It is conveniently located, the room is quite clean, the beds are comfortable, a glass elevator, heating is regulated, some rooms have a balcony, a shop nearby. but it's a bit expensive, as for Brest.
I stayed at the hotel for literally 12 hours. I made the reservation in advance, but it was canceled because I did not warn myself that I would be late for so long. Very correct reception staff.
The hotel is old, the room is clean, there are no foreign smells. There is a small refrigerator, but I didn't turn it on. A slightly uncomfortable bed, the sides turn out to be above the level of the mattress when you get up, you have to literally climb out... The toilet has a shower stall with very high sides (to take a bath?), there is a hairdryer.
The hotel has an elevator, if things are heavy, you don't have to carry them.
One of the negative aspects is the deafening audibility from the neighboring rooms.
I had lunch at the restaurant there. The food is very tasty, the service is also at a high level.
The hotel is super! We had a family room.Clean, comfortable, cozy. A cafe is open in the morning. The location is very convenient, all the sights, cafes are within walking distance.
We really liked it. We will definitely return to Brest only in the Bug.
The chic interior of the corridors - on the 2nd floor there is an art gallery on the walls - real paintings by socialist realism artists! Very friendly and helpful staff!
A cool cozy hotel, the breakfasts are very tasty! The fortress is on foot, near a park and a shop with delicious ice cream! To the street. The Soviet one is also on foot !
The double rooms are too small. And so everything is fine, clean, neat. The staff is polite and helpful. And it is located right next to the train station
Maybe I was unlucky, but I came across a room with uncritical problems
Positive:
Very comfortable bed, very comfortable to sleep in 😌
Surprisingly, it catches WiFi very well
Very clean, when we stopped by we didn't find any dirt/dust
There is a refrigerator
Problems:
The bathroom door does not close
The elastic bands in the shower stall will fall off a little more and
the "Rain shower" in the shower cabin is torn off (only part of the tube is sticking out)
There is no shoe spoon, I had to buy my own in the store
Generally:
As the hotel is good for its price, I do not regret that I stopped in Bug
Great location. We arrived from St. Petersburg by train. It's a lazy 10-minute walk from the train station, there's no point even in a taxi. There is everything in the world nearby. The staff is inaudible, very sensitive. The rooms are small, but comfortable! A chic hall in the style of the Stalinist Empire. Breakfasts are 4+. It's simple, but everything is very Belarusian: satisfying, delicious and fresh!!! The route was to the Brest fortress. Yandex taxi WORKS ACCORDING TO THE MAP ,,WORLD,,. In general, there are no problems with this card, unlike the others. The fortress is 5 minutes away by taxi. The price is 150 Russian rubles for May 2023. There were a lot of celebrities staying at the hotel, a whole iconostasis of portraits along the staircases. On the second floor there is a mini-museum.Vysotsky. ask at the reception - they will open individually for each guest (!!!) The hotel is very cozy. Cleanliness is 100 out of 100. We recommend eating in a cafe,,A tavern by the lake,,. The food is just fire! 10 minutes in walking, reflected on the maps. In the park named after May 1. It will take a little walk, but it's worth it. I recommend everything 100 percent, because I'm picky. The hotel is great.
In room 313, the shower drain was clogged, the water took a very long time to drain. In the room, the entrance from the corridor immediately leads to the bedroom, so everything that happens in the corridor (conversations and stomping) will interfere with sleep. It's good that we were there for only one night. A very very small room for a combined toilet. It's good that we are of medium build, we stuck the toilet between the sink and the shower, very tightly. The faucet in the sink, if turned on a little harder, will splash everything around. And of course the mirror. In a room for 3-4 people. one small mirror in the bathroom.
It's a nice hotel, but I came across a room with a small washbasin and no shelf above it. And where to put all the creams and other ladies' tricks? The staff needs to work on this omission. And it's urgent!!! Change the mattresses!!!
The hotel is good. The prices are very pleasant. The location is actually cool and very close to the train station (but you can't hear the train) and 5-7 minutes walk from the city center. Also, at least a park with a chic cafe is 2 minutes away, which I will write a separate review about (a tavern by the lake)
4 stars, because during the stay in the room, from morning to evening, not just noisy repairs were carried out under the window. They worked there with a bucket, a puncher on a foundation, a famous Russian mat and others. And it's right from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a lunch break. As it should be. Well, to be honest, it's a tin. Otherwise, everything is very cool. A hotel with its own history. Excellent staff, the room is clean. Well done. Thank you.
The rooms are clean and tidy. Only upset towels (dirty white). A very tasty and rich breakfast. The buffet struck with its variety. You can choose dishes for every taste. The staff is polite. Convenient location (train stations are close, the center is close, you can also walk to the fortress)
The hotel is good, located next to the park. Among the advantages: friendly staff, quite tasty and varied breakfast. There is free parking nearby. The hotel also has a small Vysotsky Museum.
Of the cons: dirty bedspreads on the beds, there is also no kettle, water and slippers in the room.
Clean, cheap, good breakfast (buffet), good internet connection. Nearby in the park there is an excellent inexpensive restaurant, a tavern by the lake. One of the disadvantages was that the hot water in the shower turned on for a very long time, maybe it was because everything was turned on at once in the evening.
The hotel is normal, there is breakfast. But there are minor nuances: the sound insulation between the rooms is so-so (you can hear snoring on one side and chatter on the other), but if you turn on the music louder for 30 minutes, then the room is quiet, everything is OK.
The city of Brest itself made a very good impression. Everything is balanced, wide streets, neat buildings, clean. People are friendly and helpful. The Bug Hotel was chosen by Googling offers. Outwardly she is very pretty, and inside she is generally fine. The staff is also courteous and sociable. But two things surprised me: I ordered a double room with my wife, it turned out to be without air conditioning, it was 32 degrees outside, there was nothing to breathe, well, that is, for survival))). I had to ask for a replacement, there was nothing but a suite, and the price tag is appropriate.
But I was even more surprised by the breakfast!!! Which can't be called that. Half a sausage, half an egg and sour milk. I had to take the money))).
The hotel is 4 stars.. I was like a tourist with a group. I understand that they took the cheapest option for us, but the kapets blow from the balcony, the batteries do not heat - I slept in a sweater. The interior inside the room is terrible, two creaky beds and a folding chair. The bathroom is green with a shower. But what a pompous entrance. There is a restaurant, it is quite tasty there
An interesting and even in a sense historical place in the city center. Relatively fresh renovation, clean rooms, friendly staff. Of course, you can find more interesting options, but where else can you feel the aura of the place where Vladimir the Tall and other equally high-status people once lived. Even the misunderstanding with the payment of the room could not blur the positive impression of the visit here. Overall, I liked it, I recommend it.
I didn't like it. The windows of the room overlook a busy highway, there is noise all night. Irresponsible girls work at the reception, as my passport was given to an outsider after registration. There was an unpleasant incident. It is dark in the corridors, the lights do not turn on immediately, there are no coolers with drinking water, it is only in the restaurant or you buy at the reception. The breakfasts are delicious, but there is a queue. I bet 3. There is something to work on.

A good hotel, with its own history. The room is large and clean. The sound insulation is excellent. Breakfast is a buffet, a good choice. Parking is free nearby. The room has everything for living. The staff is friendly.
The hotel is next to the railway station, park.
The rooms are very small, there is no refrigerator, kettle, no cooler on the floor.
Positive : the hotel has a Vysotsky Museum, shikardos breakfasts!
A very atmospheric place! There are many photos of famous people staying at the hotel at different times on the stairs. The main thing is not to fall down after looking at it!)). The room is furnished with modern furniture. Good repair, modern plumbing, there is a hair dryer. Everything is at a good level. Near the train station, Park. The Brest Fortress is not far away.

A wonderful hotel, with a good location. The rooms are simple, the ceilings are high, there is no air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent, the selection is great, everything is delicious. The reception is friendly.
But the most important thing is that everything is within walking distance, taxis were not used.
Once, in Soviet times, a decent hotel, but now there are only memories with shabby furniture, the same peeling renovation. For a lot of money, by the way. We stayed with four people, for one night, a room with 4 single beds 9800 rubles. Yes, breakfast was included.
But such a breakfast, when even scrambled eggs were impossible to eat.
It is a pity for the former Soviet scale. But Vysotsky and other honored guests stayed at this hotel.
So maybe, at least for the sake of such a past, it's worth making repairs, updating the menu? Then there will be no unpleasant impressions of the guests. And so, a solid two.
I got into the Soviet Union .... Cozy, clean, friendly staff. There is an opportunity to have breakfast buffet on the ground floor. I stayed there with my family for three days. Parking is available. At night, a marten ran under the windows. I recommend.
He lived in two different economy and comfort single rooms on the third floor. It's pretty simple. There are no kettles, there is no cooler on the floor, there is no shoe spoon, there is no air conditioner, breakfast in the morning is also quite simple.
I gave five stars because of the Vysotsky Museum, which is located on the second floor. Quite a popular hotel in Brest, where there were many famous people and there is a photo gallery of stars, when you climb the stairs, who lived in this hotel.
A very beautiful hotel, elegantly located, everything is within walking distance) I recommend it for those who came to see the city, as well as for fans of V. Vysotsky's work. A pleasant surprise awaits you at the hotel)))
A hole! A portal to the 90s! A room for 9,000 rubles allegedly with a 160 cm wide King Size bed. 50 cm from the bed, the refrigerator, rattling like a tractor, had to be unplugged. There is no coffee shop, the window cannot be opened, the staff smokes under the window of the cafe. No slippers, no water, no normal pillows. Instead of a duvet cover, a sheet. There are two pieces of soap in the bathroom as thick as a sheet of paper and that's it! A shelf has been torn off in the shower stall, neither shampoo nor gel can be supplied. The headboard by the bed is made of screwed laminar board! I strongly do not recommend it! A fierce scoop for a lot of money!
We booked a room for two adults and an 8-year-old child for one night from January 5th to 6th. I really liked the hotel. It is located 2 minutes from the central square of Brest, within walking distance from the train station, there are grocery stores nearby. The room is spacious, two-room, with a refrigerator and a TV, a kettle on request was given. The hotel is clean, beautiful, has an elevator and a grand staircase. We didn't have breakfast, because it's expensive (15 rubles per person), so I can't say anything about the restaurant.
We got a family room - exactly above Vysotsky's room - just huge. The bathroom was also amazing in size. The kitchen area is very decent. I liked everything
My husband and I liked the hotel.
Many celebrities stayed there. There is a room where Vysotsky lived, this room can be viewed. The room where we lived was nice. Great bed! A refrigerator, a wardrobe, cabinets and a rack with chairs. High ceilings, a TV and two large windows with screens. There is an elevator. I would like to tell the hotel staff (please water the flowers that you have on the floors and stairs!)
The hotel has a very good location. There is a train station nearby and the center is just around the corner. There is a gorgeous park nearby. One minus (and I took off a star for it)...When we checked in, our room had not been cleaned yet...And we were asked to take a walk for an hour. It was very upsetting, we were tired from the road, we wanted to take a shower and relax. The room was clean, but there were still flaws. The sheets are full of holes, the shower is cracked and for some reason there is no air freshener. I think it is necessary, since the toilet and shower are combined. But in general, everything is not bad) You can live!
A wonderful hotel, courteous staff, a chic delicious breakfast buffet! Located a 10-minute walk at a moderate pace from the train station! There are shops and cafes nearby!
There was a need to stay for one night in Brest, the choice fell on the Bug hotel due to its location next to the bus station. Friendly staff at the reception, quick check-in, although not previously booked, there is an elevator, the room is small, there were shower facilities, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator. One of the disadvantages is a very thin blanket, obviously not for winter, we turned on the battery at full capacity, but this did not solve the situation with the blanket. We took breakfast, the staff, specifically the woman working in the restaurant, was out of sorts, rattled the dishes, it was unpleasant to have breakfast in such an environment. The breakfast itself is a small buffet, omelette, eggs, sausages and pancakes for hot. If there was porridge, breakfast would deserve 5.
The location is excellent, visitors can easily walk to the main square of the city, Gogol Street and Sovetskaya pedestrian street. The rooms are clean, cozy, it is clear that the wallpaper is not from the latest collection, but the cost of living is not cosmic. We took a room with breakfast (buffet), total for breakfast: tea, coffee, omelette, scrambled eggs, sausages of two types, sausage, ham, cheese, cottage cheese, pancakes, boiled potatoes, bread, loaf. Everything is delicious. In the rooms, only soap and shampoo conditioner are provided from soap accessories. There is also a Vysotsky Museum in the hotel, and the room in which Vysotsky lived can be booked.
An ordinary hotel, wi-fi is very weak, the kitchen closes at 21:30, although the restaurant is open until 23:00, we were not warned about this. There is no air conditioning, and there is no bottled water in the room. Buffet breakfasts are normal.
It's fine for three stars. No frills. It blows through the plastic windows. A kettle was provided at the reception upon request. It'll do to spend the night.
I really liked the hotel.
Nice staff.
Beautiful interior.
The museum is free of charge.
Nearby to pass - Sovetskaya Street with lanterns.
The Brest Fortress is not far away.
The minus is a small number . There was no kettle in the room.
