hotel was called Signature) the food was much more diverse and tastier, there was a selection of seafood, fish, delicious soups, here the soup was the same -vegetable broccoli, fish - day after day sea tongue, chicken, rice ...
for breakfast there is a choice of natural juices, tea, coffee, but for dinner you "shine" only a glass of water, despite the fact that a choice of desserts is attached to dinner…
The pool is on the second floor, old, cold, with washed towels on the sun beds…
In general, I got the impression that the hotel has acquired a new owner and is trying to squeeze the remaining maximum out of him.
The food in the restaurant is delicious, the ants forget to clean the room, the tub from the cake is rusty. The hood in the bathroom is about to fall out. The room is modest. Where there are 5 stars.
The former Hilton hotel chain.
You know what, guys. Regardless of personal status, wealth, religion, - everyone in life should visit/live in a 5* hotel.
The five-star hotel is not only about comfort and a huge buffet.
Five stars is about the philosophy of life, it's about the feeling of expensive things and expensive smells.
It is possible to replace the floor covering of the conditional 23rd floor with a modern super laminate / carpet. But when your foot steps on the marble floor at the exit of the elevator, you realize that you have found yourself in another dimension.
In hotels like this, you touch a successful life with your fingertips.
Is it important? Don't know. But, at least, it is curious.
Unfortunately, Cornish was at its peak in the late noughties. Everything was new and fresh. Little by little, everything fades away, like an old noble woman. There are wrinkles and painful thinness, but the look and posture speak about the breed.
Meals (breakfast/dinner) for 7/10. It is modest, delicious, but there is no variety and imagination.
In addition, the location is an absolute plus.
There is a good walking area along the lagoon coastline right in front of the hotel exit.
A convenient location to visit all the hot spots of Sharjah: from the public beach to shopping malls.
Therefore, choosing a hotel, you can prioritize the opportunity to see and feel the fading well-being. Even in its current state, it's worth it.
Great hotel.
Minus one star for the far location from the beach, the transfer does not always come. The beach is public but paid (for hotels for free).
Cool place, food 4.5. The room itself is on 4 , it was unexpected that the room was not ventilated using the standard method

This is actually not 5 stars. But the hotel is not bad. Khan Beach as stated by many tour operators, free umbrellas and sun beds, in fact an umbrella 30, a chaise longue 10. For all hotels. The pool is warm and two are cool. You will have to pay extra for checking in with a view of the lagoon
