We ordered sushi at Sushishefarts and brought it with a rotten-looking avocado. They called and sent a photo of "Sushishearts", the operator said that she had contacted the management and they decided from the photo, it was just an avocado variety, darkening quickly.
I called again and invited the management to the phone, senior manager Victoria agreed to bring new ones in an hour.
While they noticed that they were rotten, the children could not resist and grabbed one at a time (the delivery was 40 minutes late and they were waiting for them), now they are on the toilets with diarrhea.
I made a post on Facebook, it turned out that I did not have the first departure from sushi Sushishearts. And there were people who had even more serious consequences, and the company goes into denial.
The most annoying thing is that they went bad, there used to be a normal delivery, that they refuse to respond to requests. I wrote on Instagram and asked them to explain their position. They promised to call, they said I wasn't answering. Then I asked for a written reply, but then they did not get in touch. Then I wrote three more times and silence answered.
