For complete comfort in a standard room, I only need a mini-refrigerator and a desk. There is a good restaurant on site, there is a buffet breakfast included in the price. There are more than 200 channels on the TV (if there is absolutely nothing to do), although about half of them are unavailable. It is comfortable to sleep, curtains do not let in light, the air conditioner works quietly. The quality of cleaning does not cause any questions, the staff is polite. A good hotel complex, which has almost everything for recreation without leaving the hotel territory.
There is entertainment for children, a mini zoo, rabbit feeding, and a large game center where you can go out and enter an unlimited number of times during the day (paid separately). You don't want to sit in a restaurant - you order whatever you want from the menu to your room.
The hotel area is separated from the restaurant by a sauna, so the noise of parties was not felt in the room and did not interfere with rest.
The room itself is nice, modern, clean, tidy, the bathroom, of course, already needs cosmetic repairs, but, in general, does not interfere with water procedures. The staff is very polite, correct, friendly.
Breakfast is included in the room rate (buffet (approximate list): porridge, egg, omelet, scrambled eggs, cereal with milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, toast, jam, any coffee, hot chocolate).
There is also a car wash on site. Parking is a little difficult in the evening, when there are a lot of visitors in the pub, but still there was always a place for a car.

+There are enough parking spaces.
+A wonderful black cat greeting guests on the ground floor.
+Funny squirrels, raccoons, etc., living on the territory of the complex.
Of course, you can find some disadvantages (not very hot water in the shower, lack of a mini-refrigerator), but these are absolutely not critical moments, and they did not spoil the overall impression at all.

In general, people tried hard, they did everything with their hearts. Perfectly clean, excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, breakfast is sufficient and delicious, absolutely does not correspond to the review that someone left below (there is allegedly not enough food), apparently the review was read by decision makers and the jamb was fixed. There is enough food for everyone)
A separate charm is a mini zoo with raccoons walking near the parking lot, a goat, pigs and someone else who did not seem to me, no matter how I guarded the house)))). Everyone is like that mmmm.. paws. The children will be delighted. I even managed to smell the raccoon)))

Now the cons.
The first is the distance from the center. Taxi drivers are not eager to take an order from the city center, there is something with tariffs, it is not profitable for them. We waited five minutes for Yandex Taxi to deliver the order and then 15 minutes for the delivery. That's a lot.
If you want to have dinner somewhere in the evening, keep this taxi problem in mind.
The hotel has a restaurant with its own brewery, but the prices are high, higher than in Moscow. Accordingly, there are no people. The beer, they say, is excellent. If money is not a question for you, it is certainly worth going in and trying)
Second, there is no elevator. Crawling to the 4th floor with your things is another challenge, and if you forgot something in the car and need to go down again, go up, and if you are not young yet... either they are not completely healthy, or with children.. I don't have to go on..In short, I've already strained above the 2nd floor.
The room is tiny, there is no refrigerator, there is no table and chairs, there is a TV console, but it is not wide, you will not be able to drink tea.
I thought for a long time, put three or four stars, still three, add a refrigerator to the room, even if it is small and there will be more stars

The breakfast is awesome big, we didn't expect it. A loaf with sausage, scrambled eggs with ham and 2 pancakes. Coffee or tea. 2nd cup of coffee for money, but moderate. There is also a sauna and a swimming pool. The gate is locked at night, so you need to have a reception phone at hand. It is not attached and when you leave the room, it will be able to block the door for you. The hotel is part of a common complex where there is a gym, a car wash, a restaurant and a "zoo" with a goat and a pig. Part of the restaurant is located above the aviaries and, as you might guess, the aroma penetrates into the restaurant hall. A restaurant with very loud music. Be prepared for this. We chose this hotel only because we didn't have time to book anything else. During the May holidays, everything is very actively booked. If there is an alternative, I recommend choosing another hotel.

I stayed for one night on August 18-19 in a single room on the 3rd floor.
Positive:
- checked in 2-3 hours ahead of check-in time. The room was already ready;
- pleasant, polite and helpful staff;
- clean and bright room;
- air conditioning;
- comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful at night, slept well;
- a good standard breakfast (eggs, omelette, sausages, bacon, vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee, cookies...);
- ironing room and water cooler on the floor;
Minuses:
- the shower curtain is missing, splashes fall on the floor;
- from the train station, 30-40 minutes on foot, not close;
In general, the 3* hotel is decent, I recommend it.

How to store or cook something for children, they also proudly offer to use the refrigerator at the reception), poor location, consider it in the industrial zone, there is no infrastructure around, a normal store is 20 minutes on foot. There is no mat in the room, as a result, dirt from 4 people can be spread throughout the room.The photos on the site are too photoshopped, it would be better to take a simpler picture, the contrast is too high.

We visited Gomel for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel.
It turned out that this complex consists of a hotel, a restaurant, a bar, a children's entertainment center, a sauna, a fitness club!
I liked everything in the hotel except one thing!
There are saunas on the ground floor and they work until three in the morning, our room was on the second floor, the audibility is perfect! The music and laughter of vacationers in the sauna does not allow you to sleep peacefully in the room! At seven in the morning, there is music in the sauna again!
I do not recommend rooms on the second floor of the hotel, I do not know what audibility is on the other floors!
We didn't get into the restaurant, there were no seats (you need to book in advance). We ordered food in the room, the menu at the hotel reception does not indicate the weight of the portion, only the price, I did not like it, it is unclear how much order!
The children liked the children's center!
We were there from Friday to Sunday!
