I used to stay at the Chisto often, but last time something went wrong. A very noisy group of guests spent the night at the hotel, having fun in a room on the 2nd floor with an open door to the corridor. At 2 a.m., I asked to be quiet, because even the earplugs did not help me fall asleep.A call to the administrator at about 4 a.m. forced the whole noisy company to move to the 3rd floor, apparently a second room was booked there, which turned out to be above mine. The fun continued..A repeated call to the administrator 20 minutes later (at 5 a.m.) finally put an end to loud conversations, fervent laughter and slamming doors.As a result: a sleepless night before the working day.Next time, I'll think 10 times before booking a room in a hotel.. As far as I know, there have been complaints from your other guests. Administration, I have a question for you: The reception was right under the room where the company was having fun, you have cameras on every floor, why did it last all night??It's one thing when roommates have fun, it's another thing when it happens in a hotel on a paid basis!!!

A very nice hotel. I liked everything . Cleanliness, order, staff. A small note: there is no elevator. It's a little difficult to get things to the 4th floor. The breakfast is good. I recommend it to everyone.

We came to celebrate the New Year. We rented a room for the night. Clean, everything you need is available. Included breakfast at a convenient time for a New Year's Eve party and a good selection of food. The staff is polite and, of course, I would like to stay longer. We stayed in transit for one night.
A good hotel with a claim to originality.
The room has air conditioning, but there is not enough refrigerator.
Clear. It would not hurt to repair the tiles in the shower cabin, the mosaic is falling off in some places.
The usual breakfast: cottage cheese, omelette, sausages, cheese, coffee - without much choice, but fresh and delicious.
The solid four corresponds to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We thank the hotel staff for the wonderful service and cleanliness of the room. We came from Minsk for 1 day to celebrate a birthday, decided to stay in a "purely hotel " and did not regret it! Very clean and well maintained hotel, nice staff and quiet!
Of the disadvantages, only one is stuffy in the room, but this is more of a seasonal issue)
Thank you again, we will definitely return in the summer!

A very nice hotel. A whole range of services is located on site. Excellent beer is brewed, very tasty cuisine, many places of rest for people. Of the disadvantages, I would note the poor sound insulation of the rooms (there is an outlet and a stand near the bed, the phone vibrated all night at the neighbor's room, thereby greatly interfering with sleep).

It is very noisy, the walls are thin and there is no sound insulation...breakfasts are scarce, on the ground floor. The good ones are warm, clean and good bed linen. But because of the noise and the drinking and walking public, there is no rest for the night. There is a smell of smoke in the corridors.

The light in the room was dim, and my eyes hurt. There are no brushes for clothes and shoes. There is no desktop. There is no sound insulation, the noise from the next room and the corridor made it difficult to sleep. The bed is comfortable, the bed and towels are snow-white.

Otherwise, everything is fine, clean, beautiful, the shower is excellent.
Breakfast is not a big choice, porridge, eggs, sliced and yoghurts.
