There is Parking on site.
2. Close location from the historical center of Brest: Sovetskaya street - Brest Arbat and Gogol Street - a beautiful alley with many sculptures of interesting configurations.
3. 30 minutes through the park opposite the hotel to the Brest Fortress Memorial.
There is an elevator!!!
The atmosphere of comfort and harmony of the Soviet elite hotel. There is a photo archive of famous visitors from the entire period of the hotel's existence.
The Vysotsky Museum in the hotel is small but informative. I discovered a lot of interesting things for myself from the family tree.Vysotsky.
BUT!
It is noisy at night because of the very close location in relation to the highway.

Nice cozy hotel. Friendly service. Good location nearby, within walking distance of cafes, shops, the street where the lanterns are lit. The rooms are comfortable and modest, but clean and cozy enough. There is an elevator.

A hotel with its own special mood. Overall, I liked it. Near the railway station, not far from the Brest fortress, it is easy to walk to Sovetskaya Street.
We were in April. It was cold in the room (slightly warm batteries and a strong blow from the window)
. There is a refrigerator in the room, a shower cabin in the bathroom, disposable sachets with soap and shampoo.
They asked for a kettle at the reception. The Wi-Fi is not working well. He only caught it in the hallway, but he didn't even see the net in my room.
We spent 2 nights . The very next day, towels were changed, sachets and toilet paper were added. thank you!
A very decent buffet breakfast in the restaurant (paid separately). Everything is delicious.

One of the advantages is the location near the train station, a good breakfast (buffet), neat rooms. I didn't like it - a very soft mattress and a hard pillow - my neck gets numb overnight, I have to sleep without a pillow, my back does not unbend, but this is purely individual. I live in this hotel only when the Youth Room is packed to capacity.

It's not much of a room, scoop.The one-and-a-half-bed is pushed against the wall, a narrow passage on one side, in the dark you need to move carefully so as not to hit.There was no normal chair in room 333, there was a folding chair in the closet, a fisherman, it was extremely uncomfortable to sit. In room 301, the floor is at different levels, you can easily fall or dislocate your leg.Breakfast for 25 rubles could be more varied.

I'll write the cons right away: there is nothing in the room! In a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, 1/2 roll of toilet paper lived, drinking water is not provided in the room, there is not even a cooler on the floor, there is no kettle, no tea, no appliances (spoons, mugs). There is no shoe spoon! Just one tiny trash can in the toilet.
The child was sleeping on an old sofa with bulging backs.
There is black mold in the corners of the shower stall, there is no shelf for detergents (only holes in the wall from the shelves), the quality and quantity of soap and shampoo are the lowest. There are no slippers, no bathrobes, no dental cleaning kits.
For an additional fee of 23 bel. rubles, we bought breakfasts. They're not worth it.
There were no more places in the city. If possible, look for another hotel

The room has a hairdryer, refrigerator and TV. Everything worked.
The bathroom is small. It will be difficult for a big man. You sit on the toilet and you can put your head on the sink.
The room is clean. There were no insects.
The most unpleasant thing is that there is no air conditioning. Our windows faced west. And there was a heat of 36 ° C. In the evening, I had to open the window completely. And there's a busy street. But it was still hot.
But the localization of the state border is good. Within walking distance of the center, the park, through the park you can walk to the Brest fortress.
There is no kettle in the room. Hot water could only be requested at the reception.
The staff is friendly, the interior is cozy.

The staff is in trouble, they are polite, but they do not know what is in the rooms, they did not help with early booking, although the room was free and we were ready to pay extra. Breakfast is 18 bel rubles, buffet - sliced sausage, cheese, ham of 1 type, vegetables, hot - rice with vegetables, sausages, nuggets, hercules, tea, coffee, juice and lemonade, cereals. It's not bad for a small hotel. Everything is fresh and delicious. The location is close to the train station and the center.

A place that got stuck in the 80s. But for some reason it positions itself as a 4-star hotel. There are no air conditioners in the rooms, no kettles and no water either. If you want to drink, then go down to the restaurant, there's a cooler and cups, but there's nothing in the room to pour water into. The hotel seems to be parasitizing famous guests, especially Vysotsky. I did not understand the meaning of his museum, since it is impossible to get into it, it is always closed. Vysotsky's room is a museum of the 70s. It is impossible to live in it - there is no air conditioning, there are no carpets, you are not offered slippers, and the room has cold floors. The refrigerator works in such a way that it can be heard in a dream, there is no kettle, drinking water, even as a compliment, is not offered. The bed creaks and wobbles, the handle falls off the shower, gels and shampoos are not given out in jars, like all 4-star hotels, but in disposable bags, as a result, apparently we did not have enough gels and we had shampoos everywhere, well, you will not wait for disposable brushes - it is impossible to live in all this, considering that the payment for the room is not small. 270 Belarusian rubles for this half-broken something and a piece of furniture in the form of painted wallpaper from the owners of the hotel. Yes, you will make a museum in this room and take people there for a nominal fee. Do not disgrace a person's name with such financial frauds. There is no restaurant, there are no waiters, they are not interested in you at all. The menu is expensive, about like in a Lantern, but at least everyone is interested there so that you feel comfortable. The only people who try in this place are the administrators, everything else is dusting in the eyes for a lot of money.

Nice hotel for the night. Everything is neat and clean. They will help you with luggage storage if you arrive early or leave late. But early check-in or late check-out was not offered. The breakfasts are not bad. The room is clean, except for smudges on the wall near the window. The upper shower adjustment knob falls off in the shower. But this does not affect taking a shower, since there is another watering can. Convenient location - 7 minutes to the train station, 10 minutes to the main streets.

Terrible hotel, non-customer-oriented, it is better not to contact them, under difficult circumstances they do not refund 100% prepayment, EVEN PARTIALLY!!!! Carefully, it is better to book another place if you plan the train in advance. Avoid this institution, no hotel does this, in other cities of Belarus they returned everything and wished a speedy recovery, but not them.

There are two disadvantages: weak WIFI and cold in the rooms. We shot two and it was very cold everywhere. The staff is aware of this, but additional heaters were not offered.

I checked into the hotel on 04/14/2025, there was a single room, a spider web hung over the bed and in the hallway as well. The hood above the bed is dirty, greasy, covered in dust, and there is mold in the shower stall. I asked for a change of room, I must pay tribute to the friendly staff, the girls were quickly moved to another room more cozy and the bathroom was clean, but there was a dirty trampled spot in the hallway (it looks like the floor is not cleaned). I couldn't ask for another number anymore.

Advantages: convenient location near the railway and bus station. The building is old and well renovated. Excellent reception with friendly staff and service on it. Pleasant decoration of corridors and public space. A nice single room with a TV with many channels, glasses, a working heated towel rail, a working refrigerator, furniture in normal condition, plumbing fully working.
Cons: the absence of a kettle in the room (issued but with scale), the absence of a cooler with drinking water in the corridor, the door to the room is old (you can just smoke and patch it) and a cubicle with traces of mold (such a hotel needs to get rid of them and just make a shower).
Bottom line: for a price of 2000 rubles of the Russian Federation or 70 rubles of white, I definitely advise.

I can't give 5 stars, the rooms are "granny knickers". But human attitude, friendliness and cleanliness are the key to success!!!
The owner loves his hotel very much, it's obvious. There is even a room (museum) of V.S. Vysotsky. Everything is very old, but clean and well maintained. Price/quality. The numbers are just to roll the dice for the night. The rooms are very sad (wallpaper, decoration, engineering ... everything needs to be changed, of course) but you leave the room and everything changes.) The dining room is great. And the two adjacent rooms are museum exhibits, where you can touch everything and just spend time.(photo from there) Thank you to the staff.🙏🏻

We were there on an independent trip to the Brest fortress, everything was fine, we took one room with two bedroom beds and one sleeping place on the sofa, we liked everything, although we did not find a program on TV to make the ball interesting, but these are not hotel problems, we took without food, a restaurant near the hotel in the park gave a more varied menu. WiFi was weak, it was often reset, but in general it didn't take much. The room is clean and tidy, freshly renovated, although in the corner of the toilet with a shower I noticed a raised, and not neatly laid floor tile, apparently after some kind of prompt repair of the shower drain, but my women did not notice this. Rubbish. In general, a strong four by our standards of Russia and Belarus, although in Belarus, with such a large population, there is more order, cleanliness and everything is done on its own without the involvement of slaves.the forces of other republics.
