When choosing a hotel in Gomel, I was sure that it would definitely not disappoint me.
But what was my surprise when I entered the room 😳
The room is very tired, there are no slippers, a bathrobe, chips on the walls and doors, there is not even a phone to contact the reception for questions, but the audibility in the room just amazed me when you hear a guest relieving himself in the next room. It's just a nightmare!
The room was a single standard, one bed is stated in the photo and in the description, in fact the room does not correspond to the photo and description there are two beds in the room. I was not warned about the changes
I do not understand why it is impossible to fix elementary cosmetic issues, putty and painting, there are just stains on the walls, doors can also be repaired.
The quality of room cleaning is a separate conversation, the plumbing is very poorly washed.
Yes, simply replace the stickers and signs - it's just a shame and a shame!!! The room is your face, you are pleased to see such a reflection ???
Well, you are not ready to provide a bathrobe and slippers, so include them in the price for an additional fee, normal guests will pay, and you will earn.
You have a restaurant in the complex, but you can only make an order by going down to the reception, because there is no possibility of room service and in general communication with the reception or the restaurant, although you can also make money on this, as it has been done all over the world for a long time.
Breakfast, too, cannot be ordered to the room and coffee cannot be ordered to the room at early check-out, but why can't additional services be introduced for an additional fee????
After all, your guests (guests)- these are not residents of the city, but people most often from other countries and cities who are willing to pay for service and their comfort! And I'll tell you more, most of the guests are used to the fact that this can be done in a normal average hotel.
If you don't want to provide comfort for free, then sell it to people who need it and need it!
I am very disappointed!!!
There should not be such a service in the XXI century!
I am ashamed of what I see in the city where I used to live, the service seems to have stopped somewhere in 2015 and does not want to develop. Maybe it's enough to look at the city and go beyond the limits, analyze the market of megacities at least in neighboring countries and become the best in your city, and not this is what I'm watching now!

Live music fire until 3 am.They have a day off there on Sunday.zoo corner of the raccoon.The goat is Yashka oboyashka.boars.the room is clean, there is a hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, all channels were working.if a visa and maestro cards are not accepted from Moscow. I really liked the hotel. The rooms are standard. It doesn't seem to be anything special, but unlike most hotels, I can't name more than one joint. Nothing flows into the bathroom, the room itself and the furniture are in good condition, not shabby. Convenient access around the hotel building. Very good parking near the hotel and next to it on the street.
The hotel itself is an "annex" to the entertainment complex. In general, I really liked it.

A three-star hotel! The audibility in the rooms is excellent. The choice for the hotel fell because of the restaurant with him. And that was the main disappointment! After checking in, at 14.30, we immediately went to the restaurant. It was already open. They sat down and asked for a menu. The waiter said that from eating only wings and one soup, and the kitchen will work according to the menu from 18.00!!! We decided to go for lunch in the city and book a table for the evening. But no! All seats are occupied for the evening. Okay. We asked for dinner delivery (Texas steak, tobacco chicken and sliced vegetables) to the room (there is such a service) at 21.00. The order was made in 4.5 hours! As a result, we had to remind about our order at the beginning of the tenth. They forgot about us! The order was delivered at 21.45! The steak turned out to be a piece of old dry beef, and the tapaka chicken was a huge oven-dried chicken. And the "cherry on the cake" was a terrible breakfast with a burnt omelet. We will not come to this place again and we do not advise you!

Maybe I was unlucky with the number, but he would already like minor cosmetic repairs (see photo) in places the skirting board lost spare parts. But this does not functionally affect the rest. It is unusual that seals, pigs and a goat live near the hotel. Undoubtedly a great option for a reasonable fee.

Pros: on-site car wash, restaurant, car oil change center, Parking, sauna, several animal shelters.
The rooms are clean, quite neat, although the faucets are already old (the coating peels off and you can cut yourself with them). That's 5 stars for this money.
Minuses: who came up with the idea of putting trash cans in front of even numbers??? Noise, bottles rattling all night, garbage truck noise at 7 a.m. My wife did not sleep all night ("as she lay on the Mkad") breakfast is meager and not tasty, the coffee machine needs to be washed. That's 2 stars for it. I slept until 6 a.m., then I woke up from the roar.
You can return, but only to even numbers. Is it really impossible to rearrange the garbage in such a large area? To just sleep normally, silence from 9:00…

Just a wonderful place! Over the past 2 weeks we have traveled around Brest, Grodno, Vitebsk and Mogilev, stayed in different hotels, so we can say for sure: 88 rubles per night with breakfast in such a clean, cozy room with normal furniture and plumbing is a rarity for Belarus. Great room, comfortable bed, large shower room, cooler with hot and cold water on the floor, air conditioning in the room, which works well. There is a place to park the car, there is a mini zoo in the yard. Breakfast is quite good for the money.
In general, I highly recommend it!

I stayed there twice. The hotel is super. I would say this: this is not a hotel, but a complex.
